For millennia,

Scientists,

Searchers,

Priests,

All sorts of people have been searching for God and not finding him or her.

And the funny thing is,

God never left Eden.

In the Bible,

It says that they kicked out Adam and Eve,

But God never left Eden.

So where is this Eden at then?

It makes you wonder.

My name is Douglas Gromins and this is going to be an insightful talk.

And I'll do my best to contain what it means to be enlightened.

To me,

It means being in the Garden of Eden again,

Or to come home,

Coming home back to the garden.

Enlightenment,

The word itself,

Just doesn't contain everything,

But neither does my description either.

But to me,

It's more like coming home.

And it's going to be a little hard to grasp or understand this,

But do your best to try.

Heaven,

Eden are the same things.

And believe it or not,

It is all around you.

It is actually pressing up against your skin.

That's how close Eden is.

But you can't see it.

You can't feel it.

You can't taste it.

You don't have a sense of it being there at all.

It's like you're blinded from it.

And the only way to describe how to get past this blindness is that you're really,

Even though you may have a soul,

It's in seed form.

In the form that hasn't blossomed yet.

It's waiting to blossom.

Time has come.

And if you're listening to my podcast and my tracks that I put on Insight Timer,

Then you're very close.

This understanding of another dimension,

Basically.

Heaven is another dimension.

But so isn't love.

Love is another dimension.

If you've never experienced love before,

Then you wouldn't understand or comprehend what it is.

And you can write theories about love.

You can write theories about how beautiful and how radiant love is.

But if you don't know what it is and you've never experienced it,

Then you're left wondering,

What is it?

What is it really?

And only the brave actually know what love is.

It takes courage to fall in love.

Because that falling is a letting go.

It's a receptivity of godliness,

You could say.

And even human love has this receptivity to it.

And that's a stepping stone into the next level of love,

Into God's love,

Into godliness.

So within our consciousness,

There are 11 dimensions that can be experienced by the human godliness person that you are.

I say godliness because we'll describe the first three and then help you understand the fourth too.

So the first dimension that you enter into is the physical body.

And that is in itself a dimension.

And then the next body you step into is the emotional body.

And that's what I said,

We learn about love and you learn about emotions.

You learn how to deal with loss.

You learn how to deal with gains and all the different emotions that come to your life.

Godliness,

Sorrow,

Joy,

Ecstaticness,

All these things,

These emotions come to you at the second level of life,

The second body they call it.

But it's in itself a dimension.

And yes,

These bodies line up with the chakras too.

So you,

Like I said,

You have three spatial dimensions,

Which are outside of us,

Which we see,

The height,

Depth,

And breadth.

Time is the fourth dimension.

In the fifth dimension I call no time.

But also the fifth dimension is also the physical body,

Where time meets eternity,

You could say.

But that's,

You're given this life,

You're given this body to experience this and to learn these things.

So I'm doing my best to help describe how to get there.

So bear with me and let's make this trip together real quickly here.

So okay,

So yeah,

So the physical body is the first essence of no time.

It's where you first experience timelessness.

Without ever working on chakras,

Without ever working on raising energy,

We all have experienced moments of bliss,

Moments of timelessness through our physical bodies.

But then the sixth chakra,

Or the second chakra,

Is also the sixth dimension.

And then the solar plexus is the place where your intellectual body learns to and gets its time to develop and help you mature.

And you need these things to happen.

And each body,

Each dimension has to mature.

And God has given us seven years,

Basically,

For each one to have its own cycle.

So the first seven years is the physical body is the start,

And then the next seven years is the emotional body,

And then the next seven years is the intellectual.

And that leads us up to the fourth,

Which is the heart center.

It's also the center of your universe,

The center of existence.

And it's also the place where God is basically waiting for you to come there.

Because if God's coming in through the top,

Through these otherly,

Worldly dimensions,

Which are actually part of you,

You've never experienced them yet because you don't know them,

But they are a part of you.

They're in seed form still,

Because you have not raised enough energy in your life to open up these upper chakras.

But the key center is the heart center.

This is where everything changes.

This is where you enter the Garden of Eden again.

When you mature your other bodies enough,

Then you start working on the spiritual body.

This new centering develops.

This centering is a jump from the intellectual centering,

Or the feeling centering,

Which is from the emotional body,

Which is even lower than the intellectual.

I won't say lower,

But this is a different level,

A different way of operating in life.

There are very,

Very many people who operate from an emotional center,

From a feeling center.

And I'm not saying that's a bad thing either,

But it may seem closer to the heart,

But you have to still develop and understand an intellectual maturity.

Because it's not until you do this,

Until you develop and mature intellectually,

Then it's hard to start working on the spiritual body,

Because you have to wait for those seven years to develop.

And a lot of people go through life never even leaving the second,

The emotional body.

And that's fine for a lot of people,

But for those of us who wish to switch to this new spiritual center,

It's a higher energy.

It's higher than the emotional.

It's higher than the intellectual.

It's the next step up.

And it's scary to take the step.

I understand that because you're letting something else,

You're being receptive to something else.

And I described in my last video,

The way to start feeling the center is to feel the gaps between the breath,

To stop and have a moment of no thought between your inhalation,

And the same,

You stop again and have a moment on your exhalation,

And feel these gaps of no thought,

And allow that essence of consciousness to be there.

And that is to start to help you start feeling this spiritual center.

But once you start feeling it,

Then the fear goes away,

Because it's so blissful.

And you're giving the mind a break,

Because the mind so desperately needs a break.

It's carrying the burden for you,

But it's like walking on a tightrope.

It's always tense.

And unless you escape the mind,

Then this tightrope will just wear you out.

It's like fighting all the time,

Or trying to swim upstream all the time.

It's a constant battle.

And you're always swimming,

And you will lose the battle.

You're guaranteed that one day you just stop fighting.

So I made another audio track that you guys might be interested in called How to Stop Fighting with Existence and Enjoy Life.

So listen to that one too,

But anyway,

Let's get into this a little bit deeper.

So when you feel the spiritual center starting to develop,

You raise your energy up through the lower chakras,

Up through those bodies that we talked about.

And you raise your energy up into this new spiritual center in your heart.

When you raised 51% of your energy that was laying dormant in your root chakra,

When you raise it upwards,

This Kundalini they call it,

Then at 51% a jump happens.

It's like a democratic jump happens,

And all your energy just starts shifting upwards,

And the law of levitation applies.

And when the law of levitation applies,

Then you start raising energy up into the spiritual body,

Which is the heart chakra.

And then it raises up higher and higher and higher,

Up into the throat chakra,

And then into the third eye,

And then into the crown.

But each one of these has its journey and its time.

You'll have to spend maybe another seven years with the spiritual center before you can start thinking about opening up the throat center.

But there are exercises,

There's meditations you can do,

There's chanting you can do,

You can listen to vibrational tones that help open up the throat chakra,

Because the throat chakra is associated with sound and hearing.

And up to that point you're blind.

You can't see anything that's happening.

But above the heart chakra,

And like I said,

At the heart,

I keep going back up and down,

Up and down,

But it has to be explained this way,

At the heart center is where you get to meet God.

Like I said,

God is everywhere.

And they say in the Bible that you're saved by God's grace,

That it's God's grace that you become enlightened or come home to the Garden of Eden.

And the reason is because it's everywhere.

You can't escape it.

It is all around you.

The story that I've told,

And I think I've read it somewhere,

Or maybe I changed the story around a little bit to suit my imagination,

How I envisioned the story to be,

But it goes to something like this,

That there was a lion one time who basically was born by himself,

An orphan,

And taken in by this herd of sheep.

And he walked through the fields with the sheep,

Growing up with the sheep,

And eating the grass and just playing around,

But he always felt like there was something different about him.

He didn't understand.

He didn't know if the sheep led on to him being any different,

But basically he thought he was a sheep.

And then as years went past,

The young lion got lost one time when they were switching fields,

Going from one field to another along a forest trail.

And the young lion stopped and he got thirsty,

And he went to the river and he leaned down to take a drink of the water,

And he saw a reflection of himself.

And he wasn't a sheep,

He saw a lion.

And he was scared.

He said,

Oh God,

What is that?

There's a lion here.

He did not realize that it was him that was the lion.

So he took another drink from the lake and saw that it was his reflection that he was a lion.

But the whole time,

So then he woke up and realized that he was a lion,

And he let out a big roar,

And it felt good,

And he felt like this is what his natural being was,

That he felt off about himself all this time.

He realized that he was more than just a sheep.

But now,

When he let out that roar,

All the sheep became scared of him.

So sometimes we have to ask ourselves in life,

What are we?

Are we sheep?

Or are we lions?

Or are we something else?

Are we asleep and dreaming?

Living this beautiful life and just cohabitating and existing on a minimal scale?

Or are we something else,

Something greater,

Something bigger than what we think we are?

You don't know until you basically do a little bit of work on yourself and mature the bodies,

Raise your energies,

And be open and receptive and accepting to whatever happens to you.

That's the biggest key to it all,

Is to be open and receptive and allow these changes to happen,

Allow this growth to happen.

That is the day where the seed breaks open and the plant is born.

The seed is closed and scared because it doesn't know what could happen to it.

But one day will come and when you're receptive and you raise your energies,

Like I said,

The seed will break open and you'll laugh.

You'll put out this big beautiful belly laugh and go,

Oh my God,

That Doug guy was right maybe.

So this is just one of those things that I thought of as I was driving home from work or driving to work.

I spend a lot of time driving so I get to think about things a little bit about what I want to say to my crowd and my beautiful friends that have started following me.

I think I want to call you guys all the cool kids because basically,

To listen to me,

In a sense,

You've got to be a cool kid because the cool kids are open and receptive and they're just cool.

But I guess we'll end it there.

And I want to say thank you all again for granting me a few moments of your lives and hopefully I can help transform your lives and help you to grow into these gods that you were meant to be.

These lions,

These gods.

All right,

Guys and girls,

Thanks again.

Y'all take care of yourselves.

Aloha and namaste to all my beautiful friends.

Take care.

I love you.
