Welcome to this guided meditation to become relaxed and stress free as you become awareness.

Expand your consciousness and tune in to the loving presence of awareness that will support your human consciousness in navigating the stresses of life.

So whether you are starting your day,

Or on your lunch break,

Or trying to wind down in the afternoon,

This meditation is for you.

Your mind may be loud and busy with constant thoughts about the past and future,

But now is a time to lay them to rest as you welcome in a state of restfulness,

Stillness and peace in mind,

Body and heart.

To begin,

Get into a comfortable position and close your eyes.

I invite you to simply just rest here for a moment,

Breathing and being with yourself and with whatever is arising with full presence.

We are creating the space to calm any chaos or tension by allowing it to be there so then it can effortlessly dissolve through our awareness and acceptance.

Thoughts naturally rise and fall,

They come and go,

They only stick around because we keep going back into a story about them and invest more energy into them.

Perhaps we are holding onto things in the past,

Maybe we have regrets or are thinking of hurtful situations that haven't been resolved,

Or maybe we are fearful of the unknown,

Of the future that we wish to control.

Whatever it is,

We have the potential to have calm,

Quiet and still minds that allow us to have clarity and feel relaxed and at peace.

We can be open to receiving inspiration that supports us in life rather than drains us.

So as you continue breathing naturally,

Be okay with any thoughts that arise in the mind and be okay with any emotions you feel and be okay with any tension or sensations within the body.

It is okay for them to be.

Just be the awareness now.

Be the witness of them.

For any thought,

Emotion or sensation is not who you are,

They are simply what you are experiencing in the moment.

So witness them,

Do not attach yourself to them or want them to change.

Allow what is.

Be the loving,

Compassionate presence of awareness itself,

Accepting,

Allowing and aware,

Being unconditional in whatever is occurring right now.

So for the next 10 minutes,

Breathe and be in stillness,

Being awareness of what is.

So often we can become attached and identified with our past,

Our future,

Certain beliefs and thoughts,

Our parents and conditioned personality self and with what is going on in our life that we can become very stressed out and overwhelmed.

We can forget that there is another aspect of who we are that is not identified with but at peace with the human experience and is instead a non-physical awareness that is residing in a state of love and joy that sees from a higher perspective.

Sometimes we just need a reminder to connect with that part of who we are so we can lighten up and come back to our natural state and come back to what is truly important.

We can integrate our human consciousness with our divine awareness so we can go through our human lifetime with more joy,

Flow and grace.

We did not come here to stay in suffering and hardship but instead to awaken to the remembrance of who we truly are and relax into our hearts and authenticity.

The day to day stresses can seem so big when we are stuck in our heads,

So it's our hearts and divine awareness that can help put things into perspective for us so we can reside in a more loving and peaceful state of being and be our best self in the world.

So as we begin to end this meditation,

I invite you to bring the multidimensional awareness of love that you are at your essence back with you.

See through loving,

Grateful eyes and live with an open heart and mind.

Allow your nervous system to feel safe and resilient no matter what comes your way.

I invite you to take 5 deep conscious breaths here.

Feeling the shift within your consciousness,

Energy field and physical body now.

And when you feel grounded and are ready to end this practice,

You can slowly open your eyes.

Go forward feeling more connected to who you truly are and to life and relax into this wonderful human journey.
