Good morning and welcome to this meditation where you will gain an uplifting and positive state of being.

It is a new day and a new moment so let's start today with some positive energy.

No matter what has happened in the past,

It is time to start fresh with a new and positive perspective.

As we begin this meditation I invite you to sit in a place that brings you joy.

This may be in your comfy bed,

On your favourite spot on the couch or even outside on the grass in your garden.

Consciously choosing to get settled in an uplifting space will support you in embracing the newness of this wonderful day and experiencing the positive aspects of this morning already.

And when you are ready close your eyes and have some gratitude for having this time just for you.

Take in a big deep breath filling your lungs,

Belly and heart with an abundance of oxygen.

Feeling your body expanding and exhale allowing your body to soften and relax.

And taking 9 more deep conscious breaths here at your own pace.

Inhaling positive energy drawing it into your body,

Mind and heart and exhaling out anything you are ready to let go of.

Releasing any heaviness you may feel and instead becoming receptive to the positive energy that is here.

Allowing the breath to support you in being a vessel of high vibrational energy,

Of love and of positivity to pour through.

Feeling the aliveness in your body as your cells accept and embody this radiance.

And when you are ready bring the breath back to its natural rhythm.

Feeling the delicious spaciousness you have created on all levels of your being.

Feeling light,

Feeling more centred,

Balanced and connected to this very present moment this morning.

Feeling lit up for the day,

Knowing that today is full of great possibilities.

There is so much goodness,

Love,

Abundance and joy to be experienced.

You can take inspired actions on your intentions and goals.

You can be in the flow of your creativity.

You can give and receive love.

You can find joy in the mundane moments and see the beauty in all the unique things that surround you.

So take a few moments here to tune in to the positive state within you now and allow yourself to realise the blessings that reside within this new day.

Fully open to the positive feelings and sensations that are present.

As you soak in and emanate positive energy this morning bring this into your day,

Don't let anything bring you down,

Stand strong in your power,

In your love and in your high vibrational energy.

Allow your state of consciousness and energy to shift you into experiencing life with more positivity,

Joy and love and let this radiate from you to touch the lives of those around you.
