Transcript

Back in the womb guided meditation.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.

Inhaling deeply into your stomach and relaxing your breath as you exhale.

And relaxing your breath as you exhale.

Focus on your body.

Allowing your breath to be calm.

Your mind to be clear.

And your heart to be open.

Take a deep breath.

Take a deep breath.

Inhaling deeply into your stomach and relaxing your breath as you exhale.

You are back in the womb.

Your body remembers.

Let your body guide you.

Guide you.

Feel the heart beating.

The blood circulating and flowing all around you.

All around you.

With each breath feel the mother's heart beating.

In your body remember the nourishment you are receiving.

Feel the love of the pregnant mother.

Knowing that that love was there.

And that no matter what transpired later on in life.

That love,

Unity and connection was there.

When you are ready,

Take several deep breaths.

Returning to your body.

Stretching,

Moving.

Opening your eyes and writing down your experience in your journal.
