Thank you for joining me.

My name is Helen and we will be working together through a contemplation of what is known as Taming Force or The Great Accumulates.

Let's arrive into the space of connection together with three breaths.

Breathing gently in,

Gently out,

And then repeating gently in,

Gently out,

And once more.

And then allowing the breath just to find its natural flow.

And this natural flow known as Wu Wei in the Dao.

The Dao is the heart of the teachings in the I Ching.

So Wu Wei is a very important philosophy and part of this understanding.

And it speaks to this effortless action,

This experience of flow,

This hidden flow that is pulsating through all of life.

As we watch the seasons just naturally turn into each other and unfold.

As we watch a flower grow,

Open,

Blossom,

And then release its petals.

These are signs of the flow state.

And we are all part of this flow state.

And one way to connect with that is through the breath.

And to find that really easy,

Comfortable rhythm that just feels so good.

Engaging in this gentle,

Very natural rhythmic flow with our breath on a daily basis,

Regularly throughout the day,

Can help us to experience that flow state in other areas of life.

And when a hexagram 26 comes through for you,

This is a beautiful message that there is taking place right now.

It's a sign that the way is open.

And taking action,

Wise action,

Is an indication of this Wu Wei,

Action in flow.

And the direction that one receives,

The guidance,

Is through the wisdom from the past.

So what can you learn from hardships or old wounds?

This time is supportive of accumulating the benefits,

The nourishment,

The wisdom from these experiences.

And translating them into current day benefits,

Rewards.

This message is indicated through the mountain above the heavens.

Or the heaven that resides within the mountain where great potential is stored.

This hexagram conveys the idea of containment.

And this build up of great forces,

Indicating a great potential.

Learning from the past and applying its jewels into present day experiences,

Takes awareness,

Clarity,

And inner strength.

And when this is repeated day after day,

Week after week,

There is a cultivation of more strength,

More wisdom,

And more clarity.

And so your footsteps on your path become firmer and more knowing,

Also more trusting.

And this trust that is called for in this part of the journey is not a trust where one waits.

For this is the time to apply.

And if you feel that you are not ready to apply this,

Or that you are still partly in the past dealing with old wounds,

Entangled with memories,

Then I encourage you to please listen to hexagram 25,

Which is the partner for 26.

For 25 moves into 26.

And so the previous hexagram talks to and guides one through that process of disentanglement.

And then when that has taken place,

Then we are able to now move in a way that is free and expressive,

While maintaining a steadfast connection to the wisdom that has been attained.

And this needs reminder on a daily basis.

The I Ching says,

The wise man stores largely in his memory,

The words and deeds of former men to subserve the accumulation of his virtue.

Learning from past errors and past successes,

Ensure future successes.

Cultivate your talents and strive to be of good character and conduct.

Use what you glean from experiences and examples of others and you overcome obstacles and find lasting success.

Know that the wise man partakes of periods of stillness and quiet each day to strengthen his character.

And part of the strengthened character that the I Ching is referring to here,

Is cultivating a practice that does not involve judgment of others,

Or of the self.

It avoids pointless quarrels,

And concentrates on what is good,

And follows through with that day after day.

And it is this persistence,

This patience and this trust,

Through the unfolding of your wisdom,

That will allow the seeds that have been planted to be nurtured,

To grow and develop into strong trees of wisdom.

Ones that will provide shade for others in the future.

Connect once more to the Wu Wei presence in your brain.

Just welcome in your own wisdom in response to this transmission.

Knowing that initial responses do not have to be well formulated plans on how to,

But rather to allow the abstract and symbolic voice of your intuition to gently float,

Meander through your heart,

Into your mind,

Around your body.

Knowing that over time,

This will emerge in your conscious mind as practical guidance.

And then it will be up to you to follow through with that,

Which of course is an important part of this experience.

All the while keeping your efforts in flow with Wu Wei.
