Let us begin here,

Closing your eyes,

Make sure that you're in a supportive posture,

Posture that's good for you today.

It can be seated,

It can also be lying if that's what you're called to today.

You're bringing your local attention to yourself,

This body,

Sitting or lying,

And to your breath.

Not doing it,

Not assessing it.

Attention is directed to the breath.

Local attention is directed to the front of the head,

To the back of the head.

And that comes inside and comes down to the heart space.

Attention is the context,

The field,

The container.

And then shifting from local attention,

Come bring awareness to just behind the heart.

Unhooking from the things,

Sensation,

Just in this space,

Just behind the heart.

And let local awareness open into non-dual awareness.

Beyond an object,

Beyond subject and object,

Somebody aware of something,

Just awareness.

Spacious,

Open.

Empty and full.

Right here is the sweetness,

The exquisite opening,

Where all of life is still occurring.

We are not fully engaged in it through local awareness.

And emptiness,

Openness,

Infinite,

Unbounded awareness is here as it always was,

Always is.

Notice the entirely different quality of being here as this.

Letting this is-ness consume everything by its very nature and essence.

Is-ness,

Unbounded awareness is infinite.

It expands and expands and it's not that it expands and expands,

It's as our relationship through awareness.

Awareness housed in this body being as this shifts,

As our orientation shifts,

Perspective shifts.

We are in contact with what's always been here.

And the more that we let go of trying,

Trying comes from the somebody looking for an experience.

Keep letting go,

We keep opening the hand of anything needing to be a particular way.

This-ness,

This-ness is our eternal essence.

So let go of looking for qualities of feeling,

Feeling good,

Peaceful,

Blissful,

Empty.

They may well show and rise,

But that's not what is available.

These are more stopping points.

Just let go.

And you may well feel this through your body,

Your body exhaling in recognition.

Then we turn as infinite awareness to the aliveness of here.

To what's arising,

Not in it,

Not in the sensation,

Not in the thought or feeling.

Not from the local perspective,

In,

Around,

Through,

As unlimited,

Unbounded consciousness.

There is a recognition that often is beyond words,

But it's in every single one of us.

How can it not be?

Because we are all fractals of the same divine consciousness.
