Manifestation Water Meditation
by Shellonda A.
Through the movement of our minds, we’ll create the conditions to allow our intentions to begin to manifest in this realm and beyond. In this 16-minute practice, we will work with the element of water to set an intention, a desire, or a goal that we wish to manifest. Have a glass/vessel of water or herbal tea nearby for this practice.

Welcome.
I invite you to take a moment to just look around your meditation space.
If there are any adjustments that you would like to make,
Feel free to do so now.
You can light a candle,
Maybe some incense.
I love working with essential oils,
Whatever is accessible to you.
For this practice,
You'll also need a glass or a vessel filled with drinking water.
There's a purpose to this in the practice.
We do this to let our minds know that something special and dare I say magical is about to happen.
Feel free to pause the meditation to gather anything that you may need.
When you're ready,
You begin to settle into your body by settling into your seat.
Then finally settling into stillness.
Lowering your gaze or closing your eyes.
Through this practice,
We'll be connecting with the spirit of the element of water.
Water is such a stunning element.
When we first arrived,
Herb side,
We existed within the womb.
And the primordial water suspended in this element,
We received the echoes and vibrations through a form of water.
That was our way of connecting with source as we knew it.
Our mother,
The archetype of the nurturer.
This practice will guide us in understanding how to charge and intentionally fill our water with the things that we wish to manifest our deepest desires,
Our greatest wishes and affirmations,
All that we wish to amplify.
We are members,
And so much is stored in water across cultures,
People work with water as a healing modality spiritual baths spiritual head rances and cleansing.
We are rituals and rights are often held around water.
We are such a beautiful reflection of the universe that we can simply go within to understand the power of water.
We're not only charging water outside of us.
We're also charging the water that exists within us,
Igniting within ourselves that which we seek to manifest,
And that which we know to be true.
We are the power of the movement of our minds,
All through the beauty and the vibrations of our thoughts our words and our actions.
We have the ability to manifest that which we desire.
If you haven't already.
With your vessel water in front of you.
Begin to lower your case or close your eyes.
Rolling your shoulders up and down the back.
I invite you to place your left hand over your heart center,
And your right hand over or next to your vessel water.
The left hand.
The left side of the body,
The feminine,
The yen.
That which receives.
With our hand over our hearts.
We are charging our inner waters.
We give and we share with our right hand,
Young,
The masculine with our hand over the vessel,
Replacing our intentions into the water.
Take a moment to bring to mind,
And intention,
Or a goal that you have for yourself,
No matter how big or how small it may feel or see.
Now envision a seamlessly flowing infinity symbol charged with your intention,
As it amplifies the wish that we place in the water.
That same wish,
Which we place within ourselves.
Allow it to take on a feeling or form.
What color is it?
Does it move?
Find stillness in your posture and bring your awareness to your breath in and out the nose.
Begin to soften and quiet the breath.
The sound should be imperceptible.
And the breath may begin to feel even more cool.
As we settle the breath.
We are then able to settle the mind.
Let's count the next three breaths out and in for one.
Out and in for two.
By the third breath.
Finding complete stillness.
Continue to follow the breath on your own,
Tracing the infinity symbol that you've crafted.
Close in and out like a seamless stream of water.
Just like the water,
Our breath flows in and out.
Bringing life to all the corners of our inner world and all the corners of our universe.
Water allows life to flow and without it,
Life would cease to exist.
We give thanks for the water for existing within us.
For bringing forth life.
For holding and bearing the ancient wisdom.
For teaching us how to flow effortlessly.
For teaching us how to lean into our deep intuitive knowing.
Breathe all this in.
Now repeat to yourself.
In your mind.
I am intuitive.
Like the water.
I trust my intuition to guide me to a space of deep,
Deep,
Deep knowing.
I sing like the water.
A vibration that comes from deep within.
I am as strong as the undercurrents.
I am as gentle and loving as a small stream,
Flowing with a gentle ease.
I give thanks for my ability to intuitively know what serves me.
I give from an overflow.
My cup is full.
I nourish myself,
Just as the water nourishes the earth.
My intuition guides me as I flow authentically and closer to my true form.
I move,
And I flow with effortless ease.
Life and creativity flows from and into me.
I tune into my own current.
My own unique flow.
Return to the breath.
Breathe in all of these affirmations.
Take a moment to notice if anything has changed.
You're still here on the same cushion or mat.
But something within you may feel a little different.
Take a moment to acknowledge that shift.
Let's return our awareness to the intention,
The desire,
The goal,
Or the wish that we set.
The wish that we set at the beginning of this practice.
The thing that you want to manifest,
No matter how big or small.
When you're ready,
Slowly raise your vessel with your eyes still closed.
Bring your vessel to your heart center.
For one deep breath in and out.
And then raising the vessel to your lips,
Speak your intention directly into the water.
Take a deep breath in and envision that intention,
Filling every corner of your being.
Take a deep breath out and envision your intention,
Filling each and every molecule,
Each and every corner of the water.
Now raising the vessel to your third eye.
See yourself accomplishing and doing that thing.
Make the image and the feeling that comes with it.
Make it so sharp,
So clear,
And so tangible in your mind's eye.
You've done it.
Gather in the goodness,
Place the vessel to your lips as you take in your first sip,
Receiving all that you've gathered with an open heart.
Now take a moment to dedicate the practice to someone who may share your wish,
Or maybe to someone who needs to be reminded of their ability to accomplish what they set out to do.
Dedicate your practice,
All of your efforts to them.
And when you're ready,
Begin to return your awareness back into the body.
Maybe you begin by moving the spine,
Gently wiggling your fingers or your toes.
And when you're ready,
Gently flutter your eyes open,
Like you're opening the blinds at the beginning of your day.
Piece by piece,
Taking everything around you with new eyes,
Or true eyes.
Throughout your day I invite you to take sips of water to remember and to bring your awareness back to your intention.
Try incorporating this into your practice,
Your sadhana for a week,
Or maybe even a month,
And see if anything shifts for you.
May this inspire you to create your own practice around water,
Your own affirmations around what you wish to manifest.
And may you become your own guide,
Your own inner lighthouse.
Thank you for allowing me to guide you in this practice.
And may all that you wish to manifest,
Materialize in this realm and beyond.
