Are you ready for a journey?

Come with me and dive,

Dive into your sacred heart space.

It is your journey to allow to surrender,

To allow to play.

Come and find your possession and the flow of movement.

Each movement you are doing now is already full of awareness,

Moving into your body.

Arriving within.

Letting go of the surrounding of the day.

Breathing in deep into your belly and out of your deep belly breathing.

Fully allow yourself to surrender.

Nothing to do,

Nothing to worry,

Nothing to think about.

Feel the depths of your senses.

Feel your awareness in each part of your being.

What is there inside of you?

Can you feel your whole body?

Are you ready to travel deeper under the surface?

Like you are jumping out with a dolphin coming back into the water under the surface into your element,

Your inner world.

Directly into your heart space where your dreams become reality.

Where love grows,

Sometimes breaks,

Then heals and grows again.

I invite you to invite the sound of your own voice as well.

You might be screaming,

You might be yawning or some humming like the bees or some giggling noises like the dolphins.

What is your sound?

What wants to be expressed?

If you allow your heart to feel,

There might be coming noises out.

Because it wants to take more air in,

Breathe in more senses,

Releasing something old or expressing something new.

Allow it,

You have two minutes,

Go deep within.

Allow yourself to be expressed.

Everything you say,

Now.

Have you everything allowed to be there?

Go even deeper,

Deeper,

Deeper.

Slowly find peace within the silence.

Feel the silence,

The integration afterwards.
