Hello my dears,
Yes Sally.
And today we have a meditation for existence.
Fear of existence.
If you feel right now that there is no ground under you,
It is like there is a big,
Big black hole.
And you can't stand anywhere.
There is no grip,
No foundation.
You feel like you're losing stability.
You are full of worries,
You doubt yourself.
Maybe you already feel paralyzed or wicked.
So then this meditation is gone.
Take time right now for yourself.
And I invite you to take a blanket or pillow just under your heart.
And come to lie down on your back.
Your buttock is on the ground,
Your feet are hip-width apart,
Toes are falling gently to the side.
And directly under your heart there is the pillow.
And you can choose if it's a big one,
If you want to roll it,
Or if you just want a gentle opening of your heart.
Go whatever feels good right now for you.
Your head is really loose and you're welcome to close your eyes.
Feel inside.
Feel your breath.
And get comfortable with this pose.
Lying on the back,
Opening the front body.
If the opening is too much,
Then gently put your hands on your heart or on your belly.
If you feel good,
Just keep the hands soft to the side,
Palms are facing into the sky.
And breathe.
If there's anything discomfort,
Get aware of it.
And relax.
Melt into the ground.
Imagine you're the most delicious ice cream.
It's hot outside and you're melting.
You're just melting into the ground.
Mmm,
It feels so good just to surrender.
Just your awareness is getting more high.
The more you surrender,
The more you can accept yourself arriving in your body.
Just your breath flowing.
Just your ease when you're in and exhale.
How does it feel?
Connect with your breath.
As every exhale,
Surrender,
Melt even more into the ground.
And feel how good it feels when you fully arrive.
So before we get to your own story,
I would love to give an example for you.
Imagine there's a kid and all the time when it falls down to the ground,
The parents or adults,
They just grab it,
Pick it up and bring it directly to the standing position.
Easy.
The child never have to get up on their own.
It's so comfortable.
And what is happening once there are no adults there?
So let's get to your own story.
Imagine you are a child.
You are running along the street and you couldn't see it come,
But there was a big,
Big,
Big,
Big stone and you fall down.
So you're lying on the ground.
Maybe there's pain.
Maybe something hurts.
Maybe nothing.
And slowly you start to look up and you think there are so many opportunities to get up.
Which one would you choose the first?
What do you put your hands on the ground and push your upper body up?
Or would you roll to the side,
Sitting back on your buttock,
Slowly looking around you,
Maybe looking on your body if everything is fine,
How you feel.
So there are so many opportunities.
Which is your way to get up again?
Your own choice.
What could be the worst situation,
What could happen right now in your life?
There is always a way to get out of it.
Breathe.
Continue breathing.
You're still there,
Hmm?
If there are things coming,
Bad things or good things,
They all are coming and going.
And you are still there.
Can you feel your breath?
Can you feel your heart,
The rhythm,
How it's pumping inside?
Breathe.
Feel yourself.
Whatever is there,
If it's financial,
If it's in a social way,
If it's with your job,
Whatever is there.
You have yourself.
And you have everything inside of you.
You just have to feel it.
Explore yourself in a new way of being.
Breathe.
Feel the air,
How it's coming into your body.
Your body is welcoming the air,
The energy.
And with the exhale,
Dive deep into the ground,
Your stability.
Feel your heart.
Feel the rhythm,
Feel the safety-ness inside.
It's always there.
It's there and it's supporting you in the best way it can.
And when you have fully arrived in your heart,
Take one more deep inhale here,
Exhale.
And whenever you're ready,
Start to create your own new solutions.
You can do it.
Surprise yourself.
Grow,
Grow over your own ideas.
Think bigger than you want to.
Whenever you're ready,
Come back,
Gently open your eyes.
Thank you so much for your time.
You're more than welcome to meditate with me again.
Namaste.
