Feel the life-giving oxygen fill your lungs as you inhale,
And as you exhale,
Imagine releasing all tension,
All stress,
All that no longer serves you.

Now,
Direct your thoughts inward,
Focusing on your heart.
Feel its steady rhythm,
Its resilience,
Its strength,
Its unending love for you.
This heart of yours has been your faithful companion through every moment of your life,

This is your boundary.
This is your protection.
