This is a simple guided visualization and meditation to fill your own cup. This meditation will guide you into a receptive state of healing and give you a powerful mantra that you can use even outside of this practice. Welcome to today's guided meditation.

Find a place to sit comfortably or lay down comfortably and shut the eyes down.

Make sure that you're in a place where you will not be interrupted for this short duration so you can fully surrender into this moment.

Start by taking a deep breath in.

Fully exhale a lease through the mouth.

Take two more breaths this way.

Breathe into the belly and let it fill up almost like it's a balloon.

Finding that rhythmic audible breath.

As you allow yourself to slow down,

You allow yourself to become more present,

More surrendered.

Taking in the surroundings,

Just notice the temperature in the room that you're in or the air outside if you're somewhere outside.

Any scents or smells,

Any sounds in the distance.

Noticing everything that is below you.

Notice what your hips are touching,

Whether it's a mat or the floor or a pillow that you're seated on.

You can start to envision a bright light of energy right above the crown of your head.

This glowing ball of energy has pure healing qualities.

Really take it in for a moment.

Visualize it down to the detail.

Notice how it's almost alive,

How it radiates.

Notice the specific brightness level it is.

The pure gold nature of it.

And then I want you to energetically open your crown and allow this healing ball to come inside of your head as if it is being poured into you like you are an empty bottle.

And it is dripping,

Dripping,

Dripping all the way down through the brain,

Through the brain stem,

Down the spine,

Covering every part of the skeleton,

Every muscle,

Every fiber.

With endless light and it's just allowing the inside of your body to relax into goo.

Every piece of the body starts to feel more and more heavy,

Allowing itself to rest as this healing light works its magic,

Dripping down the spine,

Down the shoulders,

Into the intestines,

Into all of the organs,

Melting all the way down the body,

Into the feet.

And as it makes its way all the way down,

It sinks through the body back into the floor,

Down,

Down,

To the very center of the earth.

And this light continues to pour into you from this endless ball of energy above the crown as it continues to pour into you and seep out down into the center of the earth.

It takes with it any impurities,

Any tightness of the muscles,

Tightness in the chest,

Any unresolved feelings,

Any chronic ailments.

The light is just pouring through you,

Washing it away,

Replacing that space with pure healing energy.

You can repeat this affirmation in your head as you continue to allow this energy to run through you.

I receive this healing.

I receive this healing.

I receive this healing.

I receive this healing.

I receive this healing.

The only thing you have to do to heal in this moment is to allow yourself,

Allow yourself to receive the healing that this meditation offers.

Allow yourself to receive this healing and know that you are worthy to be fully healed,

Are worthy to feel light,

To feel energized,

Invigorated.

And as you receive this healing,

As this light flows through you,

You begin to feel more and more at ease.

Feeling at ease.

Feeling at peace and in harmony with the world around you.

Feeling at harmony with yourself and the choices that you make.

Allowing this healing and this remembering of peace to be the compass that guides your highest aligned choices and your highest aligned perspective.

Allowing yourself to make choices out of love for self and knowing that these choices made out of love for you are in fact the most loving choices for the world around you.

Prioritizing filling yourself up,

Filling your cup or empty bottle with this light and acting from this space of healing will continue this momentum.

You can come back to this place as many times as you need.

As many times as you need to fill your cup.

Continue to build from this practice of filling your cup with light.

Being able to radiate it out onto the rest of the world.

You can stay visualizing this light as long as you'd like.

You can gently blink the eyes open.

Thank the space around you for supporting you and feeling at ease to drop into this meditation and continue your mindfulness practice throughout your day.
