
Bip Bip... Aligning Back With Centre

Nice to see you as well.
And so last week we didn't have meditation,
But I learned,
I always learn because I like to learn.
So we were driving a rented car and it had a system called EPS,
Which is a system that keeps the car,
If you want it or if you don't want it,
Aligned,
You know,
Always on the road.
Actually,
It was quite annoying because I'm not used to it.
So when I tried just to take a curve,
Or when I was just a little bit off the line,
It'll beep,
Beep,
Beep,
Beep,
And just bring me straight into the center.
But because I'm not used to it,
So I was fighting it in the beginning.
But then it made me thinking about our mind.
And that's what I would like to dedicate this meditation to,
Is exactly that alignment.
Although we don't have this beep,
Beep,
Beep,
Beep system,
But we have to develop this system because nobody will do it for us.
There is no manufacturer that will do it.
Maybe they will one day,
But we have to do it.
Now the difference between us and a car is that for us,
Really,
It's the life force that just flows through our system,
And our mind is actually taking it out of the way.
You know,
It's just diverting it.
In the car,
We're driving the car,
And then when we are out of the line,
Then it beeps.
But for us,
We have to beep to ourself when the life force,
Or the life force is always perfect,
It's flowing in.
But when we are diverted,
Then we have to beep for ourself and to come back into alignment.
So before we start the meditation,
There are different ways to do it.
It's not only the way I'm presenting here.
Different ways to do it.
For me,
What works,
And you check if it works for you,
Is the working on,
Let's say,
The center channel,
What we call.
It's that sense that the life force is coming from heaven,
Through the body,
And moving all the way down through the body to earth.
And the image is something,
Where do I have this?
Something like this.
If this is the car that drives on the road,
And we have to keep centered,
So instead of the car driving forward,
Let's say this is our mind,
And this is the life force entering from heaven,
Through our body,
Down.
And our job is to keep the flow all the time straight,
Because every thought,
Every emotion,
Everything that we have to say will divert the energy,
Always.
And this is including also a diversion out of attitude,
Out of habits.
So for example,
Let's say I am a jealous person,
And jealousy is part of my psychological makeup.
So if I see somebody,
And that maybe is better than me,
I'll become jealous.
Why they are so successful?
Why they are so nice?
Why do they have this,
But I don't have that,
And all that?
Now if I understand that this tendency is not useful anymore,
And there is no need for that at all,
I cannot throw it to the bin when it comes,
But I can recognize it,
That it's there,
And understand that this is just a diversion of the life force.
So we have to do inner work with ourself,
And to be very very clear about those diversions.
And it can be anything,
It can be any thought that takes you out of the center.
So in this meditation,
Let's make sure that we are really clear about the center.
Any movement from that center,
Meaning that I have to come back to the center.
Many times it means working with the ego,
Because our ego usually it's what try to make sure that it's continue to be alive and strong,
But in the same time the ego is illusory.
So if somebody tells me you're stupid,
Of course it's not nice to hear,
And maybe I should tell them something back,
But really deep inside,
I'm not the one that they're aiming at,
Because I'm not me.
I'm infinite being like you.
So if I'm devoted to infinity,
I can,
And I will not let the mind play games with the little ego,
Because it will not help.
Not help at all.
Actually it will take me back backwards to still continue and protect something that is not existing.
So we have to recognize two things in order to do this work.
One is to know our tendencies,
And second is to know what is harmony.
And then once we are going through our tendencies and we left the harmony,
Then we know we are not on track.
For that we have to be very courageous and very true to ourself,
Because sometimes it's very tricky,
Because the mind tells you that what you are going after is super important,
But actually maybe you,
Again,
Just strengthening something that is not existing.
So I trust that each one of us can do this work with ourself,
So we know exactly what is not worth the effort and what does worth the effort.
Let's start by recognizing the center channel and recognizing our relationship with the center channel.
The center channel is the line that like I showed this image or if somebody came a bit later is this image.
So earlier I showed that there is a car driving on the road and have to keep in center,
But now we are not a car.
Now we are looking at the center channel and the life force that comes through the head from heaven and needs to go through and to give us power,
Energy,
So we can manifest our being.
So our job is all the time to allow this to flow,
Allow it to flow.
And also to recognize once it's diverted,
To come back,
Allow it to flow.
Okay,
So let's just connect our breathing.
The breath,
In a way we can say also,
Can be recognized as moving in the center channel.
So pay attention when you inhale,
How deep the breath moves in the center of your body.
Is it going down all the way to the pelvic floor?
And then we exhale it back up and visualize it going up through the crown back to infinity.
So the breath itself already will give us a very good clue if we are blocked or blocking the life force,
Or if it's going very,
Very well.
If it goes well,
The breath will be,
With no effort,
Will go very deep.
If we are blocked,
It will go shallow,
You know,
It will be shallow and not comfortable.
Now all those things can be easily fixed,
So it's no problem,
But it's important that we diagnose correctly.
Just observing the breath,
How it moves in and goes out.
Inhaling down from heaven,
Visualizing that we're drawing the life force from infinity through the center channel all the way down to the pelvic floor,
Or you can do to the heels,
Or you can do to the center of the earth,
Whatever works.
And then we're exhaling and like cleansing the center channel,
Up,
Back,
Through the whole body,
Crown,
Back to infinity.
This channel we're cleansing is exactly what later on,
Without the breath,
We'll be aware of how the breath,
Sorry,
How the life force entering and leaving,
Okay?
But now let's just pay attention to the breathing.
Remember to widen your awareness and visualize that the breath comes from infinity,
Like way,
Way,
Way up above your head from infinity,
And then you draw it into your body all the way down to the pelvic floor,
Down to the earth,
And down to the middle of the earth.
And when you exhale,
It comes exactly the opposite direction and going back to infinity.
When we have a clear image,
Then the breath will be comfortable and then the life force already is going well,
Because we have a clear image and we're synchronizing breath and image in the same time,
Then the life force is going and there is no deviation.
Obviously if our mind thinks about something,
It'll be deviating the life force and it will not go so well down the center.
Wonderful.
Now when we open the channel through the breathing,
Now let's go,
Let's let go of the control breathing,
But stay with the awareness of this channel of light that comes from infinity into your crown,
Going all the way down the center of the body,
All the way down to the earth.
Let's visualize this channel and let's be present with it,
That's all.
Now in the same time,
Pay attention to your mind.
And now what is crucial is to recognize alignment.
To see that when your mind has no movement,
Meaning it's only focusing on the image and the flow of energy,
Then the life force flowing beautifully.
Could we just pay attention to that?
Keeping a very clear image,
Infinity,
Body,
Earth,
And paying attention that the mind is very stable,
It's exactly on that line.
And now let's just practice a little bit.
So what we're going to do,
You bring an image or a thought about something that bothers you and you see very clearly how your mind moves out of the center channel,
Out on this alignment between life force and presence of the mind,
And then your job is to bring it back.
Okay,
So let's go for it.
Bring a thought that is bothersome.
Now drop the thought,
Let alignment take place again.
Go deeper into the alignment.
Bring another thought.
Drop it,
Come back to alignment.
Be like the car,
All the time coming to the center line,
All the time.
Okay,
Let the life force flow through your whole being beautifully.
Let it nourish places that maybe feel tight,
Maybe recognizing emotions within,
Maybe recognize physical tension.
Let the life force,
This beautiful golden light that flows into you,
Through you,
Let it heal you,
Let it touch places of tension,
Of pain,
And let it bring remedy to that.
Okay,
Let's take another thought.
And now take maybe something a bit more painful,
That not only the thought will deviate,
But it'll create an emotion,
So there'll be more stirring,
Emotional movement inside you.
Take something that is a bit difficult.
And feel how your heart gets involved and you start to be drawn into the drama.
Don't go too far,
Don't go too deep.
Now drop it,
Completely drop it.
Come back,
Alignment.
The life force is all the time flowing beautifully and you're realigning.
Great.
Next step is to acknowledge who am I.
As whom am I doing this meditation?
Am I me,
The name Yair,
For example,
Or each one of us?
Or am I awareness?
So assuming that we all understand that we are not this little person,
We are as well but not only.
In fact we are awareness,
Infinite awareness.
So we can continue to do exactly the same,
Stay aligned,
But now we are the whole creation.
We are infinite awareness.
So we still make sure that the life force is flowing into this human aspect of who we call me,
Beautifully.
But me now is not identifying only with this human being that I call me,
Is actually identifying now with the whole creation,
I'm all there is,
And I'm making sure that the life force is flowing through this person called me,
But I'm not only that,
Actually I'm billion and billion and billion time bigger than that.
It's like you compare a candle and the sun,
But the sun is also tiny compared to the whole creation.
So you are the whole creation.
So we continue as the whole creation,
Observe the life force flowing in that person called me.
And now maybe you'll find it much more difficult to think if you're already in infinite being state,
But that's practice.
So again bring another thought that kind of push you out of sync and messes everything up.
Go for it and then we'll go back.
Okay drop it,
Drop it,
Don't go into the story too much.
And if you couldn't go at all,
That's great,
It means that the mind is already not functioning very strong.
Go back to infinite being,
Making sure that the center channel flows very well at the human aspect of your existence.
Okay so the positioning that we started shifted completely,
Completely,
Completely to where we are now.
Where we started,
We started as the ego,
I am me,
And I'm balancing the energy of me using a certain technique,
Or my connection with the life force,
But me as an ego person.
But now we shifted,
Now I am the whole creation and I'm making sure that the human aspect of me,
My existence,
Is flowing in harmony.
So let's stay like this a little bit.
It's super important,
Maybe most important to understand that you are everything.
You are what we call the infinite,
Infinite,
Infinite expression of creation,
And you are the tiniest expression of creation.
You are everything,
But because of confusion we got stuck into this separation that I am the little person only.
And this practice we're doing,
And many,
Many lifetime,
All the time we're doing,
Coming back to realize the truth of who we are.
So don't get confused and don't be attached so much to the little person,
Because you're not only that.
It's like if there is a beggar,
You know,
That sits on a diamond and he has so much fortune under his seat,
But he doesn't know anything of that and still begs for money.
Or like the king that has the most beautiful immense kingdom,
That when he sleeps he dreams that he's a beggar and he's forgotten all what he has.
That's really what happened to us.
We're all mighty kings and queens,
That we are dreaming that we are beggars and we're living as beggars.
It doesn't matter how much money we have and how much possession we have on this planet,
But still,
As long as we're living as the ego person,
We're begging,
Yeah?
So let's move to the truth,
Let's expand to our true being.
Let your mind expand,
Then you realize and then all what I say,
It's so obvious.
And just a permission,
I'm all there is,
Infinite being,
Forever.
Then also you don't need to do any of what we started this meditation with.
When you are in infinite state,
There is no thoughts,
Nothing will go wrong,
The thought is only when we are in identity.
Okay?
I want to repeat because I understand that it's not obvious maybe for everybody,
But also because normally we're living as the ego person,
You know,
Because that's how everything functions.
So,
It's obvious that when we start this process,
At least in the beginning we'll start it as a person,
Okay?
And as we're moving deeper and deeper and practicing more,
Then we realize we really are and we are more infinite being with a human existence than a human existence that sometimes remembering,
Oh,
Actually I'm infinite,
Yeah?
So remember,
First of all,
We're checking in,
We're checking the breath and we start to observe the breath.
We make sure that physically we start to align with the center channel.
Once we feel that the breath start to move beautifully and we're adding this image that the breath comes from infinity into the body and moves out,
Then we go into the next step and we're dropping the breath awareness,
We just stay with the awareness of the golden light that exactly like the breath is coming down from heaven and flowing through our body and like cleansing and nourishing our whole being.
Then we're making sure that we're aligning the mind with the golden light,
That the mind is all the time centered,
As if the golden light has the power to bring the mind all the time back to center,
Back to center,
Back to center.
As minute it deviates,
Exactly like this system in the cars,
It forces your system to come back to center.
After that,
We're expanding to infinity and we're acknowledging the truth of who we are,
Which is infinite being,
Pure consciousness,
And we continue to make sure that we are centered but as infinity itself,
Infinity am I.
When you're there,
There's nothing to align anymore because there's nobody there,
You're everything.
Okay,
Let's just take a minute to invite to this beautiful space we're sharing loved ones that may be finding this moment difficult because they are facing challenges that too strong to keep centered.
Let's invite political leaders,
Social leaders,
Financial leaders to this circle to connect to this energy so they can make decision from the heart and not from the mind.
