Just a state that we have to be aware of.
Meaning,
To direct our awareness as generally as possible to how we're doing or how the body is doing.
The awareness that we're using to pay attention to what's going on is the expression of the whole creation,
The light that creates everything and illuminates everything through your brain into whatever you are aware of.
So,
When you become aware of tension,
Anxiety,
Discomfort,
Anywhere,
You're actually offering synchronization between tension and infinite light.
So,
The key to succeed in that is not to identify with what you're observing but to understand that your awareness is serving as a channel and you just have to give it the opportunity to do that.
In other words,
Become aware of whatever there is in your existence as a human being but not as a human being,
As creation.
Meaning that your mind is as infinite as the whole creation,
Observing tension.
And who you are,
Who you are is everything.
You are the tension and you are the infinite light,
Everything.
You're not only the person,
Of course not.
So,
Let's take a minute to acknowledge for ourself tension in whatever way it manifests and to be with it as infinity.
If we want,
Because we're starting the meditation many times,
The tension is strong so we can incorporate breathing and we can visualize as if we're breathing from the infinite light and we're exhaling into the tension.

We're exhaling light into the tension to soften it.
Now,
Let's let go of the conscious breathing.
Acknowledge still,

This is the foundation,

Infinite being.

You just allow your mind to expand and to assume the size of the whole creation.
Pure light is your mind,

As the mind is infinite,
We want to invite the heart chakra as well to become infinite.
To glow and shine with so much power,
So much light,
And fill up the whole creation with its light,
With love.
Let's do the same with the second chakra below the navel.
And let's invite the second chakra,
Like the heart,
To open up and beam like the most powerful sun into the whole creation.
So,
It fills up the whole creation with staggering bright light.
Let's do the same with the third eye.
Invite it to unify with the whole creation,
Light with light.
And let's say,
Take advantage of the fact that we are here together,
A group of beautiful brothers and sisters,
On the spiritual path.
So,
By supporting each other to shine and shine and radiate,
We can increase the light.
So,
Let's take a minute to visualize that we're forming a beautiful light.
A circle,
That uniting by the mind,
By acknowledging I'm here with brothers and sisters,
And uniting through the heart chakra with love.
In the same time,
We keep the awareness of infinity,
That we are infinite light.
And then,
As we inhale and exhale,
We're receiving light,
We're receiving energy,
We're receiving power,
We're receiving love.
As we exhale,
We give it back,
We share it.

We're raising vibration of each other,

As clear as the image,
More powerful is the result,
The effect.
And now,
Let's invite to this circle,
First of all,
To the actual circle that we're forming,
Invite beings that maybe they are not here in physical form,
But because we are beyond time and space,
There is no problem for them to join us.
And those who left the body,
The same as each one of us,
Is on a journey to unite with the light.
And let's invite as well into the circle,
Those that we know that are struggling at the moment,
That they can use healing and support.
And now,
Let's let go completely of any image,
Meaning we don't want to use the mind anymore for anything.
We just want to drop it completely,
So the light as the light,
Just is.
And as the infinite light,
If you still have any discomfort in your human being,
Form,
Emotional,
The mind maybe,
Physical,
Again,
Always as the infinite light,
As infinity itself,
Just invite that discomfort to synchronize.
So,
All your tissues,
Cells,
Everything will harmonize,
Will feel,
Will synchronize with the light.
Now,
How can we keep this beautiful state of being during the day?
First of all,
You need to be 100% convinced of who you are.
100%,
With no doubt,
Zero doubt.
To be convinced that you are infinity itself,
That functions as a human form right now,
But not separated from all there is.
This has to be 100% clear.
When you are clear with that,
Everything you're going to see,
People,
Animals,
Plants,
Everything,
You see it as it is,
You see it as infinite light.
If it's human in the form of a human being walking,
And then you'll see,
You'll be so amazed to see that if you look at the children,
Babies,
Dogs,
Animals,
You'll see that they're shining.
There's zero separation between the light,
Which we call outside and the light inside.
There is no separation.
And as we get,
We or other people,
We get more attached to the ego,
To our problem,
To our mind,
To our illusory identity,
Then we pull in,
We close and we forget.
So this has to be 100% clear.
And because the day is so powerful and what we,
The stimulation from inside,
From outside,
So strong,
So also we need to develop habits that will allow us to stay centered,
Connected,
To wake up.
For that,
It's very important to develop awareness to everything we do during the day,
Everything.
And this will help us pay attention to the mind.
So when we feel that the mind pulled out of unity,
Resource,
We got it back,
We surrender.
If you're more the emotional type personality,
So also devotion and surrendering to the higher force is very helpful because then the mind lets go of its holding of the identity.
So the sense of humbleness,
Surrendering and gratitude also helps so much to come back to the truth.
And as well,
It's very important to keep a regular practice.
So you have like a setup moment every day that you meditate and you're really acknowledging with no doubt,
With direct experience,
The truth.
And this truth is not a religion because it does not depend on thinking.
It's just ease,
Ness,
That's it.
It's just light.
It's just love,
That's it.
And you are that.
