Hey my friend and welcome.

Let's dedicate this meditation to connect with pleasure.

Just bring your awareness inwards.

Observe how the breath moves in and goes out.

Every time you inhale,

Try to direct the breath and the awareness into the pelvic floor.

And every time you exhale,

Allow that energy generated in the pelvic floor to spread all over the body.

Inhaling to the pelvic floor and exhaling to the whole body.

Every part is yearning to feel pleasure.

Every cell,

Every molecule,

Every organ,

Your whole being functions the best in a pleasurable environment.

The pelvic floor is a generator of pleasure.

As you activating that energy center by softening the pelvic floor,

Softening the genitals,

The anus,

The perineal muscle,

And allow that energy to open,

To spread,

To relax.

That energy generated is starting to spread and awaken that sense of well-being and softening all over your body.

Again,

We inhale to the area of the pelvic floor.

Relaxing.

Allow that area to feel warm,

To feel soft,

To feel comfortable.

When we exhale,

We allow that vibration to flow and awaken the same sense of pleasurable existence all over our body.

As if it's a vapor of pleasure arising from the pelvic floor and touching each and every cell of your whole existence.

This is a natural process really,

But because normally we're living very tight,

Very anxious,

Very closed and enclosed,

We've forgotten that there is that possibility of pleasure circulating within our body.

So,

Just soften the pelvic floor and allow that energy to circulate free.

Invite it.

Invite your face to soften into pleasure.

Invite your heart center,

Your breathing process,

Your arms to soften into pleasure.

Feel that you are taken care of.

Feel that you can soften those worries so you can relax completely.

Allow your solar plexus just below the chest to soften into pleasure.

And again,

The lower abdomen and the pelvic floor are widening,

Relaxing.

And that relaxation and pleasurable existence as well is flowing into your legs,

Into your feet,

Into your toes.

So,

Your whole body is soaked with pleasure,

With relaxation,

With wellness.

Take your time to allow that process to take place.

As much as you're relaxing the pelvic floor,

That quality will spread and will be enhanced by you inviting it to areas that are tight,

Physically or emotionally.

And now let's expand our awareness outside the physical form and acknowledge that that space of pleasure is actually outside as it is inside.

In fact,

Pleasure is a quality that the universe is communicating.

That sensation in the pelvic floor is actually the way we're awakening to that quality that is in the whole creation.

So,

Allow yourself to feel that you are soaking,

Relaxing in an ocean of pleasurable being.

All your molecules,

Your cells,

Your atoms,

They're all soaking in pleasure.

They're all relaxing into pleasure.

Trust that at least at this very moment you can let go of the fear of death,

The anxiety that tightens you up and surrender all those difficult qualities into the ocean of pleasure.
