Okay,
Good.
So let's start just by checking how we're doing.
So when we check how we're doing,
We check emotions,
We check the mind if it's busy or relaxed,
We check our body if it's comfortable or maybe not comfortable.
And the most important thing to check or to acknowledge is that part,
The checking,
Because that part that is checking is not what is checking.
So the awareness that sees all those things should not identify with what it is seeing.
Like if I see a wall,
I'm not a wall.
So if I see sadness,
I'm not sadness,
Even if I feel it,
What I call in my body.
Once we're clear what's happening,
We take some space out of it.
We're not entering into the washing machine or into a tumble dryer in the mind.
We're pulling out,
Yeah?
We create space when the awareness is observing what it sees,
But it's not identifying with it.
So choose what is the most,
Let's say,
Discomfort that you're experiencing in your being at this moment and just take space from it and in a way look at it.
Give it space to be.
Even with thinking,
It feels that I'm the thinker,
But actually in the teaching of the yoga,
The mind and the awareness,
Although they're both parts of our cognitive being or the mind being,
They're not the same.
So in the teaching of yoga,
The mind,
The thinking mind,
What we identify as me and what holds the ego identity is called buddhi and the awareness is different.
So even we can be aware of thinking.
So awareness,
You can look at it more as a source of light,
That when it shines light on anything,
On emotion or on thoughts or on the body or anything,
Then that thing is perceived.
And the problem that happened to all of us is that we immediately fall and identify with what we're perceiving.
So we need space.
That tool of awareness is the movement part of pure consciousness.
So it's that part in you,
In us that connects us to,
You can call it God or you can call it infinity or whatever word you give it,
But actually it has no word.
It just is mass.
So when it's directed onto what we call me,
It shines on things that we experience and when it's directed to know me,
To all there is,
Then we shine in the light,
Pure light of consciousness and then we feel liberated,
Free,
Completely free.
The fact that we are free doesn't mean we don't take responsibility for our emotion,
For our thoughts,
For our body or for others.
Actually,
We can do it much better.
So let's just stay a bit in silence and make it very clear how awareness can be consciously directed either to what you call me or you can choose to allow awareness to be completely liberated and to be infinite.
They say a world of maya,
Which we call the illusion of identity,
That I am me and I'm separate from life,
Has an immense magnetic force that pulls us very,
Very strong for many,
Many,
Many,
Many,
Many lifetimes and this lifetime is our chance to stop it,
If we take this chance.
So if you really pay attention to what's happening,
You can do it.
Enlightenment is when the awareness is directed to the whole creation and bondage is when the awareness identified with what it sees as the body.
This is the whole trick.
When you're clear about it,
Then you can liberate yourself completely.
It's become a choice.
Either I'm directing in and get bonded with my stuff or I'm directed out and get liberated with no stuff.
Our nervous system is completely bonded to the ego and completely liberated when we are expanding,
Allow expansion.
So because normally we are in the ego state,
Our nervous system gets crazy basically,
Because it's so much not built to be in this state.
It's built to infinity.
So it's normal that when we start meditation,
We're encountering discomfort and it's good to give it some work or some importance so it will calm down and will allow us to be more free in choosing infinity.
So let's use a few tools to help the nervous system to calm down so we can be in the no-thing state when awareness is completely liberated and not bounded by the mind,
By the buddhi.
One of the tools that works very well is the tool of gratitude,
Because gratitude immediately makes the mind humble and connects it to the heart.
So as you're meditating and being quiet,
Just bring the sense of gratitude,
How grateful you are.
That's it,
Just grateful,
Don't need even to say to what.
Just keep this attitude of gratefulness and this will open your heart and calm your mind immediately.
Another thing that helps a lot is to become aware of more subtle sensation in the body,
Like the vibration,
Because vibration unites in the body and out the body.
So let's say this is the most something in the no-thing,
Because it's the thing that connected in and out.
So when you feel vibration in the body and you feel vibration outside the body,
Then you have a portal,
A door again to unity.
So without losing this sense of expansion,
Of infinity,
Invite yourself to become aware of vibrations in the body.
But stay infinite,
Stay with your mind as all there is.
Once you're aware of vibration in the body,
If possible,
Try to feel that the whole body vibrates,
Not only the arm,
The leg or the fingers or the toes,
But actually the whole body vibrates.
It's completely alive.
Everywhere you pay attention,
Even your nose,
Even your ears,
Everywhere is alive,
Vibrating.
And that same sense of full body vibration,
We're expanding outside the body.
We can feel that actually vibration never ends.
It's an ocean,
Infinite ocean of vibration.
Let's be with the ocean of vibration a little bit.
Although it's very cool to be in the ocean of vibration,
Don't get lost in it,
Because this is still a physical aspect of no thing.
It's something,
But very light something.
So never get lost in vibration.
Lift awareness to a higher vibration.
And the highest vibration there is,
Is no vibration.
So no vibration is also a sea of vibration,
But it cannot be felt.
It just can be acknowledged.
I am or I am that.
So you lift.
You don't look for vibration anymore.
You look for no thing.
You don't look,
You become.
So let's be in the no thing,
When the mind is just ease,
Is not looking or searching for something.
It just completely united the body,
The thinking mind with the awareness mind.
They are completely united.
Now we check in again without losing that infinite being which we are.
We do another check while keeping as infinity into what we called the me person,
The ego person,
The human being part of our infinite being.
And if we still find islands of tension,
Just invite those areas to synchronize with the infinite being which you are,
Which all is.
It means that you keep the awareness infinite and in that infinity you include the tensed area or the tensed emotion or the tensed mind,
Whatever tension you feel.
And you let them synchronize.
If the mind goes back to thinking,
It's no problem.
You just acknowledge again the true nature,
Infinity and mind.
And then it will stop thinking.
Okay,
Let's use another trick to release even more tension from the system.
If there is,
If not,
No worries at all.
And this trick I call the carrot and onion awareness,
Meaning that the body has layers of tension,
Sorry,
Has layers of energy from the center out like an onion,
Exactly like this.
The carrot is the center and then from the carrot out there are layers like onion that expanding from the center out.
Now many times one of these layers is tense,
Has a tense energy.
And that's what we are looking for.
Without losing infinity,
We're checking if there's any layer of tension in the body or outside the body in the aura that doesn't allow us to completely dissolve.
And if that's the case,
Just pay attention to that tension and it will dissolve and you're going to feel even more in unity,
In bliss.
I just want to say that this layer might hold also emotions,
Memories,
You know,
Maybe difficult things.
Don't get into them,
Just invite that layer to dissolve.
And then maybe you'll find another layer that is even more subtle.
So just make sure that there are no layers of tension around who you called you,
Me.
So the end result of this kind of complete cleansing and unifying is a very,
Very clear,
Unshakable sense that I am all there is.
It's obvious.
It's not a religion,
It's nothing.
It's just because everything dissolves,
What's left is just pure consciousness.
It's obvious.
This is called enlightenment.
This is enlightenment,
Exactly this.
And the difference between enlightened being and let's say not enlightened being is exactly the ability to acknowledge this state.
And from there,
As much as we stay in it,
We are more in the light.
As much as we pull back into the illusion of the mind,
We are more in the darkness.
It's so simple.
