In this meditation, we turn to the breath as a bridge to the infinite. Each inhale arrives from the vastness, each exhale returns us to it. The rhythm of breathing reveals that we’re never truly separate, only appearing to be. As we rest in this realization, the boundaries between inner and outer dissolve, and we find ourselves held within something much greater. The breath becomes more than a physical process; it opens the doorway to the field of existence itself. In quiet presence, we recognize that life is not something we possess, but something we are continuously part of—spacious, timeless, and whole. Infinity is not far away; it’s flowing in and out of your lungs right now.

Hi my friend,

Let's dedicate this meditation to feel and experience the connection between the breath and infinity.

So make sure you're feeling comfortable,

Sitting or lying down.

It's very important that you find the most comfortable position so you don't need to be worried about different parts of your body that are in pain.

And we start by taking a few deep breathing,

Visualizing that with that breath we're filling up the whole body like a balloon that expands to all direction.

And then exhaling,

Relaxing,

Letting go of tension.

Again breathe deep,

Expand to all direction,

Exhale and relax.

Now take a minute to recognize exactly the quality of your breathing right now.

And at the same time bring your awareness to your pelvic floor.

And as you're breathing a bit deeper than normal,

Try to guide the breath all the way down to your pelvic floor.

Feeling that when you inhale,

It's a very gentle stretch in your pelvic floor.

And when you exhale,

It relaxes and you feel more and more relaxed.

Now let's pay attention that when we inhale,

We're inhaling to our skin,

As if the skin is elastic,

Like the edge of a balloon.

And when we're inhaling to the whole body,

Like a balloon,

It is stretching outwards.

And when we're exhaling,

We feel more and more relaxed.

All the tension leaves our body.

Remember to keep your awareness in the whole body.

And as you're breathing in,

See from inside that the whole body expands.

Now let's expand the image of the balloon outside the body into our aura field,

The energy surrounding the physical form.

And you can visualize it as far as you want from the physical body.

And this is your balloon right now.

So when you're inhaling,

You're inhaling to a much bigger space,

Like your balloon is much bigger now.

And again,

It expands to all direction,

Far away from your body.

When you exhale,

You relax.

You let tension leave your form.

Now let's expand way,

Way,

Way out there,

Our awareness of this imaginary balloon.

And let's breathe into a much,

Much wider space when we inhale.

And when we exhale,

Releasing tension.

And now,

Visualize that the whole creation is your body,

Is that balloon.

And when you inhale,

The whole creation expanding further and further out.

When you exhale,

Releasing tension.

In that infinite space which you are aware of,

There's infinite possibility to relax.

In fact,

Each and every cell of your being is yearning that space so it can function in the best way possible.

So this is such a beautiful gift you're giving to yourself right now.

Have a blessed meditation and blessed life.

Thank you.
