
The Four Pillars Of Awareness: The Experience Of Reality

We mistakenly try to define awareness using thought, but awareness is the context of thought. This session simplifies reality into four key components. We explore the Observer (that which sees all), Space (the boundless capacity for everything to exist), Form (the material world), and Life/Vibration (the vitality that makes it real). The journey is to recognize that you are fundamentally Space—the infinite, unchanging container in which the other three components appear and disappear. This direct experience of your ultimate position brings immediate cessation to mental noise and establishes you in a state of unshakeable peace and truth.

Let's focus in words,
Just observe how we're doing,
We,
I mean the human form or human being,
As we're observing,
Acknowledge that you have the possibility to choose from which angle you're observing or from which identity are you observing,
So immediately expand your awareness,
So your observation will come from infinity as infinity,
Not I am me,
Your ear observing my body,
I am infinity observing this body,
For that our mind,
Our consciousness has to be infinitely expanded including the whole creation and this person called me,
This me person is only for the duration of this life,
Then we're letting go of this me person and again we just ease-ness,
That letting go of the me person,
We don't need to wait until we leave the body,
We can do it right now and then we can enjoy a very unique experience being alive as everything and in unity with everything,
So this is the invitation right now to connect to what never changes,
That what never changes is so magical because it's everything,
So it's the material that everything is made from,
It's the space in which we're observing everything and it's also the observer,
It's everything and it's alive,
Completely alive,
Okay,
All those components I mentioned,
The observer,
The space,
The form and life,
All those components must be acknowledged in one go,
That acknowledgement is not an effort,
I need to look at that,
Then I'm looking at that,
Or then I forgot that,
No,
The minute you are directly experiencing that,
You're experiencing all of the above,
But we can break this component right now to introduce it very clearly to your system,
To your human system,
We're starting with space,
I'm all there is,
Just feel that you are infinite space and again to feel or to experience infinite space,
The mind must be allowed to expand to its maximum and its maximum is infinite,
So this is the space aspect,
Now we're moving while keeping the space infinite,
We're moving into the matter,
What's in the space,
This can be felt or experienced as vibration,
So without losing the space,
Acknowledge the vibration within your body,
Around your body,
And in the whole creation,
It's all the same thing,
So now we have space,
Vibrating space,
If you find it difficult to kind of fly immediately to that infinite experience,
You can start step by step,
First of all,
Feeling the vibration in your body,
And then around your body,
And in the space where you are sitting,
And then you expand to infinity,
Okay,
So we have infinite space,
We have what we call the matter in that space,
Which is pure light,
Pure vibration,
Pure om,
Any sense that we're using to interact with the world,
Is what fills up that infinite space,
It can be sound,
Om,
It can be light,
Pure light,
It can be sensory vibration,
You don't need to connect through all of the above,
Whatever helps you to connect,
That's perfect,
Okay,
So number three is the acknowledgement,
That that vibration that you're experiencing in you,
Around you,
In the whole creation,
Is what makes the whole creation as well,
So just to feel it,
To experience it,
You can connect to your body first of all,
And feel that each part of your body vibrates,
In the same vibration that is outside the body,
Doesn't matter what it is,
It can be your eyes,
It can be your ears,
It can be your arms,
Your fingers,
Your fingernails,
Any part you are focusing in your physical form,
Or energy form,
You feel that it has its unique vibration,
Yet it is part of the infinite vibration,
This aspect of the infinite vibration is extremely healing,
Because if you have any part of your physical form of your human being that is off,
That feels uncomfortable,
You can always invite it to that infinite vibration,
When it's synchronized vibration you're going to feel much much better,
Okay,
So we had space,
Material,
And what's made from that material you can see,
And we only connected to the body,
But now you can pay attention to where you're sitting,
You don't need to open your eyes if they are closed,
But if you pay attention to the chair or the cushion wherever you sit,
You're going to feel that you are melting or uniting or cannot separate,
Because the chair vibrates exactly like your body,
Really,
And then if you want to connect more to the unity of all things,
You can open your eyes if you want,
And just feel that the whole space around you,
And see that it's vibrating,
And then anything within that space,
It doesn't matter what it is,
Can be a window,
Can be the wall,
Can be a mountain,
And the space between everything all vibrates,
So let's just dedicate a minute to acknowledge that all what I'm touching,
What I'm moving through,
What I'm living as,
All vibrates,
And that vibration is source,
Okay,
So we said we have four components,
Number one is infinite space,
Number two is the vibration in that infinite space that it's vibrating,
Number three that that vibration makes everything,
And then we go to number four is that the awareness sees all that,
So all those are one thing really,
Just broken into components,
So now let's pay attention to the awareness,
Meaning awareness is aware of itself,
Meaning the whole creation is aware of itself,
So what's the difference between that state,
Awareness of awareness,
And the previous three,
Is that that state of awareness of itself is the ultimate,
Because it doesn't look at any object,
It's completely back within itself,
As itself,
For that what is required is that that aspect,
That moving aspect of awareness that sees everything,
That shines light on everything,
Moves toward itself,
Or kind of collapses within itself,
Something like this,
And practically speaking it's that a part in your mind needs to be allowed to stop moving,
Or invited to stop moving,
And more practically it's that area in the third eye that is kind of moving into itself,
And relaxing,
The place of relaxation of the moving part of consciousness into itself is called where the creator is completely withdrawing into itself,
It's like that space between creation and no creation,
Yet it's alive,
And you can experience it right now,
That your mind completely withdraws into itself,
Like a spider that withdraws its web back home,
And as the creator again acknowledges infinity,
That's the first step,
When this creation being created,
Is when the creator acknowledge itself,
The body of creator is creation,
Your body is exactly that,
So the minute you acknowledge infinity,
Creation starts,
Allow your mind now to again experience the whole creation,
You don't need to visualize stars,
Galaxies,
None of that,
Just need to allow it to be infinite,
It's its natural state,
It's not something you need to push it to be,
Or make it to be,
It's like when you're releasing a tight spring,
It just jumps to its maximum,
That's your consciousness,
Okay,
Then we're acknowledging again the vibration within infinity,
The material that makes everything,
And then we're acknowledging that our body is made from that vibration,
And now it's a time that we can offer healing first to ourself,
Because our human existence suffers a lot from duality,
So without losing that infinite space which you are,
Let's recognize areas that are suffering from duality within us,
Number one is our heart chakra,
Our emotional center,
Always as infinity invite your heart chakra to synchronize,
To open up,
To unite with souls,
You are that source,
I'm inviting my heart chakra to synchronize with infinity,
Am i,
You're not inside pushing something out,
You are the whole creation calling part of itself to unite,
Let's do the same process,
Repeat the same process in the solar plexus which is another focal point that suffers a lot from duality,
So i'm inviting my solar plexus to synchronize with the whole creation,
As the whole creation,
Remember you are everything and you're calling parts of you to come home,
Then let's repeat the same thing in the base and second chakra,
Here the pelvic floor,
And the area of the sacral or sacrum area,
I'm calling that area to synchronize with infinity,
As infinity,
Remember you are everything calling parts to join,
Okay,
Next one is the nervous system,
As well suffers a lot from duality,
You are infinity itself calling the nervous system,
Any sense of nervousness,
Anxiety,
General tension in your whole organism,
Let's call it a synchronized resource,
You see this is the magic,
You are the whole creation,
And the whole creation is aware of itself and the beats within it,
It's so crazy,
Yeah,
So the whole creation has the ability through your awareness to become aware,
Of the most tiny delicate tension within you or within itself,
It's not you the ego person that is doing it,
It's the creation doing it through you,
You are not a separate being,
You are expression of creation in action,
And back to the nervous system,
Check very carefully because there are many layers that tension kind of hooks to the body,
So if you release the obvious,
If you go deeper normally there is more,
So let's take your time and slowly invite all these layers of tension to soften,
To synchronize,
So because we're sharing such a magical vibrational space,
Let's invite to this space others that right now don't have the ability,
Either their mental,
Physical,
Emotional or life circumstances to share this space with us,
So let's just invite them,
You are infinity like you invite parts of what you call you,
You invite other parts of you as infinity which are we call others,
It's the same,
Your consciousness is creation,
And really it doesn't matter if it's harmonize your nervous system or somebody else,
It's the same,
So let's call loved ones,
Friends,
Families,
Anyone that we want to invite to this space that we know they are finding this moment very difficult,
And invite them to synchronize like you did with your own system,
So when we get out of this meditation and obviously it's not the same as sitting and allow everything to synchronize,
We must be on the go to be able to maintain some of it,
So first of all it maintains without effort,
That's first of all,
Because what you experience in this meditation is harmonizing very deep in your nervous system,
In your whole organism,
And reminding it,
It's thoughts,
The truth,
The simple truth,
So first of all don't worry,
Just then as much as possible try to repeat those experiences to train your nervous system,
To connect to that quality which is the natural quality of being,
Number two,
Because the mind always goes back into duality,
Me and,
So we need to keep the mind humble,
Yeah,
Just more at all of life,
Wow,
This wow,
Looking at life and being at all,
You know,
This will keep the mind humble,
Soft,
And yeah,
Other things will just follow naturally from that,
You'll be more aware,
You'll be more aware of how you're moving in this world,
So don't worry,
Just practice,
