Okay,

We can start,

So let's connect inward.

We can also connect outward,

But once we connect,

We connect.

And this is the point.

Meaning presence is not inner presence,

Outer presence.

Presence is presence.

So that's why I think it's very important to practice presence in anything we do.

Not only when we sit and meditate.

And as much as we're teaching our mind to be present,

It's easier for the system to be present.

Okay,

So always the breath is a beautiful bridge to bring us from a scattered existence into presence.

In Hebrew,

Breath's name is Neshima,

And the soul is Neshama.

And that small e between Neshima and Neshama,

That e letter is the letter of God.

So that's very special.

So the Neshima and the Neshama are both supported by presence.

And the name of presence for the Jews is presence.

In Hebrew,

You say presence,

That's God.

Okay,

So when we're connecting to the breath,

We're bringing the presence of the creation and the creator into this moment.

So let's be present how the breath moves in.

Try to really follow its trajectory as it finds its way through the system.

Follow very exact where it goes,

How it goes.

Which parts of your body are responding in what or which way.

And as we're following the process of the breathing,

We have to remind ourselves that really the essence is the observer more than the object being observed.

So the one who's observing how the breath moves in and out is you.

But you is not you limited in this form.

You is actually infinite being,

Unbound with no beginning and no end,

This is you.

So because by default we're constantly identifying with our form and say this is me.

So also when we meditate and observing,

We also immediately condense our awareness to the size of the body.

And what we're training through this practice,

Through the meditation,

Is to reunite and reconnect with the truth of who we are,

Which is infinite being,

Infinity itself.

So it's not that I am infinite but I still stay,

Me,

Separate from infinity.

It's not like this.

When I say I'm infinite,

Meaning that infinity am I,

It's both direction.

That's why Ramana Maharishi in the Yoga state,

I am that I am.

So I am what I'm looking at and what I'm looking at is me.

So we're observing the breath as infinity.

So really the one who observes is infinity itself,

That's what we talked as.

The one who observes is not I'm observing my breathing,

It's the whole creation observing itself through my eyes,

You can say,

Or through my senses.

That's why when we practice energy reading,

We can easily observe the breath of somebody else because I am infinity and I'm not limited as infinity on what I can perceive.

I can perceive anything I want because I am everything.

Continue to observe the breath as infinity.

The whole creation is observing part of itself called my breathing.

So obviously when we're doing that and we really pay attention to the breath as infinity or even as a little person,

In any case we're recognizing areas of tension,

It's normal.

So let's encourage areas of tension to relax and synchronize with the infinite being which we are.

Everything that is in high tension,

Always looking to balance its tension with the space around it,

Everything that is having too much tension explodes because it must move into a bigger space.

The same holds for when we meditate and we're acknowledging infinity,

We're releasing tension.

So we're moving from the little person,

Meaning the ego,

Recognizing and limiting its existence to this person,

And we say,

No,

I'm not the ego,

I am the whole creation.

And then immediately I am giving so much space,

Infinite space,

For tension that's being created by the illusory of the ego to open up.

That's what we're doing.

We're acknowledging infinity,

We're acknowledging the whole creation and we're inviting areas of tension to soften and synchronize with the infinite space.

The mind is the name of the game because the mind has the ability to hold attention or awareness on whatever we want.

So in this case,

The mind,

Which is awareness,

Holds attention on the whole creation and in the area of tension in the same time,

This is the trick here,

Do it in the same time.

And then the energy is synchronized.

If you want to enhance this process,

If it works for you,

You can bring deep gratitude because this is so magical.

And here we can be even more specific and we can start by synchronizing the physical body,

Recognizing areas that hold a lot of physical tension and invite it to synchronize.

And always here,

Like words and affirmation can be helpful.

So if my lower back is a bit tense,

I'm inviting my lower back to synchronize with the whole creation.

We just say this and we're resting and observing the process.

Like this,

Take your time to move from place to place in the physical body where you feel that it can use some softening,

Always synchronizing with infinity.

And we can move into a more subtle body.

And the next step after observing the physical is the vibrational body.

So we're trying to recognize areas of the body that are vibrating,

Let's say,

In a way that is pronounced.

And we have to understand that if we feel vibration,

It means that the area is in excess,

It's not balanced.

So areas that you feel are vibrating,

Like we did with the physical body,

We're inviting that area to synchronize with the whole creation,

Which is zero vibration.

Actually,

This is not true what I said.

The whole creation has also all this level that the body has,

So it has a physical level and it has a vibrational level.

So we can synchronize the vibration in the body with the vibration of the whole creation,

Then we feel that we are a vibration.

But you can also synchronize vibration with no vibration,

With pure consciousness,

Then it will raise into higher vibration that you're not going to feel it.

So just to keep it simple,

Let's synchronize vibration with vibration,

Inner vibration with external vibration.

So you feel that you are transforming into an ocean of vibration.

Vibration am I.

Good.

Now when we are vibration,

We're moving into sight.

So we want to invite inner colors or anything that we perceive through our sense of sight to synchronize with the same quality in the whole creation.

So if you see color inside,

You're going to see colors outside.

If you see pixels inside,

You're going to see pixels outside.

In whatever way your inner sense of sight perceives energy,

You're going to perceive it inside and outside.

So inviting inner and outer energy to synchronize through the sense of sight.

It means that the part that perceives now the energy is the area of the eyes,

Like we see.

When we open the eyes,

We look at life through the eyes.

Now we look at the energy through the eyes,

But with closed eyes.

Then we're shifting to more subtle energy,

Which is the hearing.

So we started by sensing vibration.

We move into seeing vibration.

Now we're hearing vibration.

You don't need to listen to specific sounds or nothing special.

You're just inviting the life force to be perceived through your ears.

That's all.

No effort.

Don't make any effort.

Just say,

I'm perceiving energy or life force through my ears.

See what comes.

That's all.

Remember,

Inner perception,

External perception.

They have to unite.

There's also the sense of smelling,

But let's skip that one.

You can practice it on your own.

And now let's move to even more subtle energy,

Which is just awareness.

Awareness is the purest energy.

So we're just aware now.

We're not aware through a sense,

We're just aware.

You can say,

Infinity am I,

Or I am all there is,

And whatever comes is perfect.

And then there's even more subtle perception of the life force when the mind goes.

So until now,

We used the mind to connect to the life force,

To creation,

Through awareness.

Now we're dropping that.

So there's no distance between the observer and the object.

Observer and object is one.

The distance always happens only through the mind,

The one who observes.

Now the mind is gone.

Whatever left is perfect.

Dropping the mind sometimes requires courage,

Because we depend on it in everything we do.

When the mind is dropped,

You cannot pronounce anything anymore.

But still,

Let's say something.

And what I'd like to say is that the pure energy that we are becoming,

We'd like to invite to heal each and every aspect of our human existence.

That's what I'm inviting,

The pure essence of creation,

To heal each and every part of my human existence.

And not only the human existence,

It's my infinite reincarnations,

My soul energy,

My ancestral energy,

My DNA.

I'm inviting all the components that I'm composed from to be healed by the infinite Source.

Then don't say anything,

Don't think anything.

Let the healing take place.

To this beautiful space which we are sharing,

Let's invite those who we feel can use this space for themselves to heal,

Loved ones,

Friends,

Family.

We are all made from the same components,

You could say,

But not everybody is aware of that.

But we can invite to this space wherever we want,

So even they are not aware,

They can benefit.

Let's invite leaders of these planets,

Not of the planet,

But they are holding a leading position,

And they as well can use a lot of wellness,

Of that energy that we're sharing,

So their decision will come from open heart,

Loving heart,

Unity,

Relaxed mind.

So inviting those who are controlling this planet to be part of this energy.

And let's invite the areas of this planet that there is a lot,

A lot of suffering.

So those areas and all those who live there and experience so much suffering,

To heal from this beautiful energy that we are part of,

And everybody is part of.

So this work we are practicing 24x7,

365,

It's something that if you want to gain success by remembering who you are and really being that,

You have to constantly pay attention.

And if you lose it,

Come back,

Always come back.

This requires a lot of work,

But the benefit is unbelievable.
