Welcome to this meditation designed to cultivate deep gratitude and appreciation in your heart and mind Gratitude has the power to transform your perspective,

Bringing more joy abundance and peace into your life When we focus on what we are thankful for,

We open ourselves to even more blessings Find a comfortable position either seated or lying down Let your hands rest gently in your lap or by your sides and if you haven't already close down your eyes and take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through your nose filling your lungs completely hold for alignment and then exhale slowly through your mouth,

Releasing any tension Let's begin Bring your awareness to your breath Notice the way it flows in and out naturally without effort With each inhale breathe in appreciation With each exhale release stress and worry Now shift your awareness to your body Notice the steady rhythm of your heartbeat the breath that flows effortlessly the simple gift of being alive in this moment Silently affirm I am grateful for this breath I am grateful for this body I am grateful for this moment Feel gratitude gently filling you,

Grounding you in the present Now bring to mind three things you are grateful for today These could be people experiences,

Simple joys or perhaps challenges that have helped you grow For each one take a deep breath in holding that feeling of gratitude in your heart and as you exhale imagine sending out appreciation for these gifts in your life Now visualize a soft golden light growing in your heart This light represents gratitude warmth and love With each breath let it expand filling your entire chest blowing through your arms your legs your whole body Silently affirm I am grateful for the love that surrounds me I appreciate the abundance in my life Gratitude flows through me effortlessly Let this feeling of gratitude grow radiating outward touching everything in your life Picture yourself walking through your life carrying this feeling of gratitude with you See yourself interacting with others responding to situations with appreciation and presence Imagine gratitude infusing your relationships your work,
