This is a simple straighforward guided relaxation with harmonic tones to help you soothe, calm and rebalance the nervous system. This is a go-to track for when you are feeling panicked or notice you are in your fight or flight response. Please note, this track is not suitable if you have a pacemaker, epilepsy or first-trimester pregnancy.

Hello and welcome to this sound relaxation intended to soothe,

Calm and rebalance the nervous system.

As you begin to get settled into a comfortable position,

You may wish to curl up into a ball if you are feeling anxious or panicky,

Opening up the back of the body and creating a sense of safety.

If you feel you are breathing shallowly just into the collarbones,

Then a position where you are leaning forward can help to deepen and slow the breath.

As we open up the safe space created here now,

We leave behind any guilt,

Shame or judgement for the thoughts,

Feelings or physical sensations that may arise.

Instead they are welcome to this space.

They are welcome to rise up and clear fully and completely,

Making room for divine insight and wisdom to anchor into the cells and create a pathway of truth,

Love and integrity.

Begin by focusing on the breath,

Starting to draw the air in through the nostrils and exhaling through the mouth.

I will count a few rounds of breath but stick with a pattern that feels comfortable for you,

This is simply an invitation.

Exhaling deeply into the back of the body for 1,

Breathe out through the mouth,

Inhale 2,

Breathe out 2,

Breathe in deeply 2,

Keep the breath slow,

Steady and deep.

Relax into a comfortable breathing pattern,

Checking that the breath is drawing in deeper than the collar bones,

So we are not in shallow panicky breath.

Open up the back of the body and send the air right to the back of the ribs.

And if you can make your exhale loud enough for you to hear.

Bringing your awareness to the top of the head and relaxing the scalp.

Allow the forehead to widen and smoothen and the space between the eyebrows to expand.

Let the eyes drop deep into their sockets,

The cheeks melt,

The jaw drops allowing the tongue to rest heavy.

Feel as if the teeth are separating slightly,

Completely releasing any tension through the head,

Face and jaw.

In the back of the neck and the throat to soften,

Feel the collar bones get heavy and widen releasing any tension.

Allow the tops of the arms to become heavy and relax.

The elbows,

The forearms,

The wrists relaxing.

Feel the fingers uncurling and allow the palms to open and relax.

Allow the spine to feel as if it is lengthening,

Decompressing,

Creating space and relaxation washes down every single vertebrae.

Imagine a waterfall starting at the top of the head with water soothingly cascading down right to the base of the spine.

Releasing any tension through the back and the abdominals.

Allow the pelvis to feel as if it is releasing and all the muscles attached melting and softening.

Relaxing the thighs,

The knees front and back,

The calves and the shins,

The ankles.

Allow the bones of the feet to relax heavy and feel as if they are just slightly separating and easing.

Keeping the breath slow and steady and if you feel that you want to move or shake any pockets of energy out from the body,

Feel free to do so.

And as you relax here in your most comfortable position,

Imagine a bright dazzling sunlight.

Feel the glow from behind your eyes,

Allowing yourself to bathe in this solar sun activating pure source light.

Allow it to permeate and clear out any distortions or lower vibrational thought forms or energy forms.

As you feel this pure sunlight shaking out any cells,

Visualize the cells of your body glowing.

If you can sense a dense or tight pocket of energy anywhere,

You can stream a sunbeam straight to this particular point and laser beam the focus of energy into these cells.

Or you can simply bathe and absorb this sunlight,

Feeling it warming and relaxing the body even further.
