Welcome to this Meditation by Jamila Relaxing Meditation House.
I would like to welcome you to sit in a relaxing quiet environment.
Where you won't be disturbed for the next 15 minutes.
A place where you can sit and really relax in a way that feels comfortable to you.
Now inhale through your nose and exhale through your nose.
Do this once more and close your eyes.
Now breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth the way you can really hear like this.
Like a big sigh and go back to your normal regular breathing that feels right to you in through your nose and out through your nose.
And continue breathing this way throughout this meditation in a manner that feels good to you.
This is a meditation to check in with yourself how you are feeling.
Do you feel any tension anywhere in your body?
If you don't.
Just keep your focus on your breathing in through your nose and out through your nose.
But if you do bring your attention to this place.
And guide your breath into this place of tension.
Breathe the good light energy in through your nose with every breath you take.
And release any tension you feel with every breath you let out.
In through your nose and out through your nose.
It's good to just check in with yourself every day.
Just for a moment to see how you are feeling.
And what you want your day to look like.
How are you feeling at this moment?
It's okay the way you feel.
Let it be at this moment.
And with every breath you take you use the energy and the positive light to let it flow through your body.
And with every breath you let out let go of anything you don't need for today.
Maybe you would like to set an intention for your day.
What would you like your day to be like?
And when you have this intention repeat it three times to yourself inside your head.
Phrase it positive in a positive manner.
And during the day when you feel you really need a little bit of the feeling that you are getting now.
This positive energy.
Just go back to this moment and repeat this intention to yourself.
This positive intention.
And anytime you need it you can just go back to this feeling.
And to the intention that you want your day to be like.
Breathe in through your nose and use the energy and your intention for a positive day.
And let go of anything you don't need that you feel at this moment when you breathe out.
Again repeat your intention for the day three times.
And continue focusing on your breath.
You don't have to pay attention to the time.
I will let you know when it's time to get back.

Now slowly come back to this moment and repeat your intention again in your mind three times.
And now smile like there's something funny and good.
And use this feeling.
To make you feel positive and happy.
Slowly breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth like a sigh.
Go back to your normal.
Breathing.
And every time you need to go back to this feeling just repeat your intention in your mind three times.
And go on with your day.
Slowly open your eyes when you're ready.
Here.

Remember you can always go back to this.
