Welcome to today's meditation.

Breathe to release.

Jan Bond here,

Sunshine Coast,

Queensland.

Mind,

Body,

Wellness.

Make yourself ready for today's session and do what it takes for your physical and mental release.

It's a mindset,

So make sure you won't be disturbed in any way.

Ready?

Let's begin then.

Be aware now of your space,

Your body.

Sounds,

Sensations,

Temperature.

Notice your breathing.

Allow a sense of freedom over this process.

Let it happen to you.

Completely put your attention into your breath.

Be with the air entering your nose and follow it down into your body.

Then allow a slight pause before releasing the breath.

Let it go out of your mouth.

When you do this,

Notice how everything,

Everything that is you relaxes and sinks down and releases.

Use your mind to slow down the natural breathing process.

Again,

Into the nose and down into your body.

Then pause again and exhale,

Release.

Good.

Now take it further.

On the inhale,

Draw your breath all the way down to your toes and your feet.

Allow that pause.

Exhale and feel the tensions release in your feet.

Again,

Inhale.

Now both left and right feet.

All the way down and pause.

Then feel your feet soften completely.

Breathe in all the way down into both legs this time.

And that includes the ankles,

Knees.

Both legs,

Pause.

Then on the exhale,

Feel your legs get heavier.

Let them go.

On that out breath,

Just sink deeper.

Follow your next breath into your hips and buttocks.

Stomach,

Hold.

And on your out breath,

You may notice a sinking even further,

Down and down,

More and more relaxing.

Good work.

Now on the exhale,

Let the breath go down and down.

Let the breath go down and down.

Let the breath go down and down.

Let the breath go down and down.

Let the breath go down and down.

Let the breath go down and down.

Let the breath go down and down.

Let the breath go down and down.

Let your spine release.

All the tensions flowing out of your back and you literally sink back down into softness and into release,

Into the most comfortable pleasantness.

Inhale now into your chest,

Filling your lungs,

Expanding the heart into your liver.

Pause.

Let go and release.

Sink and release.

Relax.

Notice what a great job you're doing and just how very relaxed you are feeling right now.

Shift now to your fingers,

Your hands.

In breath here again.

Pause.

Allow all the fingers to softly curve and comfortable on the out-breath being released.

Breathe into both arms now.

Wrists,

Elbows,

Entire arm,

Left and right.

Just notice them both soften on the release,

Releasing any types of discomfort and feel how your shoulders literally move backwards into your support.

So very relaxed and so very calm.

Pause.

Then let it go.

Will you notice now that everything from the neck down is like bathing in warm,

Soothing water with your neck and your head above it?

Release continues.

Now into your neck,

Inhale.

Send the breath there.

Then again,

Pause and let go.

Exhale and softening.

The whole of your neck.

Deeper you go now,

Deeper.

The whole of your face,

Mouth,

Jaw,

Cheeks,

Ears,

Nose,

Your eyes,

And your forehead.

Breathe into all of these and then pause and set all of these free on your out-breath.

You are freed.

It allows all your features,

Your muscles,

Tendons,

Nerves,

And bones,

Any tight energies just to be released or forms of discomfort.

And it brings an openness.

That openness comes into your face and your face softens.

It allows wonderful calm.

The tension now into your whole head,

The top and the back structure.

Notice as your next breath into your head.

Pause it.

Feel the stillness.

Then the out-breath and your head's weight sinks into its support.

Just feel how comfortable this is now.

Actually releasing the weight and the physical heaviness of your entire body.

It sets you free.

Can you notice how your physical sensations actually are disappearing?

Just by you letting go at such a deep level,

Your body begins to feel weightless.

That lovely warm bath.

Just think of a lovely warm bath of water buoying you,

Freeing you.

It floats you.

Actually,

All of your physical sensations,

Everything is buoyed now.

And you do feel weightless and so very,

Very light.

Let's leave the body now to that weightlessness and take your breath to your brain.

Now,

Imagine if you can,

Inside your head,

And see and feel the aliveness.

Your brain.

The brain controls your body's functions.

Allow yourself to get a sense of it now.

Just how big the brain is.

The color,

Lovely,

Bright pink.

Relax into the process,

Please.

And begin to inhale into your brain.

Pause.

And when you let that breath go,

Let go of any mental anguish,

Any past,

Present,

And future.

Any projected future anguish,

Worries,

And concerns.

Your breath gives opportunities as it frees up negative energy.

Those negative energies simply get sucked out of the brain when you take your breath out,

Out of your memory bank,

No matter how small or seemingly inconsequential exhale those cares and those worries out of your brain,

From your body.

And just watch as every breath moves into your brain now.

And then the wonderful release,

Bringing such a relief and a softening,

A feeling of carefreeness,

So relaxing.

So very relaxing.

Now it's as if your brain floats just like your body in that warm water.

Your brain is calmed.

You now have order and clear thinking.

Let your mind begin imagining,

Floating in that warm water.

Maybe your mind drifts to calmer,

Clearer waters,

Perhaps turquoise,

Somewhere off the coast.

Or you might be standing under a pure cascading waterfall,

Lying on a beach somewhere,

Or just staying here,

Floating in that soothing,

Floating water.

Your mind now is limitless.

It is boundless.

Do know that you can sail across skies.

You can breathe the vastness of the universe.

Your mind knows many things.

It's experienced many lives.

And through those lives and those experiences,

Do know that our mind has developed most of the answers.

So then,

Why aren't we happy?

Why aren't we fulfilled or abundant?

Why aren't we feeling loved?

Why aren't we following our passions?

And perhaps the answers to all of these doubts and these fears could just simply be a lack of love.

Are we giving ourselves times and opportunities with love and with thoughtfulness to listen and to feel love?

Are we loving ourselves enough?

Are we loving others,

Things,

Life enough?

Are we giving ourselves our own priority for happiness and health and peace?

Are they not our first priorities?

Perhaps we're not meditating to seek out what our true mind has to offer us.

Instead,

We've developed beliefs about not being important enough or good enough,

Not being deserving,

Not being deserving of well-being,

Of happiness,

Health,

And love.

When you are conscious of your breath,

You open,

And that allows our mind,

Which is linked to the higher consciousness,

To the universe,

And to all that we've experienced with our soul,

To all that we've experienced with our soul.

When we,

Too,

Open up to these things,

We will absolutely begin to believe and understand that we can have and be whatever we desire and need.

We do hear the catchphrase all the time,

The power of the mind.

Yet,

Do we believe it?

Maybe not.

Especially if our bodies and our life,

Our state of being are experiencing constant challenges.

We hear it,

Change your mind,

And you'll change your life.

We lose nothing when we allow love of the universe.

We lose nothing.

Love of life,

Love for ourselves,

For our earth,

For our skies,

Stars,

Sun,

And moon.

Love is contentment.

Love is happiness.

Love expresses kindness.

Love is a healer.

Love is peace.

Love is abundance.

So then,

When we seek love,

All of these wonderful aspects are present.

Conversely,

When love is not present,

We live in and with fear,

Sickness,

Doubt,

Hate,

Disruption,

Lack,

And darkness.

We need love.

Allow your conscious mind to reach out to the wonders of the universe.

Call in love,

Reach for it.

And as you reach out,

Feel yourself lifting up,

Up into the heavens,

Into the skies of freedom.

Then we allow feng shui.

Feng is wind energy lifting you,

Flying you.

It is said birds don't fly.

The wind flies them.

Shui is water,

Water carries and flows.

It moves us,

Or it moves whatever is being used for,

To be carried and flowed by water.

When you achieve lightness,

Let the wind carry you and the water to flow you.

When you achieve natural balance,

That allows balance of energy in all things,

Your mind is a miracle.

You are a miracle of human energy,

Flowing,

Floating,

And pure lightness of energy.

All aspects of you are part of the universe.

So continue to let your mind reach up and out,

Allowing you to gain balance.

Feng shui,

Drawing your consciousness back to your body,

Flowing you back to your body,

And allowing your mind to be free,

Flowing and floating into the physical state,

So relaxed and blissfully relaxed.

Gently now,

Aware into the sounds around you,

Your space and your life.

You are here.

With thoughtfulness and gentleness,

Begin to make soft movements,

Very gentle,

Easy stretches,

And little stronger breathing.

Begin to open your eyes.

And when the time is right for you,

Rolling onto your right side before coming up.

Namaste.

Thank you for journeying with me in this.
