Welcome to this heart opening meditation.
Beginning by finding a comfortable position to sit or lay down.
Taking a moment to close your eyes.
Connecting with this present moment.
Beginning by taking a deep inhale through your nose.
Filling your belly,
Your chest,
Your lungs,
Pause,
And a slow exhale out your mouth.
Letting everything go.
Taking another deep inhale through your nose.
Filling your belly,
Your chest,
Your lungs,
Holding at the top.
Deep exhale,
Letting everything go that no longer serves you.
Now imagining a golden white light that's shining above your crown chakra.
Just noticing what that light looks like.
If it's moving,
What the texture looks like.
Taking a moment to connect with this,
Understanding that this is your essence.
Here to ground you,
To help you return to yourself.
As you continue to breathe,
Envisioning this light melting through the top of your head.
Everything that it touches relaxes.
This golden white light moves through your forehead,
Through your ears,
And your eyes,
And your cheeks.
So you just relax.
Move through your jaw,
Letting any tension go,
Releasing your tongue from the roof of your mouth.
Slowly melts down through your neck and your shoulders.
Letting any resistance go.
This light moves down through your heart,
Through your rib cage,
Down into your stomach.
Letting your belly go.
There's nothing to hold on to.
This white light moves down through your thighs,
Through your calves,
Down through your feet.
Just allowing the earth to hold you.
Relaxing every muscle in your body.
Feeling connected,
Feeling present to this moment.
Feeling the energy within you.
Bringing your attention to your heart space.
Taking a moment to connect with the physical heart.
Feel it beating.
Within your heart,
Within your chest.
Taking a moment to ask yourself,
Ask your heart,
How are you doing today?
And just noticing,
Just having awareness around what comes up.
As you stay connected to your heart space,
Taking a moment to connect with something,
Someone,
An experience that you feel genuinely grateful for today.
Just visualizing that in your mind's eye.
And feeling the energy of gratitude in your heart.
Realizing how your heart expands just a little bit more in this moment.
Allowing your heart to feel these things.
From this place of gratitude,
Taking a moment to zoom out,
Looking at your life from an outside perspective.
Seeing where you're at in this moment.
Seeing all the events,
All the synchronicities,
All the challenges that you've been through recently that have brought you to this moment,
The here and the now.
And can you feel gratitude for all of those things?
All of the beauty and all of the challenges,
All of the divine redirection.
Seeing how you're exactly where you're meant to be.
Maybe you're in a period of life where you're growing and you're building and you're creating.
Maybe you're in a moment in life where you're lost,
You're confused,
You're frustrated.
Wherever you're at,
Can you find gratitude for all the beauty that is in your life in this moment?
The people,
The experiences,
The lessons that you're learning.
Taking gratitude for yourself,
For being the one who experiences and grows and moves through this life.
Taking a moment to connect with your heart.
I feel gratitude for yourself.
Reconnecting with your breath.
As you inhale,
Feeling the energy of your heart space constrict.
And as you exhale,
Feeling this energy and light spread gently through the body.
As you inhale,
Feeling it constrict.
As you exhale,
Feeling that light now move through your chest and lower belly.
One more time.
Inhale,
Feel it constrict.
As you exhale,
Feeling this light and energy move through the top of your head to the bottoms of your feet.
This is your light.
This is your heart.
Remembering that simply by being you and showing your truth,
Showing your heart,
You're a gift to this world.
Your light is contagious.
Staying connected to this energy,
Carrying it forward with you.
Slowly starting to come back into your physical body.
Starting to notice any sounds around you.
Wiggling your fingers and your toes.
Tipping your breath.
Rolling your head side to side,
Thinking yourself for creating space to connect with your heart.
As you're ready,
Coming back to the space,
You can open your eyes.
