Hi there,

My name is Jen.

Welcome to this sacred space for your meditation.

Find a quiet,

Comfortable place where you can sit or lie down.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in.

Then slowly exhale.

Let any residual thoughts or your arising to-do list melt away as you begin to center yourself.

Find this moment,

This stillness,

This sacred space for yourself to be here,

Now.

Place your left hand over your heart.

Feel the warmth of your touch as you connect to the rhythm,

The beat,

Your life force.

As you focus on your heartbeat,

You may begin to feel a sense of gratitude for your life,

For your body,

For the present moment,

For your deep,

Pulsating connection to all beings,

To the universe,

To life,

And to love itself.

Our heart,

The center of all love,

Our vitality,

And our connection to all things within us and outside of us,

Our connection to the earth,

To the divine,

To the cosmos.

Allow this awareness to expand,

To pull on your heartstrings.

See them.

Feel them moving and shifting,

Welcoming any nostalgia,

Joy,

Grief,

Happiness,

Pain,

Longing,

And feel a sense of overflowing love in the form of a bright light begin to shine from your heart center.

A feeling of gratitude towards all of the experiences and memories your heart center holds within the folds of each heartbeat.

Bring awareness and gratitude to all of the beautiful moments tucked away within the safety and warmth of your body.

Or allow this moment to bring sadness outward,

Allowing it to escape from deep within,

Moving it toward the surface,

Feeling its interwoven lace between the bursts of love and sweetness.

Inhale deeply,

Feel it all,

Knowing that wherever you are,

Whatever you're feeling,

It's okay.

Whatever you're going through,

Whatever's within you or arising is part of a process,

Part of a sacred moment in time,

Part of your sacred path that leads you to becoming stronger,

Wiser,

And connecting and understanding all of its lessons learned.

You've made it this far,

And you'll continue to shift with the impermanence of each situation.

Feel it all,

Invite it in,

And with a deep exhale,

Let it all go.

Possibly inviting an ah or an auditory utterance of release out of you.

Being here and still for a moment longer,

Taking all of the time you need to feel each beat.

To feel in sync with each rhythm,

With each breath,

With each heartbeat,

And be here now.
