Hi,

This is Jenny Brav of Radiant Hormless Healing.

And today I'm going to be guiding you in a meditation that I call the Love Brain Meditation.

And it's intended to help with anxiety,

With ruminating negative thoughts,

To transform your brain into a.

.

.

From a fear brain into a place that holds gratitude and love and care and trust.

So first I invite you to find a comfortable position.

You can be lying down,

You can be seated.

We will be tapping into earth energy.

So if it's helpful to have your feet flat on some surface to do that,

Then I invite you to position yourself in that way.

So first,

Once you're comfortable,

Closing your eyes and taking nice slow breaths.

With each in-breath inviting in a sense of ease and relaxation.

And with each out-breath inviting anything that's ready to release.

And tension,

Harmonic thoughts,

Stick motions.

And feeling the connection to the ground,

Maybe wiggling your toes,

If that's accessible and comfortable.

Sensing,

Feeling,

Or imagining energetic roots going from the bottom of your feet deep into the earth.

And crying in nice grounding,

Nourishing earth energy up into your feet.

Into your ankles,

Your calves,

Your knees,

Your thighs,

Pelvis,

Into the abdomen.

Into your chest,

Your arms.

Feeling the earth energy filling your spine and your whole back body.

And as it does,

It forms a little earth pillow in the back of your heart,

Both the physical heart and your heart chakra,

The energy center of your heart.

And as it does,

Feeling that your heart can lean back,

Can rest into this earth pillow.

Feeling that support.

And as it does,

Your heart can feel a little safer to open,

To radiate with your natural innate light that you are here to shine.

Feeling that heart energy starting to spread through your body,

Enlivening each cell.

And as this heart energy spreads,

Feeling little energetic roots going into your heart,

And then up through your neck,

Into your head,

And plugging into your brain.

Feeling the heart and the brain start to sync up and harmonize,

And feeling that love energy start to fill your brain.

And as it does,

It begins to dissolve the survival energy,

The fear thoughts,

The hypervigilance,

The scarcity programming that leads to trying to manage and control.

And your brain start to transform from a fear brain into a love brain.

You might even imagine a heart-shaped brain if that feels accessible,

Creative.

And whatever imagery comes up for you,

You might just feel the love energy and not have a visual.

Feeling the brain begin to fill with the energy of trust and gratitude,

Acceptance,

Allowing time,

And feeling your thoughts begin to transform from fear thoughts,

Focused on past or most often the future,

Hypothetical future,

Into love thoughts anchored in the present,

Anchored in what you have rather than lack,

Gratitude,

Abundance.

And feeling that energy start to spread to all of your organs,

Your sense organs in particular,

So that they start perceiving the world through this energy of love and abundance and trust,

Love eyes and love ears and love mouth.

And feeling that energy spread into all of the other organs,

To the muscles,

The bones,

The lymph tissues,

Lighting up your skin and radiating out into the energy field.

And you're already slowly opening your eyes,

Taking a few breaths.
