Welcome to today's practice where you'll use the power of mantras to come in this present moment and relax your mind,

Body,

And spirit.

Mantra literally translates to mind tool and you'll use this tool to feel a sense of stillness.

Today your mantra will be the word stillness.

When I say the word stillness,

Repeat it back to yourself silently and also feel a sense of stillness throughout your mind,

Body,

And spirit.

So let's begin.

Get into a comfortable position and then close your eyes or gaze down.

Stillness.

Stillness.

Stillness.

Stillness.

Stillness.

Stillness.

Stillness.

Stillness.

Stillness.

Stillness.

Stillness.

Stillness.

Now receive a nice inhalation and release.

And bring a smile to your face as you shift into the feeling of gratitude grateful for showing up to practice today and grateful for choosing to be still.

Take one more deep breath in and release and carry the sense of stillness throughout your day.

It's time to step into your power.
