There is a light inside all of us,
Waiting to burn.
If you listen,
You will be able to find it,
Deep inside of your being.
It has always been there.
It has just got lost,
Underneath the baggage from the past.
The insecurities that you have carried with you from birth until this very moment.
If you are patient and resilient enough,
You will find it,
Buried underneath all of the pain that you refuse to deal with.
It is within milliseconds of your reach.
But yet,
It still seems like it is much further away.
We can still reach it.
But we need to deal with what is getting in our way of attaining and being with that light.
You can think of it as layers,
Or maybe even chambers,
That we need to peel away or get through.
When we do this,
We allow ourselves to achieve something greater and more profound.
Our divine source.
Once we surpass what is standing in our way,
We get closer to merging with the I AM presence.
We are in the middle of the night.
Pretend you are at sea,
It is in the middle of the night.
You come across many obstacles,
But you keep your focus and attention on the lighthouse that lies ahead.
No matter what may come up for you,
You keep reminding yourself that you are closer to it than you were before.
And this is what keeps you going,
The light illuminates the way,
Just as our breath does.
The light illuminates the way,
Just as our breath does.
As Lisa A.
Romano states in her book,
Co-dependent Now What?
,
Within your divine,
Magical,
Electrical suit is housed your most divine aspect,
Yourself.
The body is your temple.
You must see clearly that although your body is your temple,
Your mind may be corrupt.
So it is that simple,
And that your body never lies.
It holds all wisdom and inner truth.
Time and time again,
There have been studies showing that our bodies are able to feel and know if something is going to happen,
Even before it does.
One can never go wrong in steering away from the inner dialogue of the mind and residing in the self.
Your body is your sanctuary.
It goes through cycles and seasons,
Just as the earth does.
The body is your sanctuary.
It goes through cycles and seasons,
Just as the earth does.
The body is your sanctuary.
The body is your sanctuary.
The body is your sanctuary.
Many times in my life,
I have wondered why things never went the way I'd wished,
And fall into the trap of believing something should have happened differently.
Thinking,
If only I wouldn't have done this,
Or if only I had done that.
But it was when I accepted the fact that there was no other way it could have happened,
Or any other way I could have prevented it from happening,
That truly set me free.
Everything,
Surely everything,
Happens for a reason.
All that you experience in the outer world is only but a reflection of some aspect of your inner world that represents the relationship your inner divine self experiences with the aspect of self others helped create.
This is why we shouldn't take anything someone else does to heart,
Because it is usually about them,
And has more to do with their relationship to self.
The relationship they have with themselves tends to emanate in relationships with others.
Feel the coolness of the air around.
Notice the senses that come up,
And keep your breath strong.
Living in a state of not knowing is never easy.
To be frank,
It is something most of us don't want to stay in.
We strive so hard,
Looking for just a meek sign of certainty.
Not knowing that it can be an illusion,
Disguised as false hope.
We find it easier to just believe in that one thing with all of our strength.
But you see,
That is where the problem lies.
Things are neither black,
Nor white,
Nor yellow or green.
They are a mixture of all of them,
Not pointing in one direction or another.
We might not ever receive the answers that we are seeking.
And this truth has to be enough.
The future is not set in stone,
And doesn't happen in a vacuum.
There will always be universal forces at work.
Ones that go beyond all human understanding.
We can never be sure of what is going to happen.
We may tell ourselves otherwise,
Or believe that something is not going to happen.
But where's our proof?
Isn't that thinking in black and white?
Remember,
It could also happen as well.
One must keep both in mind,
Not forgetting the other side of the coin.
I will leave you with a phrase from the dial.
Take time to reflect on what it means to you.
In the mystery of the ministry,
Ever desiring,
One sees only the manifestations.
And the mystery itself is the doorway to all understanding.
The season of black and white medicine has come into existence,
And the unique
