Welcome to Day 27 of Insight Timer's Reset and Refresh Challenge.

Your call to break free from the ordinary,

Let go of what's been holding you back,

And step into your life with a fresh perspective.

Let's jump in to today's session.

Welcome to Day 6 of our journey together.

This is Justin Michael Williams and I am so excited that you have made it this far in the journey.

We are here today on the final life zone.

We've gone through work and career.

We've gone through your hobbies,

Interests,

And play.

We've gone through physical,

Emotional,

And spiritual well-being.

We've gone through authentic relationships and cultivating those in your life.

And in our previous practice,

We cultivated a vision for financial freedom and how you're going to finance this vision that you have for your big,

Beautiful life.

And today,

We come to the life zone that I believe is one of the most important.

It's the life zone that completely transformed the trajectory of my life when I started really focusing on shifting from self to being of service.

Being of service is all about giving without expecting any direct return.

It's simple and it's powerful,

And it's something that we all know is important,

But so few of us spend dedicated time in our lives focusing on how we can be of service.

And what I want you to know is from all the reading and research that I have seen on this topic,

There is no huge difference between whether you being of service means donating to a cause that you love or actually spending your time working for a nonprofit or for a cause that you believe in.

But what matters the most,

Whether you're working and spending time or donating resources,

Is that you're not just kind of doing it like,

Oh God,

I have to do this because I know I should be doing something of service.

It shouldn't be coming from a should.

It needs to be coming from your heart.

So even when you donate and you send money to an organization that you believe in,

You want to look at your account and see that money coming out and send a blessing of gratitude that you're able to support them in this way.

And when you're spending time donating your energy to a cause or something that you really believe in,

Then you want to go not begrudgingly because you feel like you have to,

But because your heart says yes.

And this is all about finding things that we care about in the world and then doing what we can to make a difference in the ways that feel aligned and purposeful to us.

Let's dive in to today's practice.

Go ahead and get comfortable.

Place your hands over the center of your chest.

Take a deep full breath in and a deep breath out and close your eyes if you're comfortable doing so.

And we'll align our breath today with my favorite breath,

The manifesting breath.

Three counts in,

Three counts hold,

And three counts out.

Start by just taking one more full deep breath in,

Breathing all the way up,

And exhale.

Let it all out.

And now inhale with me for one,

Two,

Three.

Hold for one,

Two,

Three.

Exhale one,

Two,

Three.

Again,

Inhale one,

Two,

Three.

Hold for one,

Two,

Three.

Exhale one,

Two,

Three.

Last time,

Inhale one,

Two,

Three.

Hold for one,

Two,

Three.

Exhale one,

Two,

And three.

Just breathe normally.

I want you to call into your mind a future version of yourself who is being of service in the way that feels like a miracle to you.

That you are able to make an impact in the ways that feel purposeful and aligned to you in a way that's deeper and broader and more full than you could ever imagine.

What do you notice?

What do you sense?

Notice if there's anybody there with you or if you're alone.

Notice what's happening in the vision that indicates that you are making a difference in the way that feels like a dream to you.

Scan and notice anything that you can see or sense around you.

And now push the vision even further.

What would make this vision feel miraculous?

And as you keep this vision in your mind,

I'm going to ask you a question and I want you to answer this question with the first thing that comes to your mind.

Here's your question.

What is one tiny action step that you can take that would move you powerfully in the direction of your vision?

What is one tiny action step you can take that would move you powerfully in the direction of your vision?

And once you have your action,

Go ahead and take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

When you're ready,

I invite you to open your eyes.

Beautiful work.

This is important stuff.

So go ahead now and jot down whatever came to you so you can get a sense of your vision.

And as you know,

Also jot down the most important thing,

Which is the action step,

The tiny action step that you can take to move you powerfully in the direction of this vision.

Even a little step counts.

And then you got to go do it.

So as we move tomorrow into our final practice,

I want you to prepare for something a little bit different.

And we are going to be doing a practice that is the most powerful practice you can do for long term action and how to start bringing this vision into the world now.

It is one of the best practices that I know to close out this series on designing your life.

And I am so excited to see you tomorrow for day seven of our journey together.
