Today I choose peace.

Welcome.

This moment is yours.

A space to pause,

To breathe,

To come home to yourself.

Let your eyes soften or close completely.

Let your body rest.

Let your breath guide you gently inward.

Breathe in.

And breathe out.

Again.

Softly in.

And fully out.

With each exhale,

Feel yourself arriving more fully in this moment.

Let the noise of the outside world fade to the edges.

Let yourself be held in stillness.

Now,

Quietly within,

Bring your attention to your heart.

You might place a hand over your chest and feel the warmth of your own presence.

Feel the life beneath your palm.

And silently say to yourself,

Today I choose peace.

Let the words land in your heart,

Not just your mind.

Let them ripple through you like a gentle wave.

You are not promising perfection.

You are simply aligning with your deeper truth.

Beneath the noise,

The striving,

The stories,

There is a steady,

Sacred peace inside of you.

Let's breathe with that peace now.

Inhale deeply.

And exhale with a sigh.

Let something go.

Again,

Inhale calm.

Exhale.

Tension.

Let your breath become a bridge between your outer life and your inner world.

Between your thoughts and your truth.

Between your striving and your surrender.

You might begin to quietly repeat with your breath.

Inhale,

I choose peace.

Exhale,

I release what I cannot control.

Repeat that for a few breaths and let the rhythm carry you.

Inhale,

I choose peace.

Exhale,

I release what I cannot control.

Let your body soften.

Let your mind settle.

And let your nervous system receive this gentle intention.

You get to choose how you meet this day.

Not every moment,

But many.

You can choose softness in a sharp world.

You can choose stillness when the day wants to rush.

You can choose presence over perfection.

And when you forget,

You can begin again.

And with one breath,

One pause,

One kind whisper,

I choose peace.

Let this become your sacred returning point throughout the day.

I choose peace.

Now,

Imagine peace as a soft golden light flowing into your body with each breath.

This light filling your chest,

Your shoulders,

Your spine,

Down through the belly,

Your legs,

Your hands.

Peace lives here,

In your breath,

In your body,

In your being.

You are not waiting for peace to come to you.

You are becoming peace.

You are carrying it with you into the world.

As this meditation comes to a close,

Gently bring awareness back to your body.

You can move your fingers,

Your toes,

And roll your shoulders if it feels good.

Take a breath in through your nose.

And exhale softly through your mouth.

And with your whole being,

Repeat one more time.

Today,

I choose peace.

Let this be your compass.

Let this be your quiet power.

You are ready to meet this day.

Stay with grace.

Thank you.

Thank you for being here.
