Welcome.

Take your time to adjust comfortably,

Either seated or lying on the back.

Closing the eyes.

You can rest your arms by your side,

Gently in your lap,

Or you may even take your hands and place them right on top of your heart space.

Start to tune into your breath.

With every exhale,

Seeing if you can soften and relax the body just a little bit more.

Seeing the forehead,

The eyelids,

The mouth,

The shoulders,

The legs.

And then start to just go over your day so far.

If you're doing this meditation at the end of the day,

Just take the time to reflect back starting from when you woke up.

Reflecting and noticing your day or the moments you've had so far,

However big or small.

And just asking yourself,

What is it from the day or from the moment?

Perhaps from a conversation,

A situation that you're most grateful for.

Just taking this time to pause and reflect on the gratitude and abundance in your life,

However big or small it may be.

Inhaling that gratitude.

And now with every exhale that you take,

Really sending that gratitude,

That love,

That appreciation for that thing,

That person,

That moment,

That situation.

Just energetically as you exhale,

Sending that love gratitude right back out.

So as you inhale,

Noticing,

Bringing to mind,

However big or small that piece of appreciation and gratitude is,

Just inhaling it right into your heart space.

And as you exhale,

Sending the love and gratitude right out to that person,

Place,

Thing.

Take a few more moments here.

And then take the palms of your hands,

Place them together right in front of your heart space.

Following the head forward in gratitude for taking this time.
