I know your thoughts have been running fast—jumping from one worry to the next, looping through lists, replaying conversations, and racing ahead. But tonight, we’re going to slow it all down. Tonight, you don’t have to hold onto those thoughts. They can wait. Breathe in deeply... and as you exhale, let go of the busyness swirling in your mind, allowing the noise to quiet for a moment. As you breathe, feel the space inside you expand. With each exhale, release a little bit of the tension that’s been gripping your mind. There is no rush here, no need to solve it all right now. Just let your body soften into the moment, let your thoughts start to dissolve, like clouds gently fading into the night sky.

Good evening.

I'm so grateful you're here.

Perhaps your thoughts have been running fast,

Jumping from one worry to the next,

Looping through lists,

Replaying conversations,

Or racing,

Racing fast.

But tonight,

We're going to slow it all down.

Tonight,

You don't have to hold on to any of it.

So breathe in deep,

And as you exhale,

Let go of the busyness swirling in your mind,

Allowing the noise to quiet for a moment.

And with each breath,

Feel the space inside of you expand.

With each exhale,

Release a little bit of the tension that's been swirling around.

There is no rush here,

No need to solve anything.

Just let your body soften into the moment.

Let your thoughts dissolve like clouds gently fading into the night sky.

Imagine now that your thoughts are like a river,

Swirling in every direction.

You've been caught in the current,

Trying to hold on,

Trying to make sense of the rush.

But now,

Picture yourself stepping out of the river and on to the peaceful bank beside it.

The river can continue to flow,

But you don't have to be in it.

Breathe,

And feel the cool,

Solid ground beneath your feet.

You are no longer swept up in the current,

You are standing in a place of calm,

Watching the thoughts flow by without needing to engage with them.

With each breath,

Feel the distance between you and your thoughts grow.

The river continues to flow,

But it's far away now,

No longer pulling you in.

You are here,

In the quiet,

In the stillness,

Where the mind begins to slow down and rest.

Notice how your body feels now.

The heaviness in your chest softens.

The tension in your forehead and jaw releases.

The thoughts that once crowded your mind are no longer swirling,

They are fading,

Becoming softer,

Less insistent.

Let yourself be here,

In the space of the quiet.

There is nothing to solve right now,

Nothing to fix.

The thoughts can float away,

And you can remain in the peace of this moment.

Feel how good it is to let go,

To stop chasing the thoughts and allow them to simply drift away.

And as you exhale,

Let the last of the overthinking dissolve.

The night is quiet now.

Your mind is no longer racing.

You are here,

In the calm,

Where sleep waits patiently to carry you into rest.

As you settle deeper,

Know that you don't need to hold onto anything tonight.

The river of thoughts can flow without you.

Breathe in once more,

And as you exhale,

Feel your entire body relax.

The noise has faded,

And all that's left is peace.

Namaste,

Beautiful.

Aahhhhh… what a sweet, easy and relaxing pathway to sleep! I was out in less than 5 minute!

I guess it was good as I fell asleep quickly, but I don't remember anything except breathing in and out haha.
