Maybe you feel angry right now.

Maybe you feel angry for a long time.

And first of all,

Let's acknowledge that this is okay as an emotion.

It is one of various emotions that we are able to feel as humans.

And by that,

It is not negative per se.

But,

I can tell you,

If you stay in that anger,

You will have a destructive path.

Most likely,

A self-destructive path that you walk on.

If you acknowledge the cause of your anger,

If you understand why you're angry and use it as fuel for change to the better,

Then it is okay.

To acknowledge the anger and move on positively in a constructive manner.

But if you stay angry and stay in that energy,

How can something constructive be built with that blueprint you give and you send out?

So,

Anger can be a starting point to something better.

But it will never be a long-term solution.

Also,

Keep that in mind if you hear other people wanting you to be angry.

What is it that they think would be beneficial if you're angry?

Is it really making sense that others benefit from your anger?

Maybe more on a subconscious level?

Think about that and be cautious with your energy.

Who do you give your energy and who do you give your anger?

Be cautious with your anger because anger can be a boomerang.

It can come back to you.

So,

Once you realize that anger cannot be a long-term solution,

Especially if others want you to be angry,

Then it is the best to stay calm on your path that is constructive,

Beneficial for you and everybody else.

Can you manage your anger?

Can you transform it,

Transmute it to something better?

Do you have examples of where it worked out to use anger as a fuel for a new achievement,

A better life?

Maybe you can inspire others with typing it in the comments.

I would be happy if you do so.

All the best and enjoy the journey.

Good talk, getting angry is something common but understanding why it happens surely is a good action to take. Thank you for sharing 🀍

This perspective on anger was eye-opening, as I do have those who want me to be angry with them about someone/something, even if I have no reason to be angry with what angers them. That is their anger not mine. Namaste...πŸ•ŠοΈπŸ˜ŒπŸ•ŠοΈ
