So when you're ready,

We'll begin just by taking a moment to pause.

Take a moment to be with your body,

To be with yourself.

And just remember that your body is doing an incredible thing and you're doing a great job.

You really are.

Pregnancy is not easy and it's okay to feel however you're feeling right now.

Give yourself permission to just sit with that for a moment.

It's okay to feel however I'm feeling right now.

Maybe tell yourself that.

And then together we'll take a big deep breath in through the nose and then let it go out of your mouth.

And do that again.

Inhale deeply,

Feeling the breath move through your body.

And then exhale,

Just softening into the moment and into your body.

And allow your breath to really settle into an easy rhythm.

There's no rush,

Just let your breath flow.

The breath itself is bringing so much nourishment to your body and to your baby.

So even if you just do that for a few moments,

You're doing a great thing for yourself and your baby.

And now begin to turn inward.

Let your awareness move into your body.

This strong,

Wise,

Intuitive body that's doing incredible work for you and also growing life.

And as you continue to breathe,

Allow yourself to soften into the trust and knowing of your body.

Trusting in your body,

Trusting in the process.

And just knowing that your body is healthy,

It is capable,

And it's doing a great job.

It's doing exactly what it needs to do.

Maybe you take your hands and you rest them on your belly.

You'll be noticing the warmth from your hands onto your stomach.

Imagining that you're sending that warmth and love from your hands right into the space where your baby is growing.

And then tell yourself,

My body knows what to do.

Each day I grow more connected to my baby.

My baby is healthy,

Safe,

And loved.

My body is healthy,

Safe,

And loved.

I trust my body,

And I trust this journey.

Let those words really settle in.

And as you do,

Visualize a soft,

Radiant,

Golden glowing light from the center of your belly.

This is a light.

A light of vitality,

Of health,

Of strength,

Nourishment,

Connection.

With every inhale,

This light grows.

And with each exhale,

It spreads out through your belly,

Surrounding your baby,

And filling your abdomen.

And letting it grow bigger and stronger as the light expands up into your chest,

Spreading across your shoulders and arms,

Down the legs,

All the way to the fingertips and the toes.

Until it's cocooning your entire body.

You and your baby surrounded by this gentle,

Nourishing,

Connecting,

Beautiful golden light.

Both of you being held,

Supported,

Safe,

And healthy.

Be here for a few moments.

Be here soaking in the calm,

Building the connection between you and baby,

But also between you and your body.

And tell yourself,

Healthy body,

Healthy baby.

Everything is happening the way it's meant to.

My body and my baby and I are healthy,

Safe,

And nourished.

Bringing your awareness back to your breath.

Focusing on that gentle rhythm of life,

Moving in,

Moving out.

And taking one more big,

Deep breath in through the nose,

Slowly exhaling out of the mouth.

Taking a moment to send yourself and baby a little bit of love.

Knowing deep down that it is all happening the way it's supposed to.

That you and your baby are safe and healthy.

When you're ready,

Returning to the moment and your body.

Reawakening and opening the eyes.

Thank you so much for joining me for this meditation today.
