Hello,
Hope you are all doing well today.
Thank you for being here.
There are a couple people still in the waiting room.
Submitting everyone Hello.
If you'd like to share where you're located in from how you're feeling today,
Feel free to drop it in the chat.
And today we're going to be talking about womb harmony.
Very important.
Austin,
Texas.
I am in Miami,
Florida.
I see a lot of familiar faces from yesterday,
But we also have some new women joining us today,
Which is great.
San Francisco,
Hawaii.
Danielle I'm going to connect with you and Samira,
We're actually looking at houses over there.
We haven't found anything yet,
But that's the dream.
Houston,
Texas,
Hawaii,
California.
Every time I look at my clock it says 808.
I'm like Hawaii is calling.
It is a sign.
All right,
So let's get started.
And I'll admit more women as they come through,
But thank you.
Thank you so much for being here today.
Thank you for carving all this time,
This space.
So as I mentioned,
We're going to be talking about womb harmony.
So,
I'd love to know,
Do and you know feel free to write this in the chat.
Does anyone currently have a practice,
An intentional practice,
Does anyone consciously connect to their womb,
However that might look,
Whether you're doing any form of like wellness meditations like how many,
How many of you are actively consciously connecting with your womb.
Okay,
Perfect.
Yes,
I have a womb healing meditation I'm going to send that to everyone along with the replay.
I actually wanted to do it live but it can be really intense so it's better that it's like,
If it's not like a one on one session,
I'll just send everyone so you can do it in the comfort of your home.
Rachel is saying a healer gave a couple of techniques perfect so Rachel I'd love,
You know,
Once we all talk about that I'd love to compare some of your techniques to if anyone wants to share what's worked for them what's really helped them.
And okay,
So I'm sharing my screen with you.
So about me,
I think the majority of you know who I am.
But for those who might be new who haven't participated who didn't participate in yesterday.
I'm a former corporate publicist,
I became an intuitive teacher I started my business in 2019.
With the birth of my daughter.
I am an author and a hypno birthing educator and I'm an energy healer,
So most of my one on one sessions my group sessions I host women circles.
I do spirit baby readings business readings I have a business community I also have a conscious conception community for women who are conceiving or currently pregnant.
One thing that I do is helping women reclaim the parts of them that they may have lost,
Whether it's like root it's a lot of root and sacral stuff ancestral stuff root chakra stuff sacral stuff,
It's about reclamation,
It's about awareness,
Harnessing your power so that you can feel whole and full and fully live the life that you are consciously dreaming of,
And that you are worthy of.
And that actually reminds me the card I pulled for today is,
I am loved.
I am worthy.
I am deosa and deosa is like goddess like I am a goddess.
And for those of you who haven't already joined the broadcast channel on my Instagram page please feel free to do so I share the zoom links for every day.
I'm going to be doing some polls and I also,
You know,
Drop the card in,
In there.
And the messages I whisper love notes to myself.
I speak affirmations over myself.
I look at myself in the mirror and say,
I am loved.
I am worthy.
I am deosa.
And this is such a special message because that goes so in line with the womb energy.
Because,
You know,
Personally for me,
I was so disconnected from my womb,
It was like you know,
And like anatomically we know it's there,
Like yes I have a uterus I have a cervix.
But we don't consciously connect to that part of our energy,
We don't realize that our womb has a story,
And that's what we're going to go over today.
The narratives,
The stories in our womb,
How we could start identifying them,
Working with them,
Transmuting the pain that is stored in our hips in our wombs,
So that we can clear that energy out and start making space for new expansion.
And for a long time,
Even after I had my daughter,
And I was like,
You know,
Being taught more about feminine energy,
More about womb healing,
I still didn't really understand how important it is that we reclaim that sacred part of us.
Our womb is abundance,
Creativity,
Creation.
It represents joy,
Happiness,
Pleasure.
It is such an important part of us.
And when we neglect or when we forget that we are physically connected to our wombs,
We can start having some of those physical manifestations of the imbalances.
So I'm not sure if any of you have experienced these physical manifestations,
Whether they're cysts,
Fibroids,
PCOS,
Endometriosis,
A lot of things are transgenerational,
A lot of these are ancestral.
You know,
A lot of the energy that is stored or trapped or stuck in our womb actually doesn't even belong to us.
And that's what we're going to go over today.
How to identify and how to start working with the womb.
So when we think,
And let me just take a step back,
If anyone has any questions at all,
Any comments,
Any feedback,
Any input,
Please feel free to drop it in the chat,
Feel free to,
You know,
Raise your hand or unmute yourself.
I really want this to be a collaborative space.
I want it to be a space where you know you can feel heard and express your wisdom,
Your knowledge and your experience with this as well.
So just know if you have any questions,
Any comments at all,
Feel free to drop it in the chat,
Raise your hand or unmute yourself,
Whatever feels supportive.
So growing up,
What I was taught about my body,
What I was taught about,
Taught about my womb is how not to get pregnant.
Right.
So it's like,
You know,
I remember being in middle school and like watching this video on sex education.
And it was basically just like,
Don't get pregnant.
You know,
What are we fed in the society in the US too,
You know,
I grew up in the US,
And we are in a heavily patriarchal society that tells us growing up,
You know,
It is shameful,
It is wrong,
Don't get pregnant,
Use contraception,
Use birth control,
You know,
So automatically we come into society and we are separated from our womb because we're like,
Oh,
We already feel guilty,
We feel shameful,
We feel that my sexuality is shameful.
And this causes imbalances in our womb,
But also our feminine energy.
So you know,
Of course,
There's a connection between the two.
So those are some of the societal wounds and traumas that we have as women,
You know,
In a heavily masculine society,
But then there's the ancestral wounds.
We come from maternal lineages who didn't have choices,
Who didn't have rights.
Some who were forced into marriage,
Into having children,
Not feeling like they could say no,
Not having the,
You know,
Again,
The freedom,
The liberty,
The opportunity that we as a generation of women have.
More women than ever before,
Historically,
Are actually delaying motherhood and marriage,
Because women are choosing,
And maybe that choice is almost from a wound of,
You know,
We have to have that independence,
That career,
We're feeling like we can't,
You know,
Necessarily handle both at the same time.
So we're delaying or forgoing some of those things.
And you know,
I want this to be a reflection point for you,
What are some parts of your life that you might have delayed or waited longer to pursue?
Because maybe you felt like you had no choice or that you were trapped in this masculine energy.
What is it that you waited longer to do?
Working with our wombs reminds us to come back inside of our bodies.
I see this a lot from my clients who are with me for spirit baby readings.
So in spirit baby readings,
I look at the energy of the woman,
Like what are some imbalances in her chakras and her,
You know,
Energy,
I talk to her spirit guides and I say,
Okay,
What's going on?
Like,
Let's take a holistic overview of what's happening in this woman's life.
And a lot of the time we're disconnected from our feminine energy.
But also our wombs are storing all of this ancestral trauma,
Like we're unearthing this mother wound.
Maybe we're,
You know,
We're storing sexual trauma there.
Maybe there's things,
Emotions that we haven't spoke through.
Maybe there's things that we haven't unpacked.
So our wombs,
I like to call our wombs like a fanny pack.
It's like a fanny pack of like all of this baggage.
And we're just like storing it in our wombs.
And we start creating cycles,
Beliefs and patterns that kind of mirror this energy.
Trauma after another.
I mean,
I could honestly say I ended up in toxic relationship after toxic relationship where I just literally gave my power away.
And how I see that,
Like when a woman is coming to me and I'm reading her energy,
I can see there's a lot of like external energy flowing out.
Like literally like we're draining ourselves of life force energy,
Giving it to other people.
Other people are taking our life force energy because we're not having those healthy boundaries or that awareness or that connection to our bodies that we're actually doing it.
And it can be really hard for us to move forward in our careers,
In our purpose,
In our journey of motherhood,
If that's what we're calling for.
So when we could come back inside of our bodies,
Feel safe and feel comfortable in them and like work and acknowledge with our womb like,
Okay,
This is what I'm storing here.
This is what's trapped here.
How can I consciously move it out of my system?
How can I seek the resources,
The support?
How can I start having some of those really uncomfortable maybe situations so that I'm not holding onto it any longer?
So when our womb is out of alignment,
We feel confused,
Blocked,
We feel stuck.
And those physical symptoms of PCOS,
Endometriosis,
Ovarian cysts,
You know,
Maybe being on the second,
Third round of IVF and nothing really working.
And being or even being completely perfectly healthy and not understanding why is it that I can't conceive or move forward in general.
And so Rachel was saying in the chat,
The world makes us feel like there's more important things to prioritize than our dreams.
100%.
It makes us forget that we should be focusing on things that lead to our dreams.
Absolutely.
And that's the womb is where it starts,
Right?
So our feminine centers are our third eye,
Which is our like,
You know,
Literally the vision for our lives,
Our hearts,
How we open ourselves to receive,
How we receive love and we give love to others and our womb.
Literally the freaking portal of creation.
And again,
Motherhood is not linear.
Whether or not you choose to birth an actual human from your womb is your choice.
However,
What you store in your womb,
The energetic capacity that your womb has,
If it is blocked,
If it's stuck,
If it's feeling trapped,
Uninspired,
Unmotivated,
Not creative,
It's going to be really hard for you to move forward,
For you to dream because you're not going to feel like that's possible for you.
Going back to the card I pulled today,
You forget that you're loved,
That you're worthy,
That you are a goddess,
That you are divinity,
Right?
Because we feel less than.
That's what happens when our womb is stuck,
When our womb is blocked,
When we're not dreaming,
It's because we feel less than.
We don't feel worthy of receiving that dream.
Like how many times have we thought like,
Oh,
This dream is stupid.
Has a dream ever come to you and you're like,
This dream is so stupid?
And you're guilting yourself and you're talking yourself out of your dream because you're like,
There's no possible way in hell I'm ever going to accomplish this dream.
And it's like,
Before we even share the dream with anyone else,
We're already talking ourselves out of how this dream can never happen.
And that's because it's been programmed,
Like Rachel said,
In us from when we're little girls.
I never felt as a little girl that it was safe to dream because everyone and everything around me told me that my dreams were stupid.
Like you're,
Oh,
That's cute.
You have dreams of being a writer.
That's cute.
But you're never going to make money from it.
Like I was a journalism major in college and I remember interning at a magazine on Miami Beach and my editor said,
You're never going to make money as a writer.
You're never going to make money.
You should be a publicist because publicists,
Like you could write and you'll make a lot of money.
The very next day I went into my college admissions office and I changed my major to public relations.
I gave my power away that day and I said,
Well,
I'm never going to make money.
And guess what?
What is my family?
My family being in survival.
If you joined me on the call yesterday,
I was talking about being the daughter of immigrants.
My family was constantly in survival.
So what was the one thing that they prioritized?
Financial stability,
Financial security.
Well,
If I'm if I can't make money from being a writer,
Then sure.
I had no idea what the hell a publicist even did,
But I changed my major to that.
And I was like,
OK.
I gave my power away.
I stripped myself of a dream.
And,
You know,
A lot of this takes a lot of unlearning.
A lot of this takes a lot of reparenting.
Fast forward 15 years later,
I wrote my first book and I'm working on my second one.
So I did become a writer like in a roundabout way.
But now on my own terms where I'm consciously doing it and I'm not fearful of it.
And this is the power of working with our feminine energy,
Our intuition and our wombs to create what we know that we are here to create and what we are here to do.
So imbalances in the womb.
And I would love for you to share like,
Let's see,
We have one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Well,
Really unresolved trauma is negative.
OK,
So,
You know,
Like the top three imbalances in the womb,
Which is,
You know,
Again,
It's going to be very layered.
But how many of you feel like you have how many of these imbalances do you feel like you currently have today from one to three?
Feel free to drop it in the chat.
Unresolved trauma.
You know,
This could include ancestral wounds,
But this also includes,
You know,
Breakups,
Like not even in like a romantic partnership,
But like in friendships,
Conflict.
Anything that you feel like you've never really gotten over or settled or talked about or that you buried really deeply.
This could be subconscious beliefs,
Limiting beliefs.
Negative emotions are like,
Do you ever find yourself being like really just like negative?
Oh,
You can't do this.
Like that negative self-talk,
That voice inside you that says you're not worthy.
You can't possibly do this.
People like you don't do this.
The comparison,
The judgment.
Those are those negative emotions that really eat away at our power and our womb energy.
And then this trapped energy is like,
That's where you feel stuck.
You're like,
There's something happening here.
I don't know what to call it,
How to label it,
How to identify it.
But I know that I'm not feeling creative.
I'm having a hard time conceiving,
Experiencing infertility,
You know,
Experiencing like blocks,
Creative blocks.
I'm having a hard time manifesting.
So manifestation can be trapped energy.
Three out of three.
So,
You know,
Three of you responded that you are feeling those imbalances in the womb right now.
And when we have these imbalances,
So yeah,
A lot of us,
Right,
A lot of us are feeling like we have these imbalances in our womb right now.
Healing creates space for expansion.
So,
You know,
Why are we working with the energy of the womb?
Remember our wombs are our fanny packs,
Right?
And it's like,
We have all this freaking baggage hanging around.
Like we're carrying all this baggage in our fanny packs and it's heavy,
Right?
So we feel heavy.
Like I just feel so heavy and I'm in a funk,
Right?
It kind of feels like,
Oh,
I'm just in a funk and I just,
I'm not clear.
I have no clarity moving forward and it just feels heavy.
Healing the imbalances in the womb,
Gaining that level of awareness,
Creates space for expansion,
For receptivity,
And for positive energy to flow throughout.
Our womb energy,
The sacral energy is huge,
Vital life force energy.
Again,
It's creativity.
It's abundance.
It's joy.
It's literally creation.
What am I birthing?
Am I birthing a new project?
Am I birthing an actual little human?
What am I trying to create and what is blocking me?
And I just want you to sit with that reflection point right now.
What is it that you are trying to create?
What are you trying to birth and what is holding you back from that right now?
And just sit with that question and see what comes up.
In my client session,
Sometimes it's,
You're literally not leaving room for something spontaneous to happen.
Are you trying to control the situation?
Are you forcing something that doesn't need to be forced right now?
Can you trust in the divine timing of what you are birthing?
Can you just sit with that energy and can you trust that it will be birthed at the time that it wants to be birthed?
Are you,
Is there fear?
Oh,
Huge.
The fear,
The resistance.
If I do this,
Who will judge me?
If I do this,
Will I fail?
If I put myself out there,
Will I be rejected?
Those are huge reflection points.
Huge reflection points.
Talk to that fear.
Oh my gosh.
Like,
Please.
I've,
I continue to talk to my fear every day because our fear really is an indicator of the next level that we're trying to break through.
But our fear,
Our ego is like,
No,
That's not safe for you to do.
Like,
That doesn't sound like a good idea.
The ego is trying to keep us where we are because that's comfortable.
We are comfortable where we are.
We don't know what the next level looks like.
We don't know the woman that we're birthing on the other side.
We're like,
I don't know her,
But I know my trauma.
I know my wounds.
And yeah,
It sucks,
But you know,
It's like,
You're comfortable with that.
You don't know what it looks like to heal.
And a lot of people have an aversion to healing for that very reason.
Because it's like,
Who am I without this trauma?
Who am I without this story?
And I just want you,
You know,
If there's anything that you take away from our time together is what story are you telling yourself?
Like,
What is that narrative?
What is the narrative that you are currently telling yourself at any point throughout the day?
So if there's a negative emotion that comes up,
That's like,
Christine,
You know what,
You shouldn't be doing this.
And I'm like,
Huh,
That's interesting.
Like,
What is the story I'm telling myself that that's the conclusion that I shouldn't be doing this?
And it's because,
Well,
You don't know if you're gonna get rejected.
You don't know if anyone's going to show up.
And I've kind of like,
Become immune.
And I won't say immune,
Because please,
I still get disappointed.
But I've kind of like,
I'm more risk adverse now.
Wait,
Is it risk adverse?
No,
I'm willing to do riskier things.
Risk aversion would be like,
I'm not willing to do risky things,
Right?
So I'm willing to do more risky things because I'm like,
Well,
If it doesn't work out,
Then everything's always working out for me,
Even when it doesn't.
If it doesn't work out,
Then that means it actually is working out for me,
Right?
So if we have an energy of like,
Everything is always working out for me,
Even when it doesn't,
Even when what my ego wanted to happen doesn't happen.
I'm like,
Oh,
Well,
That's cool,
Because it wasn't meant to happen,
Because everything's always working out for me.
And from that place,
I'm able to make bigger leaps and bigger decisions where I'm like,
Well,
I'll just put this out there and see what happens.
I'll just do this and see what happens,
Because everything's always working out for me,
So whatever.
And so talk to that fear,
Talk to that story,
Talk to that narrative,
Because that's going to be a huge indication of these limiting beliefs,
Of these programs,
Of these wounds that are coming to the surface.
And you could call them triggers.
What are your triggers?
What are your triggers when you think about the area that you want to expand in?
And how is it limiting you?
How is it keeping you held back?
Because the womb energy,
This feminine energy,
Is what drives us forward.
It's what drives us to say,
You will manifest,
You will find the people,
The connections,
The opportunities.
We're unstoppable.
When our womb is open,
When our heart is open,
When we're coming from a place of love,
We're really unstoppable.
When we're going after the things that we want to go after without listening to so-and-so,
My whole life I feel,
And let me know if anyone resonates with this,
But my whole life I feel like I've been just fighting against the norm.
And one example,
With my daughter,
I wanted to have an unmedicated birth.
Everyone around me,
What are you talking about?
Why don't you get the epidural?
Why do you want to do this?
I'm just like,
I don't know.
That's just how I feel.
I want to do it.
Oh,
Well,
You're going to get an epidural.
Watch.
When the time comes,
You're going to want to do it.
And that kind of fuels me to be like,
No.
And I'll prove you wrong.
I got that from a place of ego,
Where I'm like,
Oh,
I have to prove everyone wrong.
But there's always people that are going to be around you that don't see your vision,
That don't see your dream.
And that's cool,
Because it's not their dream.
It's not their vision.
It's not for them to validate or confirm for you.
So my vision,
My dream,
Was having an unmedicated birth for my daughter.
And I did it.
I created the space,
The expansion,
The environment for me to fully 100% commit to that vision and see it through.
I left my corporate job when I was pregnant.
People were like,
What?
Why are you leaving a corporate job?
Why are you leaving stability,
Health insurance,
401K,
You know,
Survival,
American dream,
To start a business?
You don't know anything about entrepreneurship.
What is your business even going to do?
And I said,
Well,
This is what I feel.
This is what my soul is telling me,
And this is what I'm going to do.
And I left my job.
After my three months maternity was up,
I put in my resignation.
I started my business when my daughter was two weeks old,
And I never looked back.
And people stopped asking me questions.
I remember my mother-in-law,
My mom,
What do you do for money?
Like,
What are you doing?
Like,
How are you making money?
They see that it's working,
So they stop asking questions.
It's not their dream.
So I just encourage you,
Whatever that dream looks like for you,
You know,
Benny is saying,
Standing your ground is important.
Doing things for you are what feels in alignment to your soul.
Absolutely.
That's the boundaries that we're talking about.
Like,
How far are you willing to assert yourself in a really loving,
Healthy way where you're just like,
I appreciate your concern.
I know it's coming from a place of love,
But this is my boundary,
And this is what I'm doing.
I was actually at an event two weekends ago.
It was a birth worker event.
I'm a hypnobirthing educator,
So I've been trying to make,
Like,
Local connections with,
Like,
The doulas and the midwives in my area,
So I went to a birth working event.
And there was this one woman who runs a birth center,
And she told me,
Christine,
You'd never guess how many women come in for a tour.
And they are just,
Like,
They're lit up,
Like,
All,
Like,
They want to have their birth there,
But then they'll say,
My mom will never let me have this experience.
Like,
The one fear or resistance is my mom or my partner or my mother-in-law will never understand.
They would never let me have my birth here.
And those women never come back.
And how do we want to be experiencing our lives?
We're only here for a limited amount of time,
You know?
If today was your last day on earth,
How would you want to be spending it?
But also,
Are you okay with it?
Like,
Would you be okay with the fact that this was your last day on earth?
Would you be like,
Cool,
I've done everything I've done.
You know,
Of course,
We want to spend more time with our loved ones.
There's things that we would want to accomplish.
But would you really accept,
Could you really sit here and say,
I feel good about leaving this earth today?
I feel complete.
How many people would feel,
How many of you?
And you could write this in the chat or just,
You know,
Use it as a reflection point.
But would you feel complete?
Would you feel okay?
Would you accept that today was the last day for you on earth?
And if not,
If that doesn't feel complete,
If that makes you emotional and you're like,
Shoot,
Like,
No,
Hell no.
If you have a heavy resistance or trigger to even thinking that your last day on earth is today.
The good news,
Knock on wood,
Is that we have tomorrow.
How can you choose a new path?
How can you take a small step?
And I'm not saying like go into work tomorrow and be like,
I quit.
Don't bust into your house and say I'm leaving the relationship.
Just start planning your exit strategy.
Or just do one small step that gets you closer to that dream that you feel isn't fulfilled yet.
Yeah,
And our souls have a lot they want to do,
Right?
So the ancestral effect on the womb.
I'm sure a lot of you have,
Like,
Seen this study.
A lot of you have probably,
Like,
Know about it.
But as women,
Our eggs are actually,
Our eggs develop when we're a fetus.
So we were an egg inside of our grandmother.
And this goes to show you being a part of this fanny pack,
Right?
Like your grandmother's fanny pack,
Your mom's fanny pack.
Guess what?
Transmuted to you.
Transmuted to you if you have a daughter.
All of your womb trauma transmuted to her.
So we have generations and generations of women that we've absorbed their trauma genetically.
Whether that's through a physical manifestation.
So some people have,
You know,
Hereditary chronic illnesses that are,
You know,
Passed down from generation to generation.
But the great thing about this is that we can reverse the effects.
That we can consciously choose to end these cycles and patterns so that we don't have to experience them anymore.
And so that our future ancestors don't have to experience them anymore.
And again,
This works if you decide to have children or not.
The decision is really with you.
So we inherit all of this generational trauma.
And what does that look like?
What does that look like?
Imagine atrocities throughout history have happened.
And,
You know,
We each have our own unique cultural and ancestral paths,
Perspectives.
But there's a common thread amongst women.
Oppression.
No matter what ancestral heritage you come from.
Whatever culture,
Whatever race,
Whatever ethnicity.
There is oppression.
There have been,
You know,
Very.
.
.
I want to put this gently.
Very brutal things that have happened to our bodies and our women and our lineage.
So this all comes into our journey as mothers,
Our journey as women.
We're predisposed to certain emotions and beliefs around motherhood and womanhood.
Yesterday,
We're talking about,
Like,
The weakness.
Femininity as weakness.
And so when we're talking about,
You know,
The ancestral effect of us on the womb,
Sometimes it's irrational fears.
I had an irrational fear around pregnancy loss.
All of the women in my family have experienced miscarriages.
Stillbirths.
So when it was time for me to have a child,
My going in to pregnancy fertility was,
I'm going to lose a child.
I was so fearful because all of the women had multiple miscarriages.
My mom had a stillbirth at five months pregnant.
So genetically and ancestrally,
I was like,
I'm going to have a hard time.
And I had to heal a lot of those limiting beliefs and those wounds because I didn't want to go into motherhood feeling so burdened or so at a disadvantage,
Quote unquote.
So I did a lot of,
Like,
Energy healing,
Womb healing around those beliefs so that I wouldn't take on or store that in my body.
And the ancestral effect on our womb,
I see it so much in my one-on-one clients where I'm like,
What is your relationship to your mother?
Like,
What are you experiencing?
What are you feeling?
What are you scared?
And again,
Like,
The fears,
Right,
Are really triggers.
Like,
What are you afraid of?
What do you want to release?
Like,
What is it that you are trying to release?
What pattern,
What belief do you not want to replicate?
What do you want to,
Like,
Stop seeing?
What do you want to stop,
What cycle do you want to stop perpetuating?
That is all really heavy experiences on our womb.
So just taking into consideration,
Because sometimes,
Too,
We get so caught up in,
Like,
The,
How do we put this?
Like,
For instance,
If you're on a fertility journey,
Right,
And you're like,
Oh,
I'm on my third round of IVF and I don't get it.
Like,
Why am I not getting pregnant?
Why?
And,
You know,
We start feeling like it's our bodies,
It's our energy,
It's,
Like,
Something I'm doing.
Take a look at the women in your lineage.
Take a look at some of these,
You know,
Ways that the women in your family show up.
Your immediate family,
You know,
The ones that are with you,
Past loved ones,
Maybe your grandmother,
Great-grandmother,
If you knew them.
But then also take a look at your culture.
Take a look at your ancestry.
Where are your people from?
What might have they experienced?
Being,
You know,
Half Filipino,
Half Irish,
The women on my mom's eyes,
We were colonized by Spain.
The women,
The villages,
You know,
Women were raped.
Women didn't have a choice.
Women were in survival mode.
Even on my Irish side,
Women were revolutionaries.
They were part of war.
They were left to raise kids by themselves because the men were at war,
You know.
So taking all that into account of,
Like,
Damn,
Even though I haven't lived it or personally been a part of it,
That's still a part of me.
That's still a part of my legacy,
Who I come from.
So it's not only you and your body.
It's literally all the women who've come before you.
What did they experience and go through in their bodies?
You know,
Really traumatic birth stories and situations,
Right?
So some of that trauma will be in our wombs.
So when we could start looking at,
Oh,
My gosh,
I have this,
Like,
Larger perspective of what can be happening,
That can kind of give us some,
You know,
Clarity or insight into what's happening within our own body.
Oh,
Raquel,
Thank you so much.
Thank you so much.
And Maria,
Yes.
You know,
Filipino women.
And a lot of us,
A lot of us have been colonized.
So a lot of cultures,
Indigenous women,
Women of color,
Black Indigenous people of color,
There have been so many layers of healing that require more of our energy and attention.
So if we can have that awareness,
Then we can start working with that energy consciously,
Saying,
Okay,
I have extra steps to take,
Right?
I have other ways to prepare myself for this.
And just the awareness alone of that brings a lot of healing into the journey.
So just a quick reflection point.
I know we've had a couple already.
Feel free to write into the chat or you can feel free to just,
Like,
You know,
Think about it right now and then feel free to come back to this exercise when you receive the replay.
Whatever feels good and supportive for you at this moment.
But do you feel separate or connected to your womb?
In what ways do you honor this sacred space?
But also in what ways might you be neglecting it?
And what could you be storing ancestrally in your womb that doesn't belong to you?
So if you look at your mother,
Like when I look at my mother,
I'm like,
Wow.
I see survival.
I see a woman who was just trying to make it,
Was just trying to make a better life.
And she was just trying to make a better life for herself.
And she was just trying to make a better life for herself.
And a lot of the time she wasn't doing things out of,
And I don't want to,
Like,
Say out of love.
But it was really more so out of necessity.
Right?
And so when I look at my life,
I want to be doing things because this is what I want.
This is my choice.
This is what I want for myself.
And I believe in it.
So even something like that can be really strong indication of are you repeating the patterns?
Are you taking on the same cycle,
Beliefs as the women in your lineage?
So let's talk about healing.
So we've talked about all the ways,
Right,
In which we've been traumatized and we've been disconnected or separated from our womb.
So let's start talking about healing.
So how are we connecting to the womb?
How are we connecting to heal it?
Womb massage.
This is a practice where you can use oil,
Just,
You know,
Getting familiar with that area,
Right?
Like massaging your womb,
Sending it love,
Sending it affirmations.
Being connected to your body.
Showing your body that you appreciate it.
Yoni eggs.
Yoni eggs are crystals.
Black obsidian is great for clearing and transmuting energy.
Rose quartz is great for compassion,
For love.
Yoni eggs are great for anyone who's experienced specific,
Not even specific,
I will say,
Who's experienced trauma in the womb.
Maybe you've had miscarriages.
Maybe you've had an abortion.
Maybe you've experienced a different kind of pregnancy loss,
Sexual abuse or trauma.
Yoni egg is great because the crystal,
You program the crystal for its healing powers.
You can sleep with it overnight or you can just wear it throughout the day.
You insert it vaginally.
But for some people who that does not feel comfortable,
You can just literally wear it in your underwear.
Set the intention and program it to heal.
What it does is it absorbs all of the negative energy,
All of the negative tension within your yoni and it transmutes it.
So that's a really beautiful practice for anyone who feels called to that.
Healing modalities.
So this might be a healing modality that you receive the support of another person.
Whether it's ancestral healing where you're doing any type of ancestral healing sessions,
Reading ancestral healing books,
Starting to really dive into your ancestry and unpack all of that baggage so that you're not holding on to it.
The thing with ancestral healing is sometimes we feel like our ancestors' problems are our problems.
And sometimes they become them.
Right?
But when we start disassociating or disconnecting our narrative from theirs,
That's where the healing begins.
Because we get to observe and witness what our ancestors have been through and experienced with love and compassion,
But that does not mean that we take it on or bring it and carry it forward.
So that's where some of those boundaries with family happens.
Reiki is a beautiful modality,
Transmuting energy,
Clearing energy,
Creating space within your energy.
Acupuncture is a really beautiful modality that works with the meridians,
The points in your system and your energy.
Moves and clears all of that through.
Self-healing practices.
So you can do breath work.
Breath work is really beautiful for trauma-informed activations.
Somatic breath work is really good.
Helps clear a lot of trauma and emotion.
Meditation is a beautiful way to connect and start to heal.
Maybe you're visualizing a meditation to your womb.
You are meditating just on ways that will support you and help you through your unique path and process.
And visualization techniques.
Literally visualizing beautiful glowing white or golden light in your womb.
Just lighting your womb up.
Healing and clearing your womb.
So I want to talk about the power of your intention and your energy is everything.
Whatever you program your intention to,
This could be good or bad,
Right?
I actually was having a session with a client the other day,
And that was the message that came up.
Like the power of your intention is so powerful,
So strong,
But it can work both ways.
Sometimes we can manifest or send intentions for negative experiences.
So we want to make sure that everything that we're doing is coming from the heart.
From a place of love and balance and healing.
And we can incorporate mindfulness,
Meditation practices,
Affirmations are huge.
I am worthy.
I am loved.
My womb is a sacred space.
Harnessing the healing power of nature.
Let's stack some of these things,
Right?
Like imagine if we're doing breath work outside.
Imagine if we're having a Reiki or acupuncture session with crystals and using things in nature.
Grounding your energy.
Sitting with the earth.
The earth needs us.
The earth needs us to sit with her.
Sitting with the earth.
Flowers.
Some people might be called to plant medicine.
Flower essences.
However you feel called to work and heal your body.
Use your intuition.
Use what feels really good for you.
Wellness.
So wellness is like,
To me,
This comes up as like maintenance.
Like what can I be doing?
How,
What are the ways that I can support my body?
Right?
Whereas healing might be like consciously or intentionally doing things to start the process.
Thank you,
Danielle.
Yes,
Talk to you soon.
Let me check the time.
Okay,
Good.
Thank you so much.
Wellness is the herbal remedies,
The plant-based support.
Womb steaming.
Every month I do a womb steam.
I do my womb steam around the full moon because I'm setting the intention that I'm clearing and releasing everything from that space.
You can find really beautiful herbs.
You can make your own herbs or you can find a business that has the herbs and you can buy a seat for your house or you can go to a spa that has yoni steaming or womb steaming available.
See you tomorrow.
Yeah,
Feel free.
Thank you so much for being here.
So womb steaming.
Go to a spa.
You can do it at home.
You can buy,
Purchase a seat.
There's a special seat for your toilet and it's literally like brewing a cup of tea for your womb.
And what this does is it helps,
Especially for women who might have PCOS or fibroids.
It cleanses,
Detoxifies,
Restores,
Helps with lubrication.
If you have,
If you experience menstrual cramping or any of that,
It helps eases the onset of like cramping,
All of that.
Imagine if like saunas are great.
Oh yeah.
Benny,
Sure.
I'm happy to share about womb steaming.
I was just talking about it.
But imagine like if we go to sauna,
If a sauna is great for our pores because it opens up our pores,
It allows the natural,
You know,
I'm at a lot of loss of words today.
But steaming and going to a sauna helps us with like our pores,
Helps us with rejuvenation.
It brings back like our blood vessels,
Our circulation.
Imagine doing the same thing for your womb.
So you literally sit on a hot,
Not too hot now,
You sit on like a seat that will be like brewing the herbs,
Like a cup of tea,
Right?
Like it's the herbs and the steam from the herbs is,
You know,
Traveling up to and through the womb,
Cleansing it,
Detoxifying it,
Restoring it.
And so again,
It's really great for women who are experiencing heavy menstrual cramps,
PCOS,
Fibroids,
It helps,
You know,
Shrink those spaces.
You could do it twice a month.
I do it once a month around the full moon again,
Because it gives it that little extra boost of detoxification,
Working with the moon cycles.
So womb steaming is really,
Really good.
Would not recommend it for pregnant women.
So please,
If you're pregnant,
I would not recommend womb steaming as a practice.
But for all other women,
No matter where you are on your path,
It's a really great wellness tool.
Nurturing your physical health through nutrition and exercises,
Because guess what?
We store all of our trauma in our womb,
In our hips.
So we need to move and shake the hips out so that all of those emotions,
All of that provides a somatic release.
Make sure you are moving,
Walk,
Yoga,
Stretch,
Whatever,
Dance like no one is watching,
Like dance like a freaking mad woman when we get off the call today.
And just shake and move your body.
That is super supportive for your energy because our energy becomes stagnant when we are not moving.
Managing your stress and emotional well-being,
Of course.
We want to make sure that we are feeling nourished,
That we are feeling provided for,
That we have spaces like this where we can come together,
Where we can talk,
Where we can be vulnerable,
Receive support,
Ask questions.
So making sure you're managing your stress and emotional well-being,
Because if not,
Then guess what?
All of that trapped energy,
All of that sadness,
That guilt,
That shame,
That anger gets stuck and trapped in our body,
Making it hard for us to think clearer,
To manifest,
To do the things that we want to do.
And again,
Establishing a supportive environment and network.
Spaces like this,
Right?
Like people who we can reach out to and say,
Hey,
Tell me more about womb-steaming.
Or,
You know,
I'm having issues with this.
Can you recommend something for me?
Like the more that we have these conversations,
This environment and this network where we can lift each other,
Empower each other,
Educate one another,
The better.
So here's some rituals.
Because,
You know,
This is a lifestyle.
This is a practice.
This is something new for you,
Right?
Like I remember when I was learning about womb healing,
The health benefits,
The wellness side of it.
What felt good to me as a ritual?
What was my practice?
How am I literally creating a lifestyle around my womb harmony and my wellness?
And trust me,
When I do not do it,
I feel it.
Last month,
I skipped my womb steam.
This month,
I was like,
Girl,
Like that alone made me feel so out of whack,
So out of sync with my body.
And when my cycle came around,
I felt it.
I was like,
It's just heavier.
I'm having more cramping.
Like my body was just out of alignment just by skipping that thing.
So creating sacred spaces for self-respect,
Yes,
But reflection and connection.
So you could actually create a womb altar.
And this can also be an ancestral altar.
And what you want to have at your altar is all four elements represented,
Earth,
Fire,
Wind,
Water.
You want to have maybe something that represents the womb.
Maybe it's a lotus flower.
Maybe it's Mother Mary.
Maybe it's like Isis,
Whatever.
You want to have something that might represent the womb.
And then you could also pay tribute to your ancestors.
Maybe it's a traditional cloth.
Maybe it's every time that you're cooking a food or eating a food from your culture,
You're putting it on the altar.
And you just create this as a living practice.
I have flowers on my altar.
I have crystals.
And so rituals like that allow you to connect deeper,
And it makes it more tangible for you.
Affirmation and positive intention,
Which we've talked a lot about,
But constantly coming back to.
I am worthy.
I am loved.
My womb is healed.
My womb is clear.
I am safe in my body.
I love my body.
And then working with your cycle to gain a new level of understanding and awareness.
How many of you currently are tracking your cycle or working with your cycle?
Do you know the phases of your cycle beyond ovulation?
Because I feel sometimes the only times we work with our cycle is when we're trying to get pregnant or when something's wrong,
Right?
Like if we're not having a regular cycle.
But it can be really powerful.
An app that I love to use is the Stardust app.
And in the Stardust app,
It actually tells you what phase of your cycle you're in and some of the characteristics of it.
So like today,
And it will send you like funny notifications.
Today,
My notification was keep human interaction at a minimum because I'm in the luteal phase of my cycle.
And during the luteal phase of my cycle,
I literally am so impatient.
And that's how I feel.
I'm like,
I don't want to be a human right now.
I don't want to have human interaction.
I don't want anyone to talk to me.
So it's funny that you can kind of like gain a level of self-awareness and deeper understanding of when you're in this phases,
What you might need to do or prepare for.
And then,
Of course,
Journaling your thoughts,
Feelings,
And emotions as an outlet for expression.
Because we absorb so much,
But how much of what we absorb do we actually release?
How are you releasing it?
Are you expressing your feelings?
Are you journaling your thoughts?
Do you have an outlet for your expression?
And expression is so important because what we were talking about yesterday in the femininity call is so many of us feel like we can express ourselves.
So what are some of the ways that you can?
What are some of the ways that you feel safe and good in expressing yourself?
And this is a misprint.
I'll see you for day three tomorrow.
But does anyone have any questions or anything that they would like to add or know about the shadow work journal to heal?
Yeah.
I mean,
Journals are great.
You know,
Reflective prompts.
So I will send the I'm going to send a womb activation and healing along with this replay so that you all can experience that.
It's a guided journey to your womb.
So you're going to actually be visiting your womb energetically and seeing what comes up.
You know,
Some of you may have experienced this healing either one on one or I might have sent it to you.
But I would love for you to revisit it for you to to try it and and let me know what comes up.
And we'll talk tomorrow for.
Thank you.
Thank you so much.
We'll talk tomorrow about spirit babies.
Really excited for that one.
And if you haven't joined the broadcast channel yet on Instagram,
Please do.
Everyone have a lovely rest of your day and we'll talk soon.
See you tomorrow.
Bye.
