Music So making yourself comfortable closing your eyes either fully or partially music and tuning into your breathing music noticing your breathing music music noticing how your body expands as you breathe in welcoming in the breath music welcoming in what it needs to to feed your cells to give your body life music music music music and then as your body relaxes and releases out the out-breath it's also releasing out what you don't need carbon dioxide anything else from your system that you don't need that can leave through the breath we're letting go of that as we breathe out music getting a little bit curious about that process of breathing in what your body needs releasing out what your body no longer needs music maybe finding a little gratitude for this process that's always going on that we don't even notice this process of taking in and releasing out music we don't even need to make the decision our body sorts that out for us music and as we're coming to the completion of this little meditation maybe just offering your body a little gesture of gratitude maybe a hand on your heart or a little self hug or just touching yourself somewhere that feels as if you're acknowledging your body acknowledging the good work that it's doing for you even when you don't notice it and then expanding your awareness out to your body as a whole becoming aware of the physicality of your body maybe starting to move your fingers your toes your wrists your ankles your shoulders when you're ready gently opening your eyes maybe having a look around the room that you're in just to orient yourself to this space again giving a stretch a sip of your drink

I'm struggling with letting go of some toxic emotions, and this was very helpful in reminding me of how to view them, as things I don't need.
