This is a white light meditation to help you embody calmness and relaxation with a full body protective layer of white light. Allow this meditation to guide you into setting an energetic boundary before your day begins or anytime you need to set an energetic boundary (think parties, concerts, or any places with large groups of people). This meditation will be extremely helpful if you consider yourself an empath.

Get comfortable finding a relaxed position and let your body begin to relax.

And what I'd like you to do is take a deep breath in through your nose,

Deep in through your diaphragm,

And as you exhale through your mouth,

I'd like you to let the tension completely leave your body.

Imagine that there is a protective light shining around your body,

Almost as if you were glowing.

This light will keep you safe from stress,

Tension,

Worries,

And any other problems that have seemed to attack you.

Picture in your mind being surrounded by this light.

This light is like a shield deflecting anything that is not good.

It is a spiritual armor that can protect you and help you to embody calmness and relaxation.

Imagine being surrounded by this protective light from your head to your feet.

Focus your attention on your feet,

Feeling how relaxed and maybe even how tingly your feet feel.

Notice that your feet are surrounded by protective light,

As are your ankles.

Let your ankles be loose and relaxed.

Feel your lower legs relaxing,

Surrounded by light,

Soft,

Heavy,

And relaxed.

Your upper legs are relaxed and surrounded by this light too,

Very warm and very relaxed.

Turn your attention now to your hands,

Feel the relaxation there as your hands become very,

Very relaxed.

Along with your wrists,

Your lower arms,

Upper arms,

All are surrounded and protected and shielded by this protective light.

Feel the relaxation in the core of your body,

Starting at your stomach and flowing outward.

Feeling the relaxation flowing from the center of your body out to your back,

Chest,

Hips.

And this relaxing protective light is filling your entire body.

Notice that your body is enclosed in a shield of light.

Allow the relaxation to continue to flow through your body,

Upward to your neck and shoulders,

All the way to the top of your head.

You start feeling your face relaxing,

Limp and relaxed and calm.

Feel the protective light surrounding your face and head and your entire body.

The protective light is like a magnet,

Drawing out the dark tension out of your body in a way.

Once the tension has left your body,

It is repelled by the light,

Which works as a shield,

Protecting you from anything that is not good and also securing everything that is good.

And in a moment,

I want you to believe and fully embody that these affirmations are true for you.

I'm going to list out a few affirmations,

And I want you to repeat them in your head to yourself.

I am needed and I am important.

I deserve to be successful.

I am capable and confident beyond measure.

I am the CEO of my life.

I am growing and expanding every single day.

My income and my impact are on the rise.

I am attracting all of the right resources and opportunities I need to succeed.

I am talented,

Creative and capable.

I get things done and figure everything out.

I am growing my income and my impact every single day.

I am perfect exactly as I am.

I believe in myself and my ability to breathe life into my business.

The universe is on my side and always wants me to win.

I am a super tractor.

And what I want you to do now is to take two deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.

One more time in through your nose and out through your mouth,

Knowing that you have just locked these affirmations into your subconscious mind and they will be there to serve you,

To make good decisions and to help you rise to the person you've always been.
