Welcome to this full body relaxation practice.

This practice can be taken just before bed to aid deep sleep or anytime that you feel you need a reset or to rest deeply.

Come to lie down,

Make yourself super comfortable,

Ensure that you're warm enough and that you're in a place where you won't be disturbed.

When you've arrived where you wish to be,

Take a moment to feel into the body,

To perhaps wriggle around and to settle in.

Adjust anything that needs adjusting.

And when you're ready,

Begin to focus your awareness at the breath.

Feeling the breath as it enters the body on the inhale and leaves the body on the exhale.

Nothing else to do in this moment apart from breathing in and breathing out.

Perhaps focusing on the feeling of the rise and the fall of the chest.

Allowing anything that's happened during your day to remain in the past as you bring yourself to the present moment.

As you bring yourself home to your body.

Use each inhale to provide spaciousness in the mind.

And each exhale as an opportunity to let go.

Bring your awareness now to the forehead.

As you relax the forehead.

Relax the eyebrows.

Relax the space around the eyes.

Let your temples relax.

Ears relax.

Relax your cheeks.

Relax your jaw,

Let your teeth part gently.

Relax the roof of the mouth.

Relax the whole mouth.

Relax your throat.

Relax your neck.

Relax your collarbones and soften the shoulders.

Relax your upper arms.

Relax your elbows.

Relax your forearms.

Relax the hands all the way down to the tips of the fingers.

Feel your upper back soften.

Feel your mid back soften.

Feel your lower back soften.

The whole back is relaxed.

Allow your hips to soften.

Relax your thighs.

Relax your knees.

Relax your lower legs.

Soften your ankles.

Relax your feet all the way down to the tips of the toes.

The legs and the feet are relaxed and heavy.

The whole body is relaxed and heavy.

Allow each exhale to bring you deeper and deeper into a state of relaxation.

Your whole body is relaxed.

Your whole body is relaxed.

Give yourself permission to drift,

To soften,

To let go.

You are relaxed.

Let go as you drift deeper and deeper.

Relax your upper body.

Relax your knees.

Relax your upper body.

Lovely voice & bodyscan. I’d love to hear a longer one without music, your voice is enough. Thank you
