Here is a space where saying a true, conscious NO protects a sincere and joyful YES, offering inner refuge, clarity, and connection in a world under pressure. Through poetry and presence, we rediscover slowness, imagination, and inner safety, making it possible to relate to others with curiosity, strengthen collaboration, and act in service of what keeps us deeply alive. I invite you to a moment of poetry,

Followed by meditation,

Making your NO the guardian of your YES.

In the heart of troubled time,

Finding refuge,

Being able to say a true YES,

Sincere and free,

YES to what seems good to you,

YES to the request of the others,

YES to the group,

The company,

The family,

The friends,

YES to life when the DO moves us or when things in the street.

When society filters,

And words become a battle,

Poetry becomes a necessity,

It's my conviction,

It opens spaces for breathing,

Where everything seems to contract,

It reminds us that the language serves to connect,

It offers human beings an inner refuge when the outside world becomes brutal,

Poetry,

According to me,

Allows us to resist the reduction of humanity to utility,

It reaffirms the dignity of sensory and subjective experience,

It allows us to recognize ourselves,

It allows us to recognize others,

It cultivates nuance and slowness essential for thinking without getting lost in simplification,

It loosens the grip and gives everyone the possibility of remaining alive,

Thinking and free.

Making things possible begins with daring to dream,

To imagine,

Letting in the unknown the mysterious to which I say YES,

A true,

Resounding and joyful YES,

Like a table sharing a meal prepared together,

My project is to share what can potentially open us,

Open us up within ourselves,

According to me,

It's from this intimate openness that the desire to open up to others,

To be curious about them,

Can be born,

I propose exploring what liberates our inner spaces,

I'm convinced that it is from this rediscovery,

Rediscovered security that we can approach others with joyful and fearless curiosity and from there take concrete action to our own level to strengthen the resilience of our youth and give it an horizon and from there take concrete action to our own level to improve the quality of our professional collaboration and from there take concrete action to our own level to save what profoundly connects us to life.

The sound of the gong will help us to enter into poetry and then the sound of the gong will accompany us to our descent into our own humanity.

Let us go into the space between ourselves and ourselves to gather what brings us closer to the other,

To the living being that is here.

A short poem from Cristina Rossetti.

Who has seen the wind?

Who has seen the wind?

Neither I nor you.

But when the leaves hang trembling,

The wind is passing through.

Who has seen the wind?

Neither you nor I.

But when the trees bow down their heads,

The wind is passing by.

A few words from John Yates.

The thing of beauty is a joy forever.

Its loneliness increases.

I will never pass into nothingness,

But still will it keep a bower quiet for us and a sleep full of sweet dreams and health and quiet breathing.

Ah yes,

As you hear I'm French and I love your literature.

Last quotes from Rumi.

Rumi said be grateful for whoever comes because each has been sent as a guide from beyond.

Meet them at the door laughing and invite them in.

I invite you to make yourself comfortable.

Gently close your eyes.

Imagine you are closing the door of your outer palace to enter in your inner sanctuary.

Breathe.

Feel the fresh air entering.

Feel the air leaving,

Laden with all that you no longer need.

Relaxing the body is the key to presence.

We will invite each part of your body to settle like a leaf gently settling on the ground in autumn.

Release your forehead.

Release your eye balls and let your eyelid becomes heavy.

Relax your jaw.

Let your tongue rest freely.

Your face becomes smooth,

Peaceful.

Feel your shoulders drop,

Drop,

Drop.

Lower still.

Relaxing the weight.

Let the relaxation flow down your arms to your fingertips.

Your chest opens.

Relax.

Your belly becomes supple,

Rising and falling in rhythm with your truth.

Feel your legs and feet,

Ensuring them to the ground.

You feel your feet.

You feel the weight of your legs.

You are here.

Congratulations to take this time for you.

You are here,

Safe,

Moving forward in this space yet you know or you are discovering.

In this landscape before you,

A door opens onto a garden.

A garden you know or a garden you're discovering.

It is here that everything that nourishes you grows.

I invite you to wander the path of what is dear to your heart.

In this garden are the flowers of justice,

Flowers of gentleness,

Flowers of creativity,

Flowers of connection,

Flowers of sharing,

Flowers of beauty,

Flowers of usefulness,

Flowers of harmony.

All the flowers that are dear to your heart.

Breathe in the fragrance of the flowers you love and simply say to them,

Oh what a delight to allow myself possibility.

What a delight to imagine what matters to me.

Yes,

Yes,

Yes,

Yes with delicacy and presence.

You can face some faces,

Faces of those who make your heart beat faster,

Faces of those who respect your treasure,

Or faces of those you don't know or you don't yet know.

Feel the warmth of their presence.

To this authentic connection say yes,

Yes,

Yes,

You are fully alive,

Light,

Free.

You are fully alive,

Light,

You are fully free to dare to imagine what you long to experience.

You are the gardener of your desires.

Contemplating is a way of caring.

You now see a protective edge around the garden.

You look at this edge,

This edge that knows how to say no,

No,

No to what stifles,

No to what criticizes,

No to what disqualifies.

An edge that protects all the lifeblood of what you love,

Of what you choose.

Feel the strength it gives you.

Your yes is a sun that makes everything grow and from there you can take concrete action at your level to improve what is there to your heart for yourself,

For others,

For the group or for the planet.

Gradually with the sound of the gong you feel you can move your feet,

You can gently move your body.

In a few seconds you will return to the space where you settled with the sound of the gong.

Gently become aware of your breath again,

The air entering and the air leaving.

The gong allows you to lean on it,

Feel your fingers moving and when you are ready open your eyes and from there you can take concrete action in direction that makes sense and from there you can take concrete action to reach out to the other person and from there you can take concrete action by drawing on your inner resources.

From the deepest of my heart I hope my voice creates a path in your way.
