Welcome to this present moment.
Allow yourself to settle and soften and meet yourself where you are at.
Taking a deep breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Let your breath be the guide here as you continue to settle and soften.
When was the last time you truly listened to your body?
To any tension in the muscles?
To any ache in the bones?
To any pain or grief stuck in the body?
Taking a deep breath in through the nose and a long slow releasing exhale through the mouth.
Allowing your shoulders to drop.
Your stomach muscles to soften.
Your jaw to release.
Let yourself be in this moment.
Letting your body speak as your shoulders,
Your stomach,
Your legs and your toes.
It's a language between you and the body.
One that only you can understand.
What is it saying to you?
What areas is it guiding you towards?
Can you feel any pain,
Any inflammation,
Any aches,
Any tensions?
Do not shy away from what the body is pointing out to you.
As you listen,
Allow your breath to guide you.
Taking in a slow,
Deserving inhale through the nose and an even slower releasing exhale through the mouth.
This time is for you and the body.
Listen without judgment,
Without expectations.
Just listen.
The exhale sighing through the mouth.
Gently reminding that you are holding this space in the here and the now for it to speak and for you to listen.
That you are here for the body as it has been there for you.
Gently allow your hands to wrap around yourself,
To embrace yourself.
Reminding yourself and the body that it knows how to heal.
Reminding yourself and the body of your healing hands.
Gently squeezing your arms.
Taking a deep breath in through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.
Let your arms feel the warmth of your hands.
Feeling the pulse of energy and healing through your hands.
Sending so much love and healing to that body part.
If there was a specific area or body part that spoke a little louder than others,
That held more tension,
More pain or more grief than others.
Maybe for you it's your neck.
Placing both hands to either side of the neck.
No pressure,
Just letting your body feel the presence of your healing hands.
Taking a deep breath in through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.
Feeling the pulse of your hands over your neck.
Letting your hands soften and heal this body part.
If it feels good for you,
Maybe apply gentle pressure or gentle massage.
Sending love and healing energy here.
Melting tensions,
Melting aches.
Placing your healing hands over your heart.
Be against your healing hands.
The divine connection between the heart and the healing hands.
And out through the mouth.
In the quiet of your mind,
Whispering,
Thank you body.
Thank you healing hands.
Thank you body for being there for me from birth to this moment.
For carrying me through good times and hard times.
Through joy and through grief.
Through pleasure and through pain.
Thank you body for holding me now and for many years to come.
Thank you body.
Thank you healing hands.
Taking one last deep breath in through the nose.
How does it feel my friend?
To take this time to connect with your body.
To listen to the body.
To hear the body.
To connect through your healing hands.
Do you feel a shift my friend?
For you and the body.
Remembering that you may return to at any time.
Gently bringing awareness back to the present moment.
Wiggling toes,
Wiggling fingers.
