It's amazing what just 10 minutes can do.

This is your invitation to pause and reset,

To step out of stress and back into your body.

No pressure,

No performance,

Just you,

Your breath,

And a few moments of mindful presence.

You ready to shift?

Let's begin.

Find a comfortable position,

Sitting or lying down in a way that feels completely supported.

Let your hands rest gently.

Close your eyes or simply soften your gaze.

Allow your body to be held in this moment.

Take a deep breath in,

Filling your body with fresh,

Clean energy.

Exhale fully,

Letting go of tension,

Tightness,

Or rush.

Again,

Breathe in,

Feel your belly rise and your chest expand,

And breathe out,

Softening your shoulders,

Your jaw,

Your forehead.

One more deep inhale,

And a full exhale.

Now,

Let your breath return to its natural rhythm,

Gentle,

Unforced,

And steady.

Let this breath be your anchor.

You can come back to it at any time.

Now,

Bring your attention to the crown of your head.

Imagine a soft warmth there,

Like sunlight.

Let that warmth slowly drift down over your face,

Relaxing your eyes,

Your jaw,

Your neck.

Feel it continue over your shoulders,

Softening them down your back.

Now,

Wiggle your fingers and stretch through your spine.

Notice how even the smallest movement brings energy and begins to awaken you.

Place one hand on your heart,

The other on your belly.

Feel the rise and fall of the breath.

Feel the gentle rhythm of being alive.

And silently,

Or in a soft whisper,

Repeat,

I welcome this day with presence and peace.

Picture yourself stepping outside into a soft morning light.

The sky is open and clear.

The air feels fresh against your skin.

You notice the warmth of the sunlight on your face.

A gentle reminder that you're held by something so much bigger.

Inhale that warmth,

And exhale stillness.

Now,

Visualize yourself moving through your morning,

Not with urgency,

But with this calm confidence.

Each of your steps is deliberate.

Each moment is met with awareness.

Affirm softly in your mind,

I move through this day with joy and ease.

Now,

Begin to tune into the space around you.

Notice the sounds.

The subtle hum of life.

The breath moving in and out.

Feel the textures beneath you.

The ground supporting you.

The air brushing your skin.

Take a moment to stretch gently.

Your neck.

Your fingers.

Your toes.

You're here,

Awake and whole.

And gently affirm,

I am present and today is a gift.

And as you're ready,

Gently float your eyes open,

And let your gaze land on something near you.

Notice the colors,

The shape,

The light,

The details.

Let them remind you,

You are part of this living,

Breathing moment.

And before you move on into your day,

Ask yourself,

What would it feel like to greet the day with a smile?

This day with open hands.

Hold that question gently as you rise into your morning.

I found the teacher’s voice very welcoming. I appreciated the volume level combination of their voice and the background music. (Sometimes I struggle to hear teachers over their music) this felt gentle and uplifting. I really liked the invitation to visualize going outside and soaking in the morning sunshine and good through the day with an open heart. Thank you for sharing your gift.
