Gently closing down your eyes and bringing your awareness inwards,
Grounding yourself into this space by gently deepening your breath.
Take a slow breath in,
And a longer breath out.
Notice the gentle rise and fall of your belly.
Notice the sensation of your breath going in and out through your nostrils,
Using no effort at all as your body and your mind start to relax.
Now take time to anchor into your breath,
And allow yourself to drift.
Drifting away from anything going on outside of your body.
Drifting away from any sounds around you.
Drifting away from your surroundings.
Drifting away from your thoughts.
Drifting away from your stream of consciousness.
As you feel yourself taking a deep dive into your subconscious mind,
Simply drift now,
Allowing your body and your mind to go into any direction they would like to go.
Drifting over your life,
Playing the role of a gentle witness,
Watching without judgment of what it should or shouldn't be.
Simply observing with an open and full heart.
Feel yourself drifting off deeper into sleep.
Taking this time to sink into gratitude and slip seamlessly into stillness.
Feel your body become as light as a feather.
Feeling light and easeful as you imagine your body rising and effortlessly floating.
Floating above your thoughts.
Floating above your bed.
Floating above your home.
Floating towards a bird's eye view of your entire life.
And as you float above the clouds,
Notice the feelings and sensations of being calm,
Peaceful and relaxed.
From this distance,
From this restful perspective,
There is nothing else that you need to do.
And there is nowhere else that you need to be.
And in this present moment,
You have no worries,
You have no cares,
And you have no concerns.
Take a deep breath in.
And on each breath out,
Release any negativity.
Imagine letting go of any ties that are holding you back.
Cutting any cords that keep you stuck in stagnant waters.
Imagine wiping the slate completely clean.
Imagine clearing away any past conditioning or limiting beliefs.
From up here,
The air is clean and quiet.
You can clearly see the bigger picture.
See how everything falls perfectly and effortlessly into place.
Your body,
Your mind,
And your spirit working closely together to compose a beautiful symphony for an abundant,
