Okay,

Now what?

You seem to be having fun.

I'm tired of sitting now.

Why don't we try standing up?

Come on kids,

Up you get.

Let's do some yoga.

Yoga?

What's that?

Yoga makes you feel good.

People have been doing yoga for thousands of years to know more about themselves.

But I know about myself.

I am Linda.

Well,

Let's see if we can find out more than that.

There is more?

Enough questions.

Let's get up on our feet.

Can you feel the ground beneath your feet?

Can you lift up your toes off the ground as high as they can go?

Stretch.

And now spread out your toes onto the floor.

Great.

Imagine you are a tall,

Strong tree and your toes and feet are the roots that keep you steady and straight.

What kind of a tree are you?

Mmm,

An oak tree.

Good.

Now it's summer and the tree is so happy to be in the sun.

Stretch your branches up and around.

Feel the sun on the leaves.

Stretch through your arms,

Up to your fingertips and breathe in the fresh air that feeds your tree.

Are there any acorns in your branches?

Do they feel heavy or light?

Then autumn comes and the wind blows and it shakes the branches.

So shake those arms and legs to help your tree drop its leaves and the wind blows stronger.

Shake some more.

Shake the hands and the legs and the feet and the head and breathe in and say,

Shoo!

Wow!

Are there any acorns left on your branches?

And now winter comes and your tree is very cold and the rain and thunderstorms come but your tree stands firm on its roots and makes its breath strong.

Come on,

Breathe in deep through the nose and breathe out and shout your voice to the rain.

Ah!

And again.

Ah!

And one more time.

Show that rain you have no fear.

Ah!

And now,

What's that we hear?

A bird?

Listen.

I can hear so many sounds.

Spring is here and the sun comes out again.

So stretch your branches once again and let the tips of your fingers find the sun and let your tree grow.

Let the leaves grow and the acorns grow.

The tree looks down and sees it has grown a flower.

Bring your hands together like you are praying.

Keep your thumbs and your little fingers together then make a flower with your fingers by pulling your fingers away from each other.

Look at your special flower.

How beautiful it is.

As beautiful as you are.

What happens after spring?

Summer comes again.

That's the roundabout that I was talking about.

You can always know that the seasons follow each other just like a roundabout.
