Closing your eyes and relax into your breath.
As you empty the mind,
10 seconds now.
Let's breathe into a new start,
Then breathing into a new shiny you.
Both hold the energy of light,
Of love and positivity and personal power.
Creating anything new is,
In a sense,
Being present and forwards.
Not holding on to the old,
Which as humans often means the past.
The past can at times irritate us.
It may be a situation,
It may be a person,
Even questioning why some things haven't.
Breathe in knowing a lot of peace comes to the mind when we are standing in our power.
The power of happiness and self-worth.
We may and should learn to look at things in a better way.
So it's not so much looking at things differently,
But not to be trained by them.
Let's bring in an angel to take us on that journey of greater understanding.
Decide now that this angel of light is huge and makes you look child-sized.
As if you could only reach up to her knees.
Yet you are fully grown and adult.
This angel takes you by the hand and walks on a narrow path.
It is your life path of all the things on it that has happened.
But the angel of light tells you to go forwards in a bright new way.
We first cleanse the path behind us.
So see yourself walking and walking and the mind starts to get busy.
So much the heart becomes a second.
And as the mind gets busy again,
The higher heart waits to be opened into the light.
Little dots of things that have happened in the past have a heavy shadow attached.
Knowing we don't always agree with things as humans,
But it's baggage and all we have to do is return back to our heart center.
The angel now places one hand onto your heart and another on your higher heart.
To show you how light and amazing you can feel.
Start to feel a white glow surround you.
And another white glow doubles around you.
And for a moment you feel energetically very light,
Yet calm,
Serene.
Now the angel feels you are ready to detach yourself from many owed last things.
On the owed path,
Things pop up with the heavy shadow.
But a decision is made to leave them.
Almost telling you to keep seeking out personal joy and fun from each day that happens.
Freedom without a head full of noise.
Remembering to let go of judgment and wanting to change something.
Something that wasn't you in the first place.
And even now becoming curious about the present and the future.
Be light,
Yet full of wisdom,
For we learn more so from challenges and the negative stuff of life.
Breathing in to collecting the goodness is really all that matters.
Feel there is a reward on this path as the angel walks you onto its newness.
The fun of each day,
Adding your fun,
Your rewards,
And your inner peace.
That self-nurturing and letting everything else be what they show themselves to be.
Everything stops in this moment,
Blinded by so much light.
That you yourself feel like an angel too.
Connected to sheer lightness,
Knowing your love is so special.
All the owed becomes an illusion that falls apart,
Showing only love.
Only light and joy.
Now go deep into this,
Have one minute with this angel now.
Feel a great peace within.
Your mind and heart,
Pure,
Full of love.
Feel that higher heart sing of joy.
Then please open your eyes and be bright.
