Good morning.

As we welcome a new day,

Let's take a moment to breathe in the newness and set our intentions.

Opening yourself up to new possibilities and potential.

Finding yourself in a comfortable position with a straight spine.

Whether you are sitting up in bed,

Or on a chair,

Or the floor,

Just ensuring you have a dignified and straight spine.

To allow that energy to flow.

Resting your palms,

Your hands,

Possibly against your legs.

Your feet on the floor.

Taking in a big deep breath,

All the way down into your belly,

Allowing your belly to expand and fill.

Noticing your belly fall back towards your spine as you exhale.

Each new in-breath draws a new life to every cell in your body.

A new life,

A new day,

A new day to create whatever it is that you want to create.

To step into today however you want to step into it.

What energy do you want to bring to your day?

What possibilities do you want to open up to?

Continuing to slow and deepen your breath as we feel into those questions.

Feeling the expansion of possibility.

Removing limitations with each exhalation.

All that does not serve you anymore,

Allow yourself to release that with your exhalation.

Today is a new day.

The start of the rest of your life.

That's something to be excited about.

Continuing to slowly breathe,

Finding it's own natural rhythm and pace.

As you do so,

Becoming aware of everything that is around you.

Aware of the present moment,

The here and now.

What noises,

What sounds can you hear beyond my voice?

Sounds within the room.

Sounds outside the room.

You might hear the birds chirping to greet the new day.

There might be dogs barking.

There might be nothing at all except for my voice and the gentle sound of your breath.

Simply allowing what is present to be without any attachment or judgment.

No wrong or right or good or bad.

Simply what is.

And allowing space for that.

Accepting what is.

Bringing your awareness to the top of your head.

And begin noticing how your body is feeling this morning.

Noticing your scalp and your hair follicles.

You might like to visualize them wiggling a little bit to waken them up.

Almost like you're giving yourself a little head massage.

Floating your awareness over your face,

Your forehead.

Your eyes,

Your nose.

You might like to greet yourself with just a gentle,

Simple hello,

Good morning.

Your cheeks.

Your lips.

Your mouth and your tongue.

Your jaw and your chin.

The back of your head and neck.

Your throat.

You might like to say thank you to your throat right now for all it's about to communicate for the day.

Your shoulders.

Your forearms.

Your hands and your fingers.

You might like to tell your fingers we've got this.

We've got this.

We've got this.

Whatever it is that today brings,

We've got this.

Sending them some love and gratitude at the same time perhaps.

And simply noticing your body,

Waking your body up for the day.

With joy and excitement.

You might think you know what the day holds.

But you may not know.

You may not know.

Floating down your back.

Your chest.

Your belly.

Your bottom.

Saying hello and greeting it.

Every part of you,

Waking it up with joy.

Hello,

We've got this.

Good morning.

What a privilege it is to be alive and awake.

Your legs,

Your upper legs and the back of your legs,

Your knees.

Your shins and your calves.

Your ankles.

The tops of your feet and the soles of your feet.

Each and every single toe.

And even the space between your toes.

Slowly shifting your awareness to your body in its entirety,

The whole being.

Sitting or laying wherever you are.

Vision away so you see yourself as a whole.

And perhaps not just as a solid mass but with all the space that's within you and around you.

That space that unites and connects you to the universe,

To consciousness,

To possibility.

To the day.

Perhaps feeling yourselves merge with that space that's all around you.

And as you do,

You might like to set an intent for your day.

A day for more joy.

More creativity.

More acceptance.

Less judging.

Whatever it is,

More love that comes to you.

Breathe that in.

Breathe that in.

Take it to every cell in your body.

Allow your body to feel it,

To know it.

And simply returning your awareness to your breath.

As you breathe deeply into your belly.

Feeling your chest and your belly expanding out with every inhalation.

And falling back with every exhalation.

Remembering you can take this throughout your day.

If you need to pause and reset,

Breathe in.

Breathe in potential,

Possibilities,

Ideas.

And with your exhalation,

You can always breathe out anything you feel you need to release during the day.

And when you are ready and in your own time.

Opening your eyes with a soft,

Gentle gaze.

Ready to flow in to the beauty of a new day.
