
Yoga Nidra For Deep Rest

Yoga nidra or yogic sleep is a restorative meditation practice for mind, body, and spirit, drawing you into one of the deepest possible states of relaxation while remaining aware. It is a chance to rest deeply, recharge, find clarity, and shift subconscious patterns. In this yoga nidra, you will be guided into a state of deep conscious relaxation, using traditional yoga nidra techniques, including moving awareness through your body, embracing opposite qualities, and visualization. You will be asked to feel into an intention (Sankalpa or resolve) you have for your life early in the practice, which will be revisited towards the end.
