Speaking your truth.

And I'm so happy and grateful to have you here with me today.
Let's get into a comfortable position and if possible,

The throat chakra,
Crystal healing ball,
Is in the background and she's going to assist us in balancing and opening our throat chakra.
Please adjust your volume as we go because she might get a little bit louder and then a little bit more quiet.
Be who you are.
You're most likely censoring what you want to say because you're used to being accommodating to others.
Rather than saying what you really want to say,
You use a filter.
Often it's easier to say what the other person may want to hear instead of speaking your truth.
There's a fear of not being accepted or being judged by others and that may hinder you from really truthfully expressing yourself.
And I'm not saying that you should be mean to others and or say really mean things to hurt someone on purpose,
But you also have to stop hurting yourself by not sharing your truth.
So before you speak,
Ask yourself,
Is what I'm about to say kind?
Is what I'm about to say loving?
Is what I'm about to say giving?
The truth from your spiritual essence will come across as kind and compassionate and loving and ultimately giving.
So from now on,
Before you have a difficult conversation,
You may practice out loud to yourself.
Stand in front of a mirror and write down what you want to express to the other.
For example,
If you'd like to ask your boss if you can work from home but you haven't had the courage,
Write out the phrases you would say and then practice.
You can also practice saying affirmations.
They're really useful in making what you desire a reality.
I am strong.
I am giving.
I speak my truth in a kind and loving way.
I'm honest.
I'm non-judgmental,
Unconditionally loving.
In the area of your throat,
It governs the anatomical regions of the thyroid,
Parathyroid,
Jaw,
Tongue,
Mouth,
Neck.
So to be open and aligned in your fifth chakra is to really speak and listen and express yourself from a higher form of communication.
Your third chakra is the ether,
The space.
Chanting,
Singing,
Humming,
Reading out loud are wonderful ways to open the fifth chakra.
Mantra sound for this chakra is hum.
H-U-M,
Hum.
So let's begin.
We don't need to take a deep inhale.
H-U-M.
Inhale.
One more time.
Inhale.
H-U-M.
Continue to inhale through your nose.
Open your eyes and mouth really wide and stick your tongue out and roar your breath out.
Let me hear that roar.
It's like a lion roar when you exhale.
So inhale through your nose.
Open your eyes and mouth wide and roar out.
Exhale.
One more time.
Inhale through your nose.
Open your eyes and mouth wide.
Exhale.
Roar.
Last one.
Inhale through your nose.
Open your eyes and mouth wide and stick your tongue out and roar.
Well done.
Return to your regular breathing.
And to open up your third chakra and balance it,
We're going to do a couple of neck stretches.
So drop your chin down towards your chest.
Relax your shoulders.
Relax your back.
And tilt your head to one side and feel a nice stretch.
And slowly to your other shoulder.
And move your head forward.
Feel a nice stretch in the back.
And move your head up and take a deep breath in.
Return to your regular position.
And one more time.
Drop your chin down towards your chest.
Turn your head to your left shoulder.
And start massaging your right side with your right hand.
Starting from your ears,
Your right jaw,
Your right neck,
Your right shoulder.
Your right shoulder moving back up towards your neck,
Your right skull,
And your right temple.
And add whatever needs to be massaged on your right side at this moment.
Then slowly return back to center.
Take another deep breath in.
Give me an audible sigh.
And relax your body.
Now drop your chin down towards your chest.
And move to the other shoulder.
And start massaging your left ear behind your left ear.
Down the left side of your neck to your left shoulder.
And back up towards your skull,
Your left jaw,
Your left temple,
And anything else on your left side that needs that touch,
That massage.
And slowly return back to center.
Take another deep breath in.
And exhale.
And exhale.
The Tantric way of life is just taking care of yourself,
Your body,
Your needs,
Your wants,
Every day.
Be the delicious lover to yourself.
