The intention of this meditation is a journey to release resistance in the form of anxiety, fear, guilt, shame, & stress and to instead invoke calm, peace, acceptance and trust. Resistance in the body can take many forms. Anxiety is an emotion that one can not name and comes from the fear of the unknown of the future rather than trusting the future.

This is Manel.

Welcome to a quick reset from anxiety,

Fear,

Guilt,

Shame,

And stress.

The intention of this meditation is a journey to release resistance in the form of anxiety,

Fear,

Guilt,

Shame,

And stress,

And to instead invoke calm,

Peace,

Acceptance,

And trust.

Resistance in the body can take many forms.

Anxiety is an emotion that one cannot name and comes from the fear of the unknown of the future.

Guilt and shame are induced by judgment of one's past rather than embracing and accepting life.

Stress and fear are resistant feelings induced from lack of trust,

Security,

Safety,

And flow in one's life.

We will connect with all of these resistant emotions,

Release,

And invoke the beauty of trust,

Security,

Safety,

And flow.

We will start the process by scanning the body.

For these and any other forms of resistance with the intention to release and replace with calm,

Peace,

Acceptance,

And trust.

And let's begin with three grounding breaths.

Take a deep breath in and release.

Take a deep breath in and release.

Enjoy the pleasure of the space between the breath in and the breath out.

An amazing way to allow you to connect with your body and to bring you to the present moment.

Take a deep breath in.

Enjoy that gap and release.

We will begin with the full body scan.

As you connect with your body,

Identify resistance.

This might be in the form of physical tightness,

Pain,

Tension,

Emotion,

Or thoughts.

As you become aware of your body,

Acknowledge any accompanying messages.

Messages may be in the form of images of people,

Situations,

Or incidents.

In the form of thoughts,

Colors,

Or emotions.

Feel into your body.

Starting at the crown of your head and we will slowly work our way down.

Connect with your head,

The crown of your head,

Your forehead.

Connect with your eyes,

Your jaw,

Your tongue,

The back of your head.

Become aware of any emotions,

Resistance,

Feelings,

Tension,

Acknowledge.

Connect with your neck,

Your throat,

Shoulders,

Your arms,

Your hands.

Your upper back,

Mid back,

Lower back,

Glutes.

Your chest,

Your heart,

Your beautiful and powerful heart.

Your abdomen,

Your pelvis,

Your thighs,

Your knees.

Your calves and your feet.

Appreciate your ability to connect with your body.

Acknowledge any of the messages you may have received.

You may receive a message immediately or it might unfold in the coming days.

Appreciate your opportunity for growth and release.

Release all of the tension that you connected with.

Release all of the resistance that you felt into.

Release all of the messages,

Thoughts,

Emotions,

Colors.

And release.

And release.

Breathe in calm.

And release.

Breathe in peace.

And release.

Breathe in acceptance.

And release.

And breathe in trust.

And release.

Shower yourself with light,

The light of the universal divine.

Light of calm.

Light of peace.

Light of acceptance.

And light of trust.

Envelope yourself in this beautiful light.

Red,

Orange,

Yellow,

Green,

Blue,

Indigo,

Violet.

All of the colors of the rainbow.

This light just envelopes you,

Circles you,

Bathes you.

The beautiful,

Universal,

Divine,

Love,

Light.

Enjoy the sensations in your body.

Your body may be tingling at this point.
