legs apart feet are pointing away from each other arms lie by your sides palms are pointing up make sure you have complete space a space that is free of distractions a space that is completely yours maybe you share it with another being a space that you feel safe in settle down and let's start i'll give you time here to find an intention for this session for example i love to smile my smile is beautiful i love to wish other people a great day whatever your intention is for today let it come from your being make it in the present tense as if it's already true it's not true yet yet is the word that is important there so feel how you're already smiling a little as you're finding your intention i give you some time for that right now as soon as you found an intention repeat it three times good take a deep inhale and exhale a bit longer from here let's connect to our body lying on the mat feel where your head rests feel where your shoulders your back rests your legs rest your arms feel how they are hold by the floor the mattress wherever you're lying on feel how gravity is taking care of you how the earth is holding you with every inhale feel how you're just getting a bit lighter like a feather not flying away right now just feel how you're getting a little bit lighter and with every exhale feel how you're getting heavier and sinking deeper into the floor imagine growing roots through the floor through the earth and these roots are nurturing you giving you the nutrients that you need this is just a visualization so feel in how your body feels as you're connecting more to earth that the earth is holding you the visualization is there so you can connect deeper to a feeling of letting go of giving your weight to the earth completely completely giving all the weight to the earth and taking a deep inhale exhale light as a feather exhale even heavier let's go three more times inhale light as a feather exhale feeling grounded feeling heavier feeling connected to the earth inhale and exhale connecting to the stillness right now the stillness of movement giving your body time to rest as it is and letting go of all the expectations all of them letting go of all the thoughts knowing that they will return if they are important right now the only thing that is right now the only thing that is really important is you you and your being completely completely you and your being the state that we want is a relaxed one so understand that when a thought comes that is completely natural you can react to it by either pushing it away harshly or you can just observe it and let it go so your reactions change your state so react softly to outside inputs outside inputs like some noise some thoughts some thoughts are not necessarily outside inputs still what i mean is in this state our reactions are changing this state so in one moment if you're reacting harshly you can get in an aggravated state understand that you can get in an aggravated state understand that your body works by how you react to certain things by how you stand up in the morning by feeding yourself with negative news or by feeding yourself with happy thoughts with positive outlook with optimism i'm sure you understand because you're already here you found your way here so you know the importance sometimes we just forget and we need to remember that it's the details it's the small things that matter too that create waves in our lives that are driving us into a certain direction that we maybe don't want to go hmm so take a deep inhale and acknowledge all the thoughts that are coming acknowledge all the feelings in your body if it's pain if it's something uncomfortable just acknowledge and understand that yes i don't need to react to you right now i can just feel you and observe and it's okay and yes maybe it's not okay right now in the sense of like this doesn't feel good this hurts it hurts so much i want to cry and yeah that's okay too so that's okay to be soft to yourself now it's time to be soft and vulnerable as there is time where you need to be strong and protect yourself from outside influences outside influences like others that don't have the best in mind for you and then there's also time where you need to be completely there for people you love humans you love sharing with them all the love that you can in your way in your way acknowledging their love and care understanding them and if it's available going somewhere together with them being there for each other speaking of each other listening experiencing the miracles of life of them enjoying and prospering helping each other out speaking of each other listening celebrating what about it can you celebrate in a healthy way is there something you can do so you can really really with your whole entire being celebrate so it's not just something in your mind but in your whole body like celebration of life and and not just either with your body or with your mind but with both with your whole being at once how do you do that how can you do that if your whole being celebrate is it for you going to the gym and feeling your entire body like celebrating that you're doing something for yourself for your mind and body for your being or is it a celebration for you when you're eating with a loved one you're sharing food and you're there with that person with that loved one and you're nurturing yourself with food and also with communication is that celebration for you is it a celebration for you to meet somebody that you haven't seen for a long time and you're like so excited to see that person is it a celebration for you to do something that you've never done before is it a celebration for you to do something you're afraid of is it a celebration to you to take a deep inhale and exhale a little bit longer what is a celebration for you is every moment a celebration is being grateful a celebration start to repeat your intention three times the intention that we found in the beginning and then slowly start to move your fingers start to move your toes move your hands slowly start to move your fingers start to move your toes move your elbows move your knees move your hips move your shoulders move your belly move your chest move your head in however way you need move your body right now and whenever you're ready bring your hands in front of your heart together either sitting or lying each moment you dedicate to this practice is a testament to your commitment you're encouraged to share in the comments of your breakthroughs and
