Welcome to this daily insight.

And I'm honored to share this meditation of finding serenity in the midst of chaos,
Fulfilling your desire for inner peace,
Regardless of the circumstances.
So let us come with hearts open and gratitude to the source of life,
The source of love and peace that dwells within.
Let us begin.
Sitting comfortably,
Yet attentively,
With your eyes closed,
Gently notice your breath.
Feel your body breathing naturally.
As you inhale and exhale.
Feel your feet resting on the floor and your body being supported by the chair.
It is possible to find peace in the midst of the challenges.
It is possible to experience serenity in the midst of conflict.
Feel your body settling deeper into the moment as you sense the stillness within.
Continue to notice your breathing.
Rest your mind and your body.
And now,
Allow your thoughts to recall an emotional challenge that you are facing.
Something that is creating internal conflict.
What situation or relationship might be provoking this?
Let the feelings rise.
Continue to notice your breathing.
And allow yourself to feel and name the emotional response to this challenge.
When you can picture the person or situation in your mind,
What are you feeling?
Is it anxiety,
Resentment,
Fear,
Perhaps anger or worry?
You can enter this space knowing that the source of your life,
Which is love,
Is supporting you.
Notice where in your body that you are feeling this emotion.
Where you are holding on and tightening up.
Scan your body and breathe deeply into this physical sensation.
With each breath,
Let your muscles relax from your head down through to your feet.
As you feel the emotion and the physical sensation begin to release from your body,
Envision yourself diving beneath the wave of this emotion,
Dropping deeper into the still waters,
Which is love that sustains you.
With each breath,
Turn from the sensation and sink into the sacred stillness within.
You're not trying to escape the discomfort.
Instead,
You're letting it be whatever it is.
And at the same time,
Letting your attention be like a pebble dropping through the turbulence on the surface waters.
It sinks slowly into the deep waters.
It's about turning from it and moving through it into the stillness.
When you notice that you're being drawn back onto the surface,
Turn from the emotion and sink into the serenity that is your soul's essence.
Rest here in the serenity that the stillness provides.
Each time you notice that you're being pulled into the feeling,
Gently turn and drop beneath it into the stillness.
This peace that surpasses all circumstances will support your being.
Rest here as we bring this meditation to a close.
Feel the invitation of the presence of love within you.
