Today you are going to relax your belly thanks to your body voice.
Our belly is not just this second brain,
It's also a place that contains fears,
Memories and that is connected to important chakras to take place into the world,
To dare to be ourselves and to feel this belonging to the world.
I'm Marion and I'm your guide for this session.
I am the founder of the Body Voice Floor Practice which is aimed to help you taking care of your body,
Of your mind,
Of your heart.
So it's both a care and a place for expanding your creativity in all the aspects of your life and daring your true self.
To begin this practice,
Lie down on a comfortable position.
Take your time to adjust your feet,
Your head.
So do all the little movements to make you feel good in this contact with the floor.
Let your palms face the sky and just release your body.
And just release your body.
Get in touch with the earth by focusing your attention on the contact of your body with the ground.
So maybe you have the chance to lie down in nature,
On a rock,
On the sand,
Or on the soil.
Or maybe like me you are at home and that's perfect too.
Just trust mother earth.
She's holding you.
She carries you.
And trust your body voice to lead you to a simple yet powerful conversation for more relaxation.
So now I would like you to feel all that you feel in your belly.
You know sometimes there are tensions,
Tightness,
But maybe some places,
Even if it's tiny areas,
Where you can feel a bit of spaciousness.
Anyway,
On a scale from zero to ten,
Zero to ten,
How high is your relaxation?
Considering that at zero there is no relaxation in your belly,
And at ten you're already perfectly relaxed in your belly.
And now just simply put a hand on your belly,
Or two hands if you prefer.
And for some of us,
Touching our belly,
It's not so easy.
So you can simply put a blanket or a cushion to induce a gentle compression and to have this sensation of contact that is safe,
Peaceful.
Breathe in and breathe out with a sigh.
And we will do several vocal breathings like this,
Where you just follow your breathing at your own pace.
Breathe in and while breathing out,
Let yourself release on the floor with the help of your voice.
And gradually try to refine your attention on the vibration of your voice.
And feel or visualize or imagine that your own sound is now relaxing all the cells of your belly,
In your guts and all around.
Really take the time to attune to your body voice.
Down speed up.
And now feel a sensation just in your hands.
How does it feel?
Just under your hands,
Between your belly and your hands,
While you are breathing out and vocalizing.
Maybe you can feel some vibrations,
Some tingles,
Or just a warmth.
Or maybe nothing in particular,
But you don't have to judge.
You know that observing is already inducing a relaxation.
It's already a self-love gesture that helps your body to relax.
And now I invite you to close your mouth and to gently hum or sing a melody if you want.
It's completely free.
It's your own voice.
It's your own song.
So there is nothing to search.
Just allow yourself to sing what comes.
And now I invite you to close your eyes.
And let your song permeate all your belly as if it would spread all over your body.
And now I invite you to close your eyes.
And now I invite you to close your eyes.
And now I invite you to close your eyes.
And let your song permeate all your belly as if it would spread all around.
Be gentle and trust your body voice.
And you can go back to a sigh.
And let your voice rest.
But be sure it continues to vibrate inside your body,
From your belly to all the other parts of your body.
This moment of silence is just an illusion.
So as you may have noticed,
This is a practice that is both passive and active.
So we try to help our body voice with sounds and positions and gestures.
But we also become just a container and we try to be receptive during these little moments of silence at the end of the practice.
So let your hands go back on your sides.
Stretch yourself a bit if you want to.
And now I would like you to see on a scale from 0 to 10 how high is your relaxation now in your belly.
And please rate this with self-compassion.
You know numbers are so relative.
But numbers can be helpful here just to help our attention and our awareness,
Our proprioception.
And to really pay attention to the subtle details and subtle feelings inside our body.
Maybe things do not seem so different from the beginning.
But maybe they are indeed inside of us and we don't perceive it.
So maybe you will want to practice again.
So please allow yourself to go back to the beginning of the track or to come back tomorrow.
And if you are curious and you want to explore and to relax other parts,
